      Love love love their SWEET N SALTY COOKIES. They changed the Reciepe and packaging and they’re terrible. Never buying again and probably won’t stop at Buc-ees

      While I love the concept…a great one stop place to get gas and food and restrooms…the place is an unpoliced zoo! We pull a 42’ ft RV. It’s hard enough to get in and out with that rig but then you find a partially open spot at the pumps and you pull in and wait til you can fully pull in…only to look around and there is not a living body in any of the gas pump spots. Except for one who was sitting in the car eating!. No one was pumping gas. We will not stop there anymore because they do not police the pumps. Why have a gas station if everyone is allowed to use them as dining rooms or parking spots?! What a joke!!

      The Alvin store is not handicapped accessible restrooms the stalls are right size and everything else but the door to the stall is too small for powerchair or wheelchair to fit in the men’s restroom the Hodges prevent access to stall. Then after not able to use restroom coming out door they had beer cases stacked so close that when powerchair or wheelchair users turn to exit area they catch cases of glass bottles and bust down to ground and they say you have to buy all the busted cases. Are cops called and I said call cops and cops told them there fault and van smelled like brewery because of beer and I don’t drink alcohol. I contacted company no response by phone or email no response either way and by attorney and no response so have started to file complaint with ********** ** ******* *** *** with pictures and videos of everything all was recorded live for proof!! I don’t recommend this company for shopping for gas service and they also don’t help disabled customers pump gas as required by law they just stand around and be idiots instead of doing what the federal law says they are supposed to do when helping disabled customers pump fuel but they don’t they just banned them like Pearland / Walnut store did instead of helping disabled customers she banners them maybe they need to fire management instead because federal law says help disabled persons pump but they just stand around and then banned them because stupid person runs over his wheelchair ramp because she didn’t look. She should’ve been banned not me idiot manager

      Stopped off at the Buc-ee's in Temple during a road trip. Wife and I kind of went on a shopping spree to the tune of roughly $500, which we were fine with at the time. However, after settling in our hotel room, we realized just how much was bought and decided we would return some, but not all, of the items. stopped off the next day and brought in a bag of the items. When we started unloading the items, the manager lady told us we could only return two items from any one receipt EVER. To say the least, we were both quite shocked. Now we're stuck with a pile of stuff we don't want. The manager was quite apologetic and was almost in tears after listening to our rather fervent complaint about this ridiculous rule. This company just lost us as a customer forever, and we're letting all of our friends know about this stupid rule. I would suggest anyone that shops there (though why they would I don't know) start buying items two at a time per receipt, no matter how long it takes to check out.

      They need places to be able to sit down. They missed out on sales. That's Ridiculous! I know I'm not the only one in the world that needs to sit down because in my case back pain.

      I have shopped at bucees for many years & have a closet full of their t-shirts. With then having no fitting rooms to try on- there has been numerous returns & exchanges over the years w/no problem. However when I went to return 3 items today I was told I could only return 2 items on 1 receipt. I was furious as this was the 1St time to ever hear this much less it not being on the receipt. I was told this is a new policy & there was something posted at the entrance about this new policy. When they walked me over to read this policy it is posted behind the wall as you enter & can’t really even see it from the register. I asked to talk w/the asst mgr which she was totally NOT helpful! As much as I love Buc-ees I’m curious enough at this point to take y years of business elsewhere.

      Purchased items from Severville location and the charged me twice for a turkey sandwich. No way to call store had to email them and they answered 2 months later with a simple brush off answer. Their customer service sucks!!

      So disappointed! I am/was a huge Buc'ees fan who turned so many of my friends and family on as they started expanding in the south. Unfortunately I wish I would have done my research. I too made a purchase and I'm now learning of their horrible customer service when it comes to returns. Back in May I bought 5 swimsuits for a girls trip, we thought it would be cute to have matching suits on our European cruise. I wasn't sure about sizing or fit, so I bought a size run, and I specifically asked the cashier when I was checking out if I would be able to return them if they didn't fit. I know return policies are different for swimsuits, but the cashier assured me as long as I had the receipt and it was still tagged, I could return them. Well she clearly didn't know the unwritten policy that only 2 items could be returned off a single receipted transaction. WHAT?? That makes absolutely no sense. The receipts do not have any language about returns and their website regarding returns it says "Please return the unused items to the store from which it was purchased and ask to speak to one of the managers." I'm so disgusted! It's not about the money, it's the principle and more importantly the horrible customer service. If this is how Buc'ees chooses to operate then I will take my money elsewhere. Oh and I too attempted to contact customer service to see about resolving the issue. First - it's difficult to actually contact customer service and secondly, no reply. If I hear back I will post an update, but after reading other reviews I don't think that will happen.

      A $350 hold on my card for a $60 fill up. That’s my first and last experience with this place.
