Disappointing Experience with 2023 ******* Navigator at *****************: Window and Transmission Issues As a member of the military, I take pride in maintaining a reliable vehicle, especially one as expensive as the 2023 ******* Navigator. Unfortunately, my experience with ****** **** has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.Drivers Side Window/Mirror Controller:The drivers side window and mirror controls intermittently stop working, preventing me from rolling down the window. This is a major inconvenience, especially when Im trying to get in or out of the car quickly, or need to roll down the window at a checkpoint.Despite bringing the vehicle in three times, the issue remains unresolved. During my latest visit, it took four days for the dealership to even look at the vehicle. By the time they inspected it, the problem had reset itself, and they refused to consider further inspection. They claimed they couldnt replicate the issue, so no action would be taken. Its embarrassing to drive an expensive vehicle like this, only to have to open the door at the front gate to get out because the window wont roll down.Transmission Jerking and Noise:Additionally, my transmission intermittently jerks hard and makes a loud noise when shifting gears. The dealership has been unable to replicate the issue, leaving it unresolved. For the amount of money Ive invested in this vehicle, I expect better service and more thorough inspections. As a military member, reliability and dependability are paramount to me, and the lack of resolution from ****** **** is unacceptable. Its disheartening to face these issues with no real support or solutions from a dealership that should stand behind its products.Review from Kiara S

We brought our bronco sport in because the heat stopped working. We went 9 days without a car. The repair was covered under warranty. We asked for an oil change and a FULL detail ($299). The detail was done poorly! I had to send the ****** back to be redone. The seats weren't shampoo well and doors not wiped down. It literally looked like something I could've done in a rush. I was trying to show the detail tech where things needed to be improved and he had a major attitude and ignored me. So I left the car to be redone. We did not receive a call before they closed and which resulted in us not having a car for 2 additional days. Our service advisor came in on her day off to check over the car before we picked it up and she had to send it back to be detailed AGAIN. Once we got the car back, the heat still did not work properly. We were told to *** the engine to help the heat kick on. Which we never had to do before. So that was unacceptable to us. We noticed after the repair our car was sounding funny Like the engine was ticking. That complaint was ignored by **** even though we brought it up multiple times to the service tech. Because of the lack of trust we have with this dealership we ended up trading the vehicle in because we did not trust that our car was done correctly and we can't afford to be without a car. We only take our vehicles to the brand it is for maintenance and we have absolutely no trust in the **** dealership in Killeen. So we purchased a new car from *****. Our service advisor ***** was amazing and all our issues were out of her control. So we do not blame her. But the quality of work was POOR and they lost our business. I loved my bronco sport but due to this horrible experience we are no longer **** customers.Review from Vera K

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic test done for leaking oil. They kept my vehicle there for a month and kept telling me that they were waiting on parts. I told them I really needed my vehicle so they got it back to me but was only able to complete a break flush. I paid over 500 bucks for the flush and diagnostic test. I take my vehicle to another repair shop to perform another test for a 2nd opinion and they ran a dye test to discover where my leaks and problems were coming from and they showed me every leak and informed me that the dealership was about to fix parts on my vehicle that didn't have anything to do with my issues which would have made my vehicle worse and possibly destroying it. The manager told the worker that if I needed a vehicle so bad I could always just but a new one. I paid 195 plus tax for a service that wasn't even done correctly. The other repair shop was honest and allowed me to see for my own eyes . Thank goodness I went and got a second opinion because **** was about to charge me over 2000 to repair things that wasn't the issue. If the service repair shop wants to be fair , they can issues a refund for not performing a true diagnostic test.Review from Thora S

I give 0/5 stars for extreme up-charging of $65K for a $53K vehicle, promised to be sold to me for $55K by sales manager ************************* at the onset of the purchase process. 0/5 stars for *****/ *********************, *****************************, and *******************************, knowing that I was reluctant to unfreeze my credit reports for them to obtain my 833 credit score for the $92K loan, running 5 financing inquiries with 5 agencies for $114,632.06, and 1 more after I bought the truck without a clue about add-ons that I clearly stated that I did not want. I give 0/5 stars for the Killeen ********** protection plan racket with APEX Protect GPS device installations, APEX Protect *********** **** Protect *********** GAP Insurance, frivolous ************ that aren't even chargeable to consumers. I give 0/5 for the intimidation tactics and flat tire. I was a **** who trusted a dame who endeared herself to me, promised me a pre-negotiated $55K deal with sales manager ******* for the '24 VW Atlas, fully loaded w/3rd row seating. I only got $1K for my ********* but I bought the Atlas & never saw a contract because I was fully engaged in ****************** Therapy for my daughter's murder & her husband's suicide, leaving me to raise her 4 kiddos. We were packing & prepping to go to ********* on 11/18/23 for Thanksgiving with family during the Atlas trade & Expedition purchase. I was in the process of canceling contracts that I discovered on the **** thumb drive-(no paper contract changed hands) upon my return from *********. I was not briefed on any ********************* purchases because I clearly stated that I wanted only what came standard & I signed only to decline. But I saw my digital signature on several 3rd party contracts added to the *** as well as the **** Contracts. I'm requesting reimbursements for $4900 for ****, $2000 for FPT&W, $1000 for GAP, $157.93 for Dealer Ad Valorem Tax, & $150 for invalid Documentary Fees. And how does $92,908.13 X ****% = $2318.13 in sales tax for the ****?Review from Dan G

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely no contact from the service advisor for over two weeks after repeated tries. This is my work vehicle and is needed asap. I found out only the service advisor will give vehicle status and they aren't available until after 11 am.Review from Carmela B

The worst customer service on the planet. Waited on hold for 20 minutes more than six times this week half of those times I was hung up on and never helped the other half of the times they promised to have someone call back to let us know whats going on with our truck and we never got a phone call or trucks been there for 30 days and no one has responded to us at all. We have no idea whats going on with our vehicle. Completely ridiculousReview from Terry S

On 5 August 2023, my wife and I decided we wanted to buy a new white **** F250 Lariat and found one at Killeen Ford. I called at 9:15, to check availability, spoke with ***** and was informed that he was looking at the white **** F250 Lariat and it was still available. We arrived at Killeen Ford at 11:00, met with ***** and was immediately handed off to ******. ****** informed us that the white **** F250 Lariat had been sold the evening before and they were waiting for the buyer to come sign the paperwork. They said if the buyer didnt show by 12:00 we could buy it. Killeen Ford did have a black **** F250 Lariat in stock we test drove while waiting. We provided credit information to start working a deal on white **** F250 Lariat. After waiting another 1.5 hours, someone from management (we guess) came from the back to inform us that we had an 807-credit score, were in the top one percent of credit ratings and that the only lenders they approached were offering a high interest rate. I was also asked to provide copies of paperwork to validate our income. This is also when we were informed that the white **** F250 Lariat was sold, and we were dealing on the black **** F250 Lariat. At no time during this process was any paperwork brought to us showing the price of the new **** F250 Lariat, what my trade-in value was, or how much money we were borrowing. I walked to the back of the showroom, knocked on the glass and asked ****** for the keys and informed her that we were done.I have received four statements of credit denial from lending companies and only one have I ever heard of. All state that my credit score was over 807, but the type of collateral was not sufficient. Because of these checks my score dropped to 788. Come to find out the loan amount was $103,214.00 for a vehicle that the **** was $86,540.00.Ensure you see the deal on paper prior to allowing Killeen Ford to run your credit. I also believe there was some age discriminations involvedReview from Thomas M

After spending 6 hours at the dealership, made a deal. Found out the new had been in an accident via Carfax. Once this was reported to the dealership, they denied knowledge of the accident. It went down hill from there. Returned the vehicle, got my trade in back and down payment returned. Cannot get them to cancel the loan through ***** According to the sales manager, that is our problem. He was mistaken, our problem was going to that dealership.Review from Johnathan E

This dealership advertises one price on line which is 3k below msrp and when you get there it's 10k over msrp. Also, they have a billboard advertising no dealer add ons then have **** in dealer add ons then want to low ball you on trade in of your vehicle. They also stated they sold a bronco over msrp and found a marketplace listing where they show pricing at msrpKilleen Ford Response
