On February 24, 2024, I ordered an impression kit for clip-on veneers from Shiny Smile Veneers. Before I received the kit, I sent pictures of my teeth as requested. I got my kit on March 1, 2025. While making impressions, I had trouble fitting the tray over my top teeth. A back tooth was blocking the tray, so I couldnt push it down completely. I sent in my impressions anyway. On March 11, 2025, I was told that my impressions were received but needed to be redone, so they ordered another kit. I called on March 12, 2025, to share my concerns. The representative told me to try again. I attempted to make a new set of impressions but faced the same issue with my back tooth getting in the way. I called again on March 28, 2025, and explained my ongoing problem. I asked if larger trays were available, but there were none. I was advised to keep trying. This was very frustrating, especially since I was still being charged. On April 28, 2025, I called again to request a refund because I realized I would not get a finished product if I couldnt complete the impressions due to my teeth. I was told the lab would review my case and get back to me. On May 1, 2025, I was offered another kit to try again. I was also told to modify the tray myself by stretching it with my hands. I refused this suggestion because the hard plastic could break and injure me. ******, a representative, then told me to contact billing for a cancellation. I reached out to billing on May 2, 2025, but my refund request was denied. I asked for a refund again on May 6, 2025, and was denied again on May 8, 2025. I submitted my final refund request on May 14, 2025, and was denied once more on May 16, 2025. They said I had 14 days from the order date to cancel. However, I didnt know the tray would not fit my mouth until after the 14 days had passed. This has been a terrible experience, and I feel scammed. I am seeking assistance with getting a refund. I purchased these veneers in November 2024, paid extra $200 for express. I still have no teeth. I get no response when calling, meaning they never answer. They respond by email saying that my impressions are not correct. Ive done everything they have asked and since I put in my first request for a refund all my impressions have been denied and they no longer answer their phone. Their saying that I do not qualify for a refund because you must request within 2 weeks. Completely impossible because once you order it takes 2 weeks to get your impression kit. At that time how does one know if your happy with the service when you have only just received kit. Like I said once I asked for refund I can not get ahold of them. Very frustrating, I'm beside myself $900. is a lot of money I had to save up for. This is my second request for refund for order * ****** I have done 7 molds which have all been rejected I have done video with staff to get it right with step by step instructions and still wrong That was on April 21st Immediately after I called and requested mymoone back and was told to write which I did I was also sent 4 more mold kits which were also rejected Since then after research I see you guys keep denying molds wanting us to keep ordering kits I have filed with my bank and the BBB to get this resolved Total was $ 456.00 I do not have money like that to waste and since I can't get what I paid for it seems only fair to get a refund This is feeling like a complete scam to me If they vwant to get $20 for kit I can live witht that That would give me a refund of $436.00Initial Complaint

I purchased a veneers with shinysmile worth 570 I’ve waited for more than 5mos to have it. I received it and it was a mistake cause it was so big like a horse teeth i cant even close my mouth then they redo it and second time its broken when they send it even the case was broken so i send them a pictures and told them I’d like to have a refund instead cause I’m sick and tired of waiting and i ask them for a refund for so many times but they keep insisting that they don't give a refund as per their policy and just want to make another one. Thats is not fair , so i file a dispute with ****** but then they send an email that reason why they can’t refund me cause there’s a case open with ****** then they asked me to close it , then i. On 02/11/24 I ordered veneers from Shiny Smile. Since that time I’ve paid a total of $569.75. They did sent the bottom set but said the top set needed to done again. I’ve sent so many impressions that I have lost count. At their suggestion I even tried with a video call with one of their “experts “. Which turned out to be some guy sitting in his kitchen with his wife and child working in the background. After making and sending those in, they still said they couldn’t use them. I have spent the past year emailing and calling, so many times to request my money back. I no longer have faith that I will receive anything that I will be able to use. Because the bottom is no good without the top I informed them I will send everything back and to return my money. They informed me that I was not due a refund because they have a 14 days policy. It takes longer than that to get the kit and return it. I no longer want to deal with this shady company and would like to have my money back. I’ve paid $569.75 and have nothing in return. I ordered an upper veneer from Shiny Smile Veneers on 01 Sep 2024. I paid extra for expedited service. What I received was crude and looked like horse teeth - way over-sized and looking totally fake, unlike their ads. They offered to do a second one, and reluctantly I agreed rather than asking for a refund. I received the second veneer, which is much like the first - oversized and fake looking - completely unlike the people and teeth in their advertisements. Their website and email ads show people with beautiful white teeth, with videos that SEEM to show them inserting them. If you look and watch closely, they are not. The 'after" smile and teeth look exactly the same shape and size of their 'original teeth - not monolithic and all the same length - fake, like I was given. I have saved all the correspondence and have taken photos of their ads to back up my claims. I sent them another email regarding this on 2/25/2025 asking for a response, and have heard nothing. I want a full refund. I would also like them to stop their false advertising so others don't get caught up in their fakery. It's not worth a lawyer, which is part of their plan I assume. I had high hopes for Shiny Smiles, but the product was a total letdown. The veneers look incredibly fake, nothing like natural teeth, and the fit is awful—uncomfortable and awkward. What’s worse, they only showcase positive reviews on their website, hiding the real customer experiences. After I complained, they offered me $50 and a remake, but the veneers are so bad that I don’t even want another pair. This company seems more focused on damage control than actually providing a quality product. Save your money and look elsewhere!Initial Complaint

I ordered these 18 months ago in tgat time frame the bottom were supposdly accpeted but never got them. I have done 3 videos calls with their so called pros to guide me which every time I have been instructed diffrently. I have asked for a refund 5 times, they refuse everytime. I am making this complaint because on 10/2/2024 I placed an order with Shiny Smile Vaneers. **************** is great but the billing department is nasty. I inquired via phone multiple times and sent photos because I have an auto immune disease that made my teeth loose enamel and turn a blackish red color. I made multiple contacts and sent pictures to ensure this product would cover those issues to which I was assured they would. Processing time and shipping was fast but when they arrived they were see through and you could still see all blemishes. I contacted customer service about this and they offered a remake stating they would be thicker and fix the tooth issue but not the gum discoloration which to me was fine and suitable. When the new ones arrive they were so thick and hard I could not even fit them over my teeth so I asked for a full or partial refund. I appreciated them trying but it didnt work out. The ********************** refuses to refund me because of a 15 day refund policy which is fine but if they wouldnt have MISLEAD me in the first place we wouldnt be here. I was very open and upfront about my issues to avoid this. I would never have wasted my money if there was even a shadow of a doubt from customer service. I feel I deserve some sort of refund. I have one payment left and have always paid before my due date. I gave them a chance and was mislead. They refuse to understand the initial issue is that I was mislead into believing they would cover blemished and the replacements are so thick they will not fit onto teeth. They keep offering new pairs but at this point I would like some sort of reimbursement because again, I would have never purchased if I wasnt mislead. Please help me recover some funds!! Now after going back and forth they are stating my original vaneers were made incorrectly so I really dont understand why I can not be reimbursed at least half or all.
