    As a disabled veteran i receive all my medical care through the VA and have never worked with this company. Yet for some reason i have a $5000 debt to them, even though i have not recently had any surgery or anesthesia related medical interventions. This is not my account yet itis completely hindering my credit as i am being charged for it.

    I received a c-section 10/02/22. Never received a bill from Northstar, collections Assetcare started calling. Called Northstar directly and paid them the balance of the bill. They stated they would end the collection process, Im still being harassed and now collections is showing on report. Payment dates and confirmation numbers: 5/18/23 #********* and 6/16/23 *********. All for a bill I still havent seen.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I received a call and message from Arietas Health (on 11/9) saying they would send me a letter stating the debt/collections was removed. I have not received it. North Star also stated every time I spoke with them giving payment they would send a receipt. They never did. They never even sent me a bill which is why we are where we are at.

    NorthStar Anes ** billed me for services 14 months later. I was not expecting a bill from them, and when I called to ask about it they could give me very little information. Actually, I called for a month straight and the phone number on the invoice they sent me was not operational until finally one day the call actually did go through. They are a very shady company who is very likely breaking multiple laws in sending bills this late to patients with very little explanation about what the bill is for.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I still do not feel that I should have to pay the amount they are charging me.  However, I have dedicated enough of my time arguing with them.  To make things right, they should refund the amount they charged me without needing to further tie up my time going around and around with them in circles on the phone.

    I had a cesarean delivery on 6-17-23. I was provided with anesthesia services. I have healthcare coverage through Aetna. I received an itemized bill from the hospital I gave birth at. Anesthesia was included. I received a bill from NorthStar Anes ******** PLLC for $852.00. They put a 75% discount in the adjustment category to make it appear as though the bill was run the insurance company. It was not. I contacted ***** who said they never received a bill. I then contacted NorthStar who asked for a lot of personal information which I refused to give. They said to call the hospital. I called the hospital and they said it is not a valid bill.

    I was charged for services that both of my insurance companies have paid for in which I do not owe anything per my secondary insurance. Each time I call, I get asked for payment immediately and that i owe this. *** been denied to speak with a manager. I have emailed, no response. 7/25 I faxed and mailed their billing statement along with my eobs from insurance showing I do not owe anything. I submitted a letter asking for this to be resolved and for a follow up from a manager and it still has not been addressed. When I call they say this will be taken care of but the charges are still showing per their payment website.

    I just received a bill from Jan of 2022 in July of 2023 for $3,800. I can't Pau this bill and I don't have 2 insurances anymore I only have 1

    I have had two bills come in the mail for the same procedure with two different account numbers and amounts due. I have been paying on one and have a total of $150 payed off and I keep getting different amounts and account numbers in the mail and when I call they say they cant find where I paid that money and its taken out of my bank account I have proof!!! I am not paying on other bills that I should not have and they are trying to scam me from my money. They better not put those in my collections because I am not paying for them. I have paid on one and it still shows that I havent payed a single dime.

    2/14/2023 Hello, I was billed for two providers which was not medically necessary for the procedure performed and borderline insurance fraud. I called before the procedure and asked how much the services wouldve which was different that what was billed. I have called your call center multiple times (their English is hard to understand) and they were unable to assist with disputing the charge. I have not heard back from your company. I will agree to pay for one provider, but not both. Please contact me via email at your earliest convenience about correcting the bill.

    Between 9/12/22 and today, 4/13/23 Northstar Anthesthesia of ************ claims that l owed $50.88 for services NEVER received. I received a debt collection from *************************************** today and am afraid to respond in fear of a scam.

    On 5/22/22 my daughter had a stint placed to relieve a kidney stone. On 10-7-22 I received a bill for ******. I made a $25 payment. I received a bill for $303.51 on 12-30-22 and on 1-27-23. On 3-13-23 I then received a bill for $1963 for the same procedure. When I called I was told that I had originally received a prompt payment discount of 75%, but since I had not paid during the first 3 billing cycles the discount was removed and I am now responsible for the full $1963. I have copies of each bill. Nowhere is there any indication that there is a prompt pay discount, or that the discount would not be applied if I didn't pay by a certain date. I have stacks of medical bills from my daughters extended hospital stay for a kidney stone and kidney infection. I would have prioritised them differently if I had known that. The 75% discount is under the column marked "adjustments." There is no payment from insurance, and insurance paid a portion of every other bill related to this hospital stay. Did they not file a claim with insurance?I called ready to pay the amount due of $******, but it has gone to collections.
