I went with my family today to your McAllen location on ******* and the experience seemed like a health hazard. The were ceiling tiles missing due to mold and water was falling through on the floor and into trash bins. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cause my pregnant wife had been craving CiCis but the pizza was not your standard at all. I say it was a potential health hazard cause all this was happening by the pasta area I wasnt thinking and ate some. There was also only 4 staff members, the manager was working cashier cooking and washing dishes. He had a smile at all times but it was overall a horrible experience. I had heard a child mentioning the restroom was needing work cause it was clogged but they could go with short staff. I hope you can help them out cause I really do like your food just a shame this location has come to this.Business Response

I accidentally bought tokens instead of a card for games. I asked manager to please refund the money and put the tokens back in the machine and they refused. The tokens were worthless to me and had to be thrown away.Business Response

Took my 14 yr old son to the resturant cicis pizza in ********** ***** and my son was approached by an employee multiple times in a very un appropriate manner. The employee was trying to talk to my son about unappreciated topics. A manger was notified nothing was done the manager acted like it was no big deal. Reached out to the restaurant multiple times now. One manager named **** said his boss told him to tell me i need to show up with the police and a lawyer. Another manager who claimed to be area manager took my info and refuses to now talk to me. Reached out to corporate and no response.Initial Complaint

On 12/24/23 at about 12:15, my family visited the Cicis in ******** **. We spent around $100+. We watched an employee scrape food from guests plates with bare hands (no gloves). Then went straight to the counter to handle prepared food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Told management. She called him to the side by the oven. I walked past on the way back to my table. The manager, employee, and another employee were standing there laughing. This was less than a minute after the manager called him to the side. Afterwards, the employee started intensely in our direction on and off. There were only 2 other families at the time. Im sure there are cameras if there is any question as to the way this happened. Im very disappointed in the slack nature of this, especially with all of the illnesses going on. We ended up leaving shortly after.Business Response

December 11,2023 we took my family out to eat for my daughter 11th birthday. Once we paid and sat down with our food began eating we experienced Roaches coming from the wall on to the table. Immediately called a worker over who seen the roaches and issued a refund. Problem is the refund was never issued or received. I have called everyday with different excuse that the District manager in store states its a new system and needs more time. I have still yet not received my refund of 63.22$ from the ******* Gulfgate store. Instead ** told nothing can be done or even hung up on. I will never dine in or out of another Cicis nor branch . I made an order for my local Cicis here in. I ordered through delivery and I never received it . I called door dash since that is who yall use for deliveries but they stated I needed to get my refund from my local Cicis because they hold the payment . Door dash did try and call the Cicis but they were told they could not issue the payment because the only person who could do that was not available until Friday morning . Went into cicis in ********** on August 8th 2023 at approximately 6pm we had a party of 6 but one was ill so she wasnt eating. I was told had to pay for everyone I had questioned why and was told she was here and had to be paid for when I requested a manager was told they were on break and I couldn't speak to anyone and nothing is posted I even offered to just buy her a drink but was told no had to purchase buffet I don't understand if someone can't eat why would they would be charged the full price is ridiculous just another way to scam someone out of money. So I paid for her to just sit with us and not eat the staff here isn't very polite to customers and even after I paid there was maybe 6 slices of pizza on buffet and the rest of staff ************ off wasn't like it was busy maybe a total of 10 people topsBusiness Response

08/11/23 ******* family went to cicis to dine in, usually we go to cicis like one or twice a week because we really enjoy ******* go to different locations in the san antonio area but the cicis on san ***** was nothing like the other locations. i first noticed that none of the pizzas were fresh, when we sat down to eat tou could immediately tell the food was NOT FRESH, if youve ever seen pizza thats like a day or so older you know what im talking about, it was so hard & crusty so i moved on to the ************** when i got to the salad it was messy the lettuce looked old!! i thought maybe it was like from it sitting there all day im not sure but afterwards they brought out more pizza that seemed to be fresh so of course we ate, well after about the rest o the day after getting home me, my husband, AND my 3 year old started feeling nauseous & stomach cramps!!! we were literally in so much for the rest of the night with diarrhea and chills, i noticed that my daughter had resulted in a fever so at 12am at night i ended up taking he to the E.R just to find out we mightve ate something with a bacteria or straight up FOOD POISONING, i dont want anything in return or anything but i was absolutely crying in pain as well as my ********** dont think thats right for the employees to he serving old food of food that was not good! i know for a fact we got sick from cicis because we literally only had that for the day & when we got home after we started feeling terrible. i will not be going back to this specific location and those employees really need to be checked on more because they really thought serving that old food was okay!! imagine how many other people probably felt sick but just didnt know or say anything! im still sick in bed today & i wouldnt wish this sickness on my worst enemy its **************** painful to be cramping almost all day from diarrhea! sorry if its a little to detailed but PLEASE do better at this locationInitial Complaint

The employees are making the pizza and touching the food with bare hands no gloves not washing their hands walking around with phone in their hands. Blocking off half of the restaurant so people cant sit over there more than 5 families in the restaurant and only 2 pizzas out. Out of ice. Out of tea.
