The sales rep Chris told me to use old check stubs to a company I didn't work for to purchase a vehicle. After the employer told the finance company that I didn't work at the company they had to deny my loan which means I had to give them their vehicle back. and the entire $4500 down payment I was not able to get back because the auto dealer allowed me to drive off their lot before the loan being 100% approved. This means I'm using their vehicle so they charged me mileage and time for having the vehicle even though I wasn't 100% approved for the vehicle. and I did this based of what they're sales rep Chris, told me to do. I think this situation was the fault of the sales rep because I told him my employment situation before applying for the vehicle loan but he told me to still apply. He should have know the policy and procedures for the vehicle loan which would have prevent this entire situation. I'm not the sales rep, I don't know what the loan company is going to do and not do. The Finance rep "Ruby", told me that I should have told her the situation, but I think the sales rep should have to her.

Well I just got a car from them in January and the airshocks went out and also I thought for a car to pass inspection the seatbelt has to be working. The seatbelt does not work in the front seat of passenger side. They don't want to give license plates. They also have salesmen that ask for money on the side. Run far away from ANF Auto. They are no good.

with car he said the codes haven’t show up with any issue . So I am at this point like ok if I pick my car up and it runs hot o me that mean my car sat at one mechanic shop who read codes sent them to warrant only to refuse to fix car and even reset the codes only to get the a mechanic who seem like he has sense to tell me he feel the previous guy reset my computer. Almost a **** month my car been gone I been paying car notes insurance and paying ***** again to get back forward to work dealing with a dealership who keep giving runaround lying to me not keeping not a word of what they say I don’t even want this vehicle I have also asked them buy the car back get me out this contract , trade me out the vehicle, please can a have loaner so I can get to work etc they are alll men who take advantage of women, yes I am a woman but I’m far from dumb I know a car when it running hot. I just need help anyone out here please can you help me I need a solution do I have a case for possible lawsuit someone please help me with a complaint with ANF Auto finance

Purchased a vehicle in March drove the vehicle off the lot wasn’t to the “freeway” yet and the check engine light came on call them and let them know. They asked me to bring the vehicle back in to check it. But before I did that I took it to a certified mechanic and it was the Cadillac converters. So I took it back to the dealership and they said it was the same issue. I dropped it off they gave me a loner vehicle to drive until the repairs were done. I picked the car up the same day and 24hrs later the light came back on. So I took it back to my certified mechanic and he diagnosed it and said it was the Cadillac converter. I took it back to the dealership and they said that they would repair the other one which there were two and if they were smart, when they look at the vehicle, they would have seen that there were two. They claim the part was being ordered. I waited for over a month for the part to come in. It never did. I got the runaround over and over again about the part when in actuality, the part was never ordered and they knew that. I was extremely upset because I do not have the funds to repair it myself and if they thought that it wasn’t their issue, they wouldn’t have fixed one Cadillac converter they would have just given me the runaround from jump street but they didn’t. It’s extremely bad business, because had I known that they were not going to fix the car and be so shady I would not have bought the car I would have gone somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. Buyers beware they have a nice looking fleet of vehicles, but if there’s any issue with the vehicle and you pull off the lot with the vehicle…. you’re on your own! I am going through every channel that I can to see if I could at least get the repairs done correctly, if not the world with know to stay away from ANF auto!

Purchased a car from ANF end of February. Oday was super eager for my business even so that he mislead. I was told the tires were in great shape and they definitely look like it until sit down and examine the inner tire. They are completely bald. Contacted ANF for a solution,but Have had little to no response from them. Rear brakes are worn out completely. When I told the about the maintenance light, tire light and key fob light on the dashboard they told the had been taken care of. No they were not the error codes were reset. Be wary of of this dealership! Still fighting for a resolution!

Only reason I put Q star is bc I had one pick one just to write my review, this is the worse dealership ever, I knew I should’ve left when a woman was in there having issues with her car, but Nooo, I stayed and why did I do that. So I spoke with Earl and Wayne, both ensuring me how great of a car I had gotten, which was a 2013 Ranger Rover Evoque… on the outside looking in this was the car of my dreams, got the car Saturday and Sunday my check engine was on, I took my car to Meineke bc I’ve always taken my vehicles there, they told me it was 3 different problems with the car… so with parts and labor it’ll cost $3200 and the warranty not the dealership wanted to pay, I basically was hung up on by Wayne, when I called to speak with Earl he put me on hold and transferred me back to Wayne…. These ppl are scammers, luckily I knew someone who could fix my vehicle, please stay away from ANF Finance, they basically beg you for a good review, please wait to see how your vehicle is before leaving your review… the car was 13,995, I put $5000 down, they refuse to give me my money back and I’m stuck with this carnote
