      In June I agreed to have the my insulation replaced because I was hearing noises in my attic. I went with Moxie because they said they would remove all insulation, seal any gaps and check any damage wiring on top of sanitizing for rodents. They agreed to wait a bit between the removal of the insulation and putting the new insulation in and set traps just in case any rodents were hiding.After the new insulation was put in I continued hearing noises in the attic. They said since a contractor was being sent to fix the attic door they broke they would have him check for any holes in the attic. Since I already had the insulation installed (15 inches) the contractor said it was almost impossible to see the holes and seal them from the inside. He found a huge hole by the roof. I struggled to get Moxie to cover it but after lots of calls and getting the salesman involved, they finally agreed to cover the costs of sealing it from the outside.Next morning (7/4) I am still hearing noises from the attic. I called the sales rep and he called someone (I believe he said his service manager), they said they wouldnt cover it. I dont understand why if the only reason I have anything in my attic is because the didnt seal everything as they had stated. The sales rep offered to pay for the trap if I would be willing place it upstairs myself. So I did. This morning (7/5) I am still hearing the noises so I decided to move the trap closer to the area where I can hear the noises instead where I had placed it (by the attic door).As I am walking through my attic I see they did not tighten anything, fix any holes, probably didnt check any wiring or any of the other things they were supposed to do. At this point I dont even know if they sanitized or anything else. I am livid. Im currently waiting for a response from the company. I am debating wether to get an attorney involved because I paid way more than what other companies quoted because the assured me the would seal everything.

      0 Stars! Moxie ******, ***I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with one of your sales representatives. I interacted with a Moxie sales guy, who provided me with information and assurances that turned out to be completely false.During our interaction, moxies sales rep assured me that the service I was interested in had certain features and benefits, which heavily influenced my decision to make a purchase. Specifically, I was told, "the first service would be discounted and the second/follow-up service would be free and $$ annually after that for 1 yr. Based on these representations, I proceeded with the purchase, confident that it would meet my needs as described.However, upon receiving the second service, I discovered that , the second service was not free. This blatant misrepresentation of facts has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment.As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency from your sales team. The actions of Moxies sale team undermine my trust in your company but also raise serious ethical concerns about the sales practices employed. I believe this matter requires immediate attention and corrective action to prevent similar incidents in the future.To resolve this issue, I request the following:1. A formal apology from the company.2. A refund for the second service 3. Assurance that appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken against [sales representative's name] to address this misconduct.I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and address my concerns promptly. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation necessary to support my claims. Please respond to this complaint within 10 business days to inform me of the steps being taken to rectify the situation. I will put in multiple complaints until this is resolved.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt and satisfactory resolution.
