            Terry over at Texcellent is awesome! My AC is OLD and went out late in the evening and didn’t think anyone would be able to come out late to fix it but Terry came out and was able to diagnose it being a seized fan motor. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue but was also able to get me a replacement motor by the end of the day. Really appreciated how he didn’t pressure me to replace the whole system and instead provided me the option to fix my current unit. Will definitely be replacing my AC unit with Texcellent once my current AC finally dies.

            Texcellent A/C provided prompt, courteous, professional service. I appreciated the technician keeping me informed of their arrival time. Upon arrival he checked out my system, completed troubleshooting, and explained to me I had a bad capacitor. He had a replacement in his truck, installed it and everything worked great. During my service he explained everything that he was doing, part estimate, and answered my questions about my A/C system. I was very happy with the repair and I highly recommend this company.
