We recently had our patio coated by Strong HiTech Coatings and was extremely disappointed with the results. The coating started peeling and chipping within a few months, despite being marketed as durable and long-lasting. When we reached out to the company to address the issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. We were promised that they would come and repair the patio as promised by their warranty and weve just been getting the run around. The patio is not only chipping it is extremely slippery and I recently fell and hurt my knee. I would strongly advise against using Strong HiTech Coatings for l any patio coating services, as you will likely end up with a subpar product and no support when things go wrong. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable company that actually upholds their warranties.Review from Customer C

STAY AWAY! They delete all bad reviews!!!Very bad company. Con-artists!They are lying and cant do properly work! Charge money even you not satisfied because work so bad, garage floor looks worse than before they touched it!All started for us after we spoke with person that was with company-truck and he told that he is an owner of the company. We called, made appointment and here started the fun they asked us to send money to different company, workers came without company-truck, and looked not professionally, they RUINED ********** FLOOR! When we called numbers to made work right- we were told that we are not they customers! All bad reviews they deleted! Stay away!!!Review from Zonte Pendergrass

Strong Hi-Tech Coatings has left is in a very bad situation in regards to their business practice and work, We have tried numerous times to rectify the situation with them and they still will not respond honestly. My patio " of which was done less than a year ago" is like an ice rink now because of the work not done correctly. They claim they will fix it because it was guaranteed in our contract, but refuse to give us a hard date to fix the issue for the last 6 months. We have called from my phone and they refuse to answer me any more, so we switched to my wife's phone of which they didn't answer after numerous calls. Mind you we called two minutes later from my father-in-laws phone and he picks right up. We are so scared we are going to get sued because of how slippery our deck is when it gets wet. They keep saying the weather is to bad to come fix it or some other excuse but yet and still we literally passed their truck coming from another job site.We implore anyone in the **********, ***** area or any where to not use them.
