On 18 April 2023 approximately **** hours I went to this place of business ***************************** in Killeen to pick up my wife glasses. I went to the front desk to check in at the counter. The nice lady told me to have a seat over there at the blue chairs and someone will be with you in a minute. As I was waiting for some to come help me with my two year old son. Another lady came to assist me and went to go get my wife glasses for me. As I was waiting with my son at the area I was told to wait and man name "*************" came over to where I was told to wait and brought another lady over to where I was told wait and he look at me like I was wasn't s*** in the most disturbing, disrespectful way like was to not over there. I will never will be doing business with with this company again. I see how this place treat there customers. If you decide go there do not repeat let ************* help you at all. I do not tolerate being disrespectful in front of my son at all!!
