    The customer representatives ae not friendly nor courteous, no matter how courteous you are to them. They will disconnect your call, before getting a completed work and will not call you back should you get disconnected even when asked to do you. On 8/15/2022 , I talked to 3 representatives after waiting almost 30minutes (each) Maria was asked to return my call if we got disconnected and she neglected to do so. So I call a 3rd time just to establish an automatic payment date. SERVICE IS VERY BACK FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    I switched to this company for electric services at the end of May seeking a better better rate than my prior servicer. I was not with the company for HALF a month before receiving a light bill for almost $500. I was with my prior servicer for almost 3 years before switching to 4change and my bills weren't even half the amount 4change is stating I owe. Fast forward not even another full month and now they're stating my new current charges is 800.00+. I live in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment and I'm appalled at the their absolutely dishonest billing system and lack of customer service. BBB needs to review this company and make them answer since they will not listen to their consumers.

    After speaking with 4 different representatives and the retention department all I resolved was that they they do not care about their customers. I renewed and magically ended up on another plan to were I was paid $1,000 for one month. All I asked for was to be put on the plan I had been on and be given a credit for the KHW price difference. Convenient for them to overcharge their customers!!!! Poor customer service, disconnected several times and no call back. Took almost 7 days of this to only find out they are okay with overcharging me and not crediting me for two months. Clearly they do not care about their customers, I wish I had read more reviews before signing up with this company.

    This company is horrible! Do not use them! They do not notify you when your contract is expiring and then when you speak with them to renew they tell you one thing and do another. I was told when I renewed that my new contract would be retroactive effective immediately for the current billing period that I was on the month to month rate. Well, I received a bill that was practically double what my normal bill is for this time of year. When I called to inquire about the bill I just got the run around. Finally I got someone higher up to call and he was ************. The company still didn't want to follow through on what was promised. After having to argue with him he got an attitude but said they would re-bill me. We shall see. Unfortunately, I am locked in a new 2 year contract with them but as soon as that expires I will be finding a different electricity provider.

    Worse electricity company I have ever had. Their rates are sky high and do not tell you when you call and change your plan that sign you up for a new plan. Do not sign up with them.

    They lost my electronic payment made well before due date and threatened to disconnect electricity. After providing a bank statement and several hours on the phone with unhelpful representatives all named Frank, I will wait 24-48 hours before hearing back on a resolution with no guarantees my power won't get disconnected during the wait.

    There was a person called me after I paid my disputed $427 . Biil in half and I promised to pay rest with my current bill of different address but same name..he claimed he is calling from city of Houston and asked me how much did I paid.when I called him back at the same number he start using profanity and falls language.i can provide you with that number so you can further in investigate the issue..

    I was shunted to this company when my previous provider closed due to lingering financial difficulty after the 2021 freeze. After reading the contract terms and conditions, which listed a number of punitive and absolutely ridiculous fees, I switched to a new company 2-3 weeks later. Because I knew I wasn't staying with this company, I did not want to create an online account. I tried to make a one-time payment using the automated phone system to clear the balance from the single month I had them. I tried multiple times, and each time I got all the way to entering my debit card information, and then it would simply tell me my payment could not be processed, no reason or anything. Because the bill due date was fast approaching, and I didn't want to be late, I finally tried creating an online account to make the payment. This also failed multiple times. This left me with no option other than to call and make a payment with a representative. Luckily they did not attempt to charge me for this (their contracts say they can charge you a fee to pay with a live rep!). However, their customer service is clearly outsourced overseas. I was able to make the payment, but immediately after the call, and continuing to today, a month later, I have been suddenly inundated with spam calls. I did not authorize the sharing or selling of my information by this company, and I am on the national Do Not Call registry. The nuisance calls always leave a voicemail of 1:12 worth of static background noise. The calls come in during my work hours and the evening. I'm extremely unhappy that because none of this company's payment systems worked, I had to call and experience an exposure of my personal cell number.
