5 starsHad a great experience, I had work done on my 2015 Kia Soul, Ruben did a fantastic job, he was kind and let me know at all stages of what was going on, and I'm disabled and he pulled up my car to make it easier fir me and my car was washed and vacuumed, my car looked like new and runs great. 1 starOn June 1, 2022, after a minor accident, I put my car in Caliber Collision Center located at XXXXX Fm ***** Katy, Texas.
It's already 30 days passed but I am still not able to get my car.
First two weeks I was not able to make them provide me with the estimated completion date.
After I wrote a negative review on Google Maps they eventually shared the completion date as June 24, 2022.
This date is passed now but I am not able to get an update from them.
They are not reachable and never respond to my messages.
I had a couple of conversations with the GM of this store but no result.
I am losing money for a rental car, and it's even more frustrating to face luck of respect and poor management from Caliber Collision.

1 starMy car has been at the Duncanville location since 6/1 I was told it would take a week by Guillermo after that week was up he contacted me and said they had order a bumper. no one contacted me I finally made contact mid June and the General manager Isaias yelled at me and told me I was a liar because they were just about to order the bumper now and told me I should demand a luxury rental as gaico puts lawyers in luxury rentals.
A week passed an Guillermo contacted me and said the bumper had arrived and he would call me the next day. Never herd back I called again but Isaiah the general manager said he was short staffed and did not have time to call me back. I got a call yesterday that my car was ready but when I went the paint did not match. The general manager told me he was doing me a favor and snatched the keys from my hand and said are u taking the care yes or no and i said no.Then my husband told him hi was color blind and the general manager told us to get the he'll out! Not sure what the outcome will be but the Duncanville location is a horrible place to take your car.Review fromBetty B.

2 starsMy car has been at CALIBER COLLISION SINCE MAY 19, 2022. EVERY TIME I CALLED, THEY HAVE A NEW AND DIFFERENT LIE. My car had minor damage to the rear bumper ONLY. I have been waiting for 35 days to get my car. I actually went to the body shop at *** ******* Road, Horn Lake, Miss on Wednesday, 22 June. I spoke with Zack, who assured that I would get my car back today, 24 June 2022. Zack also stated that all of the parts were in and my car was 80% ready. Upon seeing my car, the rear bumper was off and it was sanded down, Zack stated that it would be going to the paint shop the next day. This PROFESSIONAL LIAR stated if it's not ready on Friday, contact him personally. My car is still not ready! The rude, arrogant secretary stated it will be Monday, June 27. She gave a lame excuse that my car needed to be calibrated before it is released to me. According to Zack, the only thing that needed to be replaced was rear bumper and driver side panel which is connected to the rear bumper. Zack assured me that my car would be ready. EVERY TIME I CALL, I GET A NEW LIE! I feel that this an INSURANCE SCAM, due to sign (in the repair area) stating daily fees will be administered while vehicles are being repaired. CALIBER COLLISION IS GARBAGE!! I HOPE THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT'S FIXING ME VEHICLE IS AWARE OF THIS RIP OFF REPAIR SHOP!! SKIN COLOR DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MISSISSIPPI, GUESS MINE WASN'T THE RIGHT ONES FOR THESE LIARS!!!Review fromJeremy V

1 starThe adjuster for the middle river caliber collision IAN ******** is 1000% *&$#@*&$# lier also His disrespect that he showed torwards my wife is absolute wrong and will not be tolerated. I feel like the UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY. WITH THAT BEING SAID I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF FOR A VERY MINNOR ACCIDENT WHERE MY WIFE WAS HIT BY A OLDER MAN. THEY PROMISED FINISH DATE SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO AVAIL SO WHEN THE JEEP WAS FINISHED NO CALL I SHOWED UP AT STORE WHERE OUR JEEP WAS SITTING MY WIFE AND I WENT IN AND I WAS MET WITH MORE ********. IAN COMES OUT AND SAYS THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THEY CANT GET IT RESET AND THE ACT FROM IAN WAS OH WELL IAM NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY UNTIL SOMEONE CONTACTS ME FROM CORPORATE IAM GOING TO CALL CORPORATE HR DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF THEY AREOK WITH GROW MEN TREATING WOMEN LIKE TRASH I WILL NOT STAND FOR ANYONE TREATING AND HAVING MY WIFE IN TEARReview fromCharles V

1 starI dropped my my vehicle off on 6-6-2022. I asked about a quote, estimated repair time, and estimated time for parts to be delivered. Miguel told me they wouldn't know until they started taking the car apart but we contact me later that day with the information. 6-7-2022 I hadn't heard back from the company and called them to ask about my car. At that point I was given information and told there would be no delay in getting the parts for my car. They said the last thing that would be delivered would be my side mirror, which would be delivered on 6-14-2022. 6-14-2022 I spoke with Miguel who told me the car already had everything but the side mirror replaced and everything had already been painted appropriately. The mirror was delivered and the last thing that needed to be done was installing the side mirror. At this point he says the car will probably be ready on 6-16-2022 or 6-17-2022 6-16-2022 I receive a text saying they were still working on reassembly and I would hear back on 6-21-2022. 6-21-2022 I call at 0800 asking to speak with Miguel about my car. Tony informed Miguel had been out since 6-17-2022 and he was the only person who knew anything about the state of my car. I was told Javier the GM would be the only other person I could speak with concerning my car. I told Tony I can't really receive calls at work, can you give me a time to call back. Tony tells me to call at 1030. I call at 1030 and speak with a rude woman who basically tells me there is no way of scheduling a time to talk to Javier and they will contact me when they contact me. I explain I need to know when my car is ready. I have to coordinate with my work to leave to get my car. They basically tell me they will get back to me when they get back to me. I call back and speak with Tony again who was very helpful and told me he would message Javier and Javier would email me back. At the very least someone should know if the car is ready for pick up or not. It is 2022 this operation is unreal.Review fromTorri H

1 starI took my vehicle to Caliber Collision for it to be repaired. I finally got my vehicle back and I placed the wheel lock in the arm rest when I originally dropped off my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back I didn't have the original wheel lock. The Collierville location had placed a new wheel lock on the tire that needed to be repaired and left the other three on the seat in my car. I picked my car up on a Friday, me not knowing that if something happened to the other three tires I would have to have my car towed because I didn't have the original wheel lock. I was dealing with Crystal and she knew once I left I couldn't get the other three tires repaired if something happened to them. I spoke with Crystal and she stated that she was told that there was no wheel lock. Keep in mind I've been in communication with her and she never thought to tell me there was no wheel lock. Mind you it was in the arm rest but when I got my vehicle back there was no original wheel lock only the three left on my seat. I dropped off the rental on that Friday when I got my vehicle back. Once I was aware of the issue with the wheel lock I called Crystal and she told me to bring my vehicle back in. I went back on that Monday and Crystal stated she would need to keep my vehicle again and she never offered to give me a rental. She stated she could keep the vehicle or I could take it to Gateway..Totally unacceptable. I had my vehicle in their care for about three weeks, Crystal should have communicated with me about the wheel lock, it was in the arm rest and if they changed the wheel lock for the one tire they should have changed the other three.. 1 starAvoid this business! When they do bother to respond, they are rude and offer one excuse after another why they didn't respond as promised. The final straw was their demand of a personal deposit in order to proceed with ordering a part for a claim in which State Farm had committed full payment. I have previously used this shop and was highly satisfied; however, they clearly no longer want or need anyone's business.
