      On January 2nd 2023. I stopped at this Jiffy Lube to get my car oil change.The service manager told me that their computers were down and that they can only take cash. So they asked me to go and withdraw from and ATM at gas station near by. I came back and ended paying $140 in cash.The next day I noticed that the receipt said they only top it up the oil instead of changing it. I tried calling them back but they didnt answer my calls.I contacted the district manager (******). He ask me to get the oil change at the Jiffy Lube located n **************** ******* To make this story short i stopped 5 times in different occasions trying to get the oil change but they keep giving me the same excuse of not having the oil filter for my car So today I contacted the district manager (******) to see what he is willing to do about it.now he is saying that since I dont have a receipt showing that I paid the cash he is not gonna be able to do anything. He also is saying that he inspected the videos for that particular day and couldnt find that I was there that day a all.

      I went to go get an oil change on my 2022 ************** on May 13,2023. The service went fine and they gave me a report stating everything was up to date. As I was exiting the premises, I hear a loud hit to the side of my car and undercarriage. I live close by, so I stop at my apartment and see bumper damage as well as a leak in the undercarriage. I go back to jiffy lube, and they say that the leak is an old transmission one and that the driveway is not good, its best to exit through the back alley. I later filed a complaint to corporate, and after three weeks I received a denial of my damage claim stating that they saw no bumper damage when I exited the premises and there is no evidence for the leak, even though their report did not note any of that when the oil was changed. These damages are equalling up to $2000.00 or more and Jiffy Lube is not accepting liability. I need my damages to be repaired and I need further compensation. By not putting up a sign, they are being extremely negligent and causing damage to others vehicles.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The image you have shown is not of the vehicle exiting the establishment, that is not the driveway. That is still inside the establishment, the driveway is further in front and there are no cameras pointing to that exit. As you can see, there is also no sign that tells clients of the faulty driveway. Therefore that still does not prove that you are not responsible for the damage as that is not the exit, it is further down.

      My name is *********************. I am writing to initiate a formal complaint against Jiffy Lube. The location of the complaint is ****************************************************. On 3-23-23 at 4:53pm, I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. During the oil change, the employee instructed me to keep my vehicle running. After departure, I drove a few blocks and my ignition shut off. I restarted my vehicle and upon arriving outside my home the ignition stalled again. I needed to restart my car a second time before I could reach my parking area. I immediately received a ride back to the Jiffy Lube location in which I had been serviced. After talking with the manager at site, *******, I was informed he would come to my home to inspect the vehicle. The manager, *******, arrived at my home at 6:40pm, on that same day, with my oil cork in hand. He stated that he was unable to complete any further work on my car because he could not lift the vehicle. ******* told me that he would speak with his supervisor and contact me on 3-24-23 to discuss the next steps. I did not receive a call from any employee of Jiffy Lube that day. I got a ride back to the location on 3-24-23. While there, ******* stated that he notified his supervisor and there was nothing he could do. I reached out to customer ********************** to report the situation on 3-24-23 and was told they would have someone look at the situation and contact me within ***** hours. I received no call from customer ********************** representatives; therefore, I called them on 3-29-23. During this time, I was given claim # ***** and a proof of claim # ********. No further actions have been taken to help me resolve the issue. These issues with my vehicle have made it difficult transporting back and forth to work. I am currently the head of the household, and this has put a strain on my finances. I desperately need help to resolve this issue.

      On 05/13/2023 and 05/19/2023, I visited the Jiffy Lube in *********************. I had several services completed that include, oil change, Rad Coolant Exchg, Air Filter, Transfer Case Service, ATF Exchange, Rear Differential, costing me $649.68 Work Orders **** and ****. On 05/13/2023, prior to driving to Jiffy Lube, I check my oil using the oil stick, it was in normal straight firm condition. After leaving Jiffy Lube on 05/19/2023, I started to hear some type of rattle sound from the front engine area that I never heard before. I continued to hear this sound and on 05/22/2023, I open my hood of my truck and looked for anything that might be loose. I noticed that my oil stick (yellow) was sticking up and not all the way down in the secured position. I also observed my oil stick case (metal part) was very loose and appeared to be the reason for the rattle sounds. I went to get my flashlight and saw that at the bottom part of the metal oil stick case, it was broken. This was not how it was on 05/13/2023. Also, the fact that I observed the yellow oil stick was not properly secured by approximately 2-3 inches. The metal oil stick case was damaged either during the servicing of my truck or the fact my oil stick was not properly secured causing it to move back and forth while I drove my truck. I absolutely expect good customer ********************** and for ******************** to fix my damaged oil stick case. Invoice #s ********* and ********* On 05/22/2023, I contacted Jiffy Lube ************ to file complaint. On 05/23/2023, I received an email from Jiffy Lube stating that I would be contacted within 72 hours, as of today's date, I have not yet been contacted with my complaint from Jiffy Lube.       Went to Jiffy lube in March, paid 352 dollars for Oil change, transmission fluid replacement and tire rotation. I never received an invoice for my claim, the tech never sent it to me.After my service i noticed a rattling in my car, when i attempted to take it back to jiffy lube a couple days later after realizing my problem the manager their told me he checked the fluid levels and everything should be good, the rattling should just be my slash guard.two weeks later my car breaksdown on the freeway, I narrowly avoided another vehicle as I pulled to the side. After I had my car towed to the dealership, the tech told me it was a faulty transmission. The part I just had serviced at a jiffy lube! I feel like the tech there must of used the wrong transmission fluid or something, jiffy lube took two weeks to contact me and by then I had already initiated repairs because I needed my car back ASAP. Because of this they could not send their insurance people in to take photos or review the parts. I cannot wait on them to coordinate these efforts. I feel they have not done their best to resolve my issue, I want either a full refund or full coverage of the repair of the faulty transmission which should have been fine after being serviced at the Jiffy lube in ****************. ********************************************************************************************************** My claim number is ***** with them, I have attempted contacting ********************************* but after telling me she would have an update for me the following day its been a week and a half and she will not return phone calls or emails. I believe these techs here ruined my car and tried to cover it up, I at the very least want a full refund of the services done here that day and partial compensations of damages to my transmission, including the initial cost of the inspection done by ******

      I came here for a full synthetic oil change as I usually do and payed $121.95 cents to be exact only to find out that they used the wrong oil in my car. Not even a day later, my car started ticking and I went back to jiffy lube before my appointment at another location and was told that the oil was fine, but my transmission fluid was high and that could have caused the tick. No offer to correct the issue or provide a refund. Further more, they were not supposed to add transmission fluid to my car at all so I did not understand how that was high. I took my car to another location and they redid my oil change, sucked out some of the transmission oil. The oil renoved from my car was dirty and felt like water when I just paid for a FULL synthetic oil change at jiffy! They also put that filter on extremely tight!The manager reached out and asked me to come in but when I did he discredit their s**** up and refused my refund. In addition to paying for the oil change at Jiffy lube, I had to pay to get another oil change as well as pay for a diagnostic to make sure damage was not done to my entire engine for their mistake. The manager was unwilling to refund my money for the messed up oil change that was done at their business and threatened me saying that nothing will be done since I took my car to a shop to fix the issue that they refused to fix and refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I went back to the store two times in which I was told no refund and my car was "inspected" but I believe the "inspection" was given in order to keep me quiet since they had customers. Once outside, I was offered a free oil change at my next service time. I declined, since they damaged my car to begin with I no longer trust them under my hood. I requested a refund one last time and was told no with an attitude and so I left very upset. I want my money back. If they pay for a third party inspection, I will go but they wont touch my car again.

      I am rejecting this response because: Please provide proof of the "several" times you have reached out to me. No one has other than a woman at jiffy lube on 6/16/2023 leaving me a single voicemail asking what happened. Everything that happened is in this complaint. All of my proof and everything needed is in this complaint. Just more tactics to WASTE my time. No offers of a real resolution. If a refund isn't guarenteed providing the EXACT same proof that is included in my complaint here, then don't waste any more of my time with games, respectfully. I rather deal with the company only through a third party as they are extremely unprofessional and shady.

      My oil was changed at Jiffy Lube Store#****. Now I'm being told that I need a new engine by the dealership because the oil drain plug was not properly reinstalled. Conveniently, that tech no longer works there. It has been 3 weeks since they said they were looking into it and I can't get a response, update, rental car, rental reimbursement or anything. Then when I tell them I may need to get an attorney they are claiming they can't do anything until it goes through their legal team. Meanwhile I'm still making car and insurance payments for a vehicle we can't drive.

      I went to jiffy lube for an oil change in july of 2022 i had a problem with my 2021 dodge ram i took it to dodge dealer in dec 2022 i was told the engine was damaged because of the install of the oil filter and it is not covered under the warranty because of the install by jiffy lube, i have been in contact with the general manager , District manager and there main customer *********************************************. this is been going on since *** 5th 2023 im just getting the run around, I need help with this , please

      Visited March 2023 for oil change and inspection. Paid for both. Only received receipt and no inspection report. Upon asking, I was assured that is all I needed.Couldn't not renew online. Called this location and they assured me they did it and if it is not showing up, it's on the county's end.Weeks went by and still no inspection showing up. After calling 2 more times, I eventually went in with my receipt and was assured AGAIN.Today the county cannot renew my registration as I do not have an inspection. When calling to fix the situation again, the employee was rude and cursed at me (called me as a****** I was upset but I never cursed or was rude. Just demanding and angry as I had to wait two months for a registration appointment and pay for a babysitter and miss work.) and offered no help. "It is not our issue ma'am."This location also has charged me for services on another car. I had to return in person to get it fixed after they claimed I was wrong in the phone.
