Had a visit from ***** with moxie pest control . Was unsure if I wanted to started the services unless o spoke to my husband. The sales guy offered to hold me an appointment slot by putting my card on file and told me he would contact me directly before he came to my house to confirm my appointment. I was fine with that . The next day He showed up 20min early before my appointment slot and knocked on my door . Saw i obviously wasnt home but continued to do services on my home any way when I explained to him Ill be home at 5:30-6oclock. My time slot appointment was for 5-7pm he showed up at 4:41 and started services with out calling or ****ing me like he said he would . I immediately called the company to dispute any charges and cancel any account that was made due to ***** not calling me or ****ing me like he said he would to make sure I was okay with them doing any service . After speaking with a representative that day I found out that ***** is not allowed to reach out to me via call or **** and that he shouldnt have told me that . I also found out that I would be paying 150$ every 3 months which ***** also did not make me aware of . He said the 150$ was a one time payment . Anyways a very helpful representative helped me out by canceling everything and telling me I owe nothing which was good to hear . but later that night at 8-8:30 Caleb **** my personal phone number asking why I canceled my services . When I did not respond he CALLED MY PHONE !!! . I ignored everything hoping to let it past but now **** is contacting me again constantly saying I owe 170$ after they already told me I owe nothing and now saying my account will go to collections. When they are the ones who miss communicated , false advertised, and even harassed me by calling me at 8:30 at night to question me about canceling. Highly unprofessional and I will not be paying that 170$ I will not go down with out a fight . This company is a scam !!!
