    On March 12th, 2023, I worked a double 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shift at ******* Rehabilitation via the Shiftkey application. After receiving a decline notification, I contacted the facility to approve my shift. Once the Director of Nursing let me know that Shiftkey had an internal error, I did a three way call with Shiftkey Management and ******* Rehabilitation. My case was escalated to the Account Manager on March 13th, 2023, and I was guaranteed a three to five business day window for solution and payment. On March 17th, I contacted Shiftkey and I was told that there was not a solution but I would have one by close of business. On Monday, March 20th, 2023, I called back and the supervisor that I spoke with told me that she will escalate it to a higher department than the ****************** team and call me back with an ETA of funds. I never received a call back. I called again on March 21st. The supervisor I spoke with explained that my case was being worked on so I requested that someone from the payroll department contact me directly. The supervisor stated that she will request it and escalate my case once more. She also stated that she would call me back. However, I never received a phone call. Thursday, March 23rd, I called back and spoke to a customer service representative named ****** who was COMPLETELY incompetent and under qualified for handling escalated calls. I had to call in three times in order to speak with a competent representative before speaking with a supervisor due to getting ****** the first two times I called. The supervisor I spoke with told me that there were no updates and my request wasn't sent until March 21st, 2023! I am OUTRAGED! If I do not receive my funds by tomorrow, I am suing Shiftkey for pain and suffering. This is the second time this has happened to me with this company!They do not care about the contractors! We are just dollar signs! If this doesn't get resolved I will go public.

    I have contacted the appeals department several times over the past few weeks and have yet to receive a response. My account has been suspended with no explanation as to why. Very poor communication on behalf of ShiftKey and their appeals department

    I did a shift for Shiftkey and I haven't been paid for it. I did everything the facility required of me to get paid but my worklog continues to be rejected.

    I worked for shift key on 2/19/2023 a **** hr shift, in which I suppose to get $40.09/hr which added up to $317.38, after they deducted for insurance which was only $2.35, I only got paid $24.72. They deducted $290.31 for no reason and every time I called someone to discuss the matter, no one seemed to know what happened. I finally got to speak to the Southeast regional account manager *************************** and she told me that the shift had to be audit, because the hrs was put on the work log wrong by them, but that it will be resolved and I will get my remaining money of $290.31. I have called her every week since then and she has been avoiding me. I keep leaving messages on here phone, but she will not contact me. This company gets paid for you doing the job, but don't want to pay you after you complete the job. I thought it was a legit employer, but be careful, because you are a self contractor and the ********** of ***** can't help you and if you take them to court, you're losing more money. Of all the agencies I have worked for this is the worst one because they are all about the money, not the patients or staff. This is a technology company who knows nothing about the healthcare system, so beware.

    I am rejecting this response because:   My complaint was for 2/19/23 not 2/17/23.  I only received one payment on 2/21/23 for work on the 2/17/23, and it was correct.  I never received a payment for that shift on the 22nd, so there wasn't an over payment.  I was complaining about the shift on the 19th,  I work an 8hr shift and got paid $24.72 for that shift on the 27th.  I only received that amount , no overpayment for that shift,so I don't know why shiftkey can't see that.  They know what they paid me and I only received a total of $706.84 for 3 shifts at $40/hrs.  There were no over payment and they know it.  I just want to get paid for what I did and not try and make it seem as if I don't know how to count. I've tried calling and  no one will answer or call back.

    I am so sorry, but I finally got someone from Shiftkey who was able to explain to me about my payment.  I did get paid, correctly, but the way

    they put it on their portal seem like they didn't pay and I didn't really check my checking account, just their portable.  I would like to apologize to Shiftkey, because

    ****** came through and took the time to explain to me how the portal doesn't match your bank statement.  Thanks  *************

    Over the holidays we were offered a 50.00$ gift card if we worked a shift. I worked and had to pull teeth to get the card. When I received it and then decided to use it at Amazon they told me the card was declined. There were 0 dollars on it. I have contacted Shift Key twice about it and each time have gotten no response from a manager. I would like a response.

    They keep putting me off. Management will not call or email me. I have reached out 3 times to ask about my money and they want me to contact some debit card company and ask why there was no money on the card instead of reissuing me the ***** debit card themselves. It is not about the money. It is the principal. The fact that they would do this. How many other nurses have they pulled this on? Don't work over for a bonus because you will not see it. You will have to fight tooth and nail for every ***** you get with Shift Key. Bad relations with their nurses. They just care about getting companies that are desperate to come on board. Not you.

    I worked a premium shift through Shiftkey on September 5. I had an issue where my pay was short and the pay was fixed, but for whatever reason the 6th ended up being short as well & the issue went unresolved. I only received 15$ of the pay due from a 12 hour shift. After provided proof of bank statements and work log, my issue was still not resolved.

    On 2/22/23 I was scheduled to work a shift in *******, **, I called in due to the weather. I spoke with **** who advised me to fill out a time sheet with 0 hours. I did just that the next day. Shortly after I did that my account was suspended due to a violation. I emailed the ShiftKey help email and was advised in would stay suspended. That's literally all they said. I then called **** again she said even though I filled out the timesheet correct ShiftKey tried paying me for the shift. She called and they canceled the payment. However she advised that I shouldn't be in trouble because I did what she said. I'm still confused as to how ShiftKey making a mistake is my fault. And I have to remain suspended for doing what I was told?!

    I logged on my account for ********************** on 18Feb23 only to find out that my account was suspended. I was not notified. I called Shiftkey and followed the directions given to contact *********************************** I wrote numerous emails as directed and continued to attempt to contact ***************** I still have not been contact. I have been given no reason. No resolution from Shiftkey.

    I worked December 24, 2022 11 PM to 8 o'clock in the morning at ********** rehabilitation The pay rate posted was $53.54 they told me they will fix the pay rate and pay me $63.04 if I came in and help them. I agreed and worked. ********** sent multiple emails to ShiftKey to change the pay rate so I can get paid I still have not get paid yet. shift key told me they will respond in 3 to 5 days I have called over eight times since December I received no email and I received no phone call from this company. ShiftKey also said if I worked December 24 or 25th I will receive $50 for each day that I work I only received one gift card please help me resolve this so I can get my pay difference and my $50 gift card
