Garage floor was expoxyed in March 2022 and now there are spots of the flooring that are faded looking . I called the company on numerous occasions to try and schedule repairs since I live primarily in Florida and would have to work out dates to be there for the repairs. No one has yet called and confirmed a date with me to get this done.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/30) */ Contact Name and Title: ****** ****** Owner Contact Phone: 214-907-1047 Contact Email: [email protected] I have spoken with Mr. ****** and offered him the date of July 1 for his repairs. He said this is not a good time for him. Since we no longer do business in South Carolina, I told him I would let him know when I have a crew going back after July 1. We always stand behind our warranty and intend to repair this floor. I will try to reach out to him again and let him know that I will get this repaired as soon as possible.

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/02/08) */ Garage Flooring Pros installed this customer's patio flooring on 11/14/2021. He reported a problem on 11/23/2021. Our warranty specifies that we do not cover concrete cracking, since we cannot control that, but we agreed to repair his floor. The repair was rescheduled once due to weather and once due to our installed that was scheduled for this contracted Covid. The customer was upset about the reschedule so I offered him 50% of the price he paid in lieu of repair and he happily accepted. We paid him the 50% and then he decided to voice his complaint to BBB. We strive to make all customers happy. When we refunded this customer, we assumed he was happy with the outcome. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/02/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The salesman said all cracks would be repaired before they put down new material. Pictures show that this did not take place. I submitted my complaint to BBB before we reached an agreement. I am not satisfied that Garage Floor Pros voided my warranty to settle.

JULY 20 2021 PAID $3600.00 FULL FLAKE EPOXY DRIVEWAY SURFACING MELTED SIDING IN 6 PLACES FROM SURFACING EQUIPMENT. DAMAGE DID NOT EXIST PRIOR TO DATE OF INSTALLATION - 07/20/2021. GARAGE FLOORING PROS WILL ONLY AGREE TO PAY 1/2 OF THE LOWEST ESTIMATE ($800) - $400. ANOTHER ESTIMATE WAS $950 I AM 91 YRS OLD. MY DAUGHTER, ********* ******* ******** HAS SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO GARAGE FLOORING PROS, AS WELL AS PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE. THE PHOTOS SHOW THAT EACH AREA OF DAMAGE IS AT THE SAME HEIGHT. EACH AREA OF DAMAGE IS DIRECTLY ABOVE THE SURFACED AREAS OF THE DRIVEWAY. EACH AREA OF DAMAGE IS CONSISTENT WITH THE HEIGHT OF EXHAUST FROM THE COMPANY'S GENERATOR. I SIMPLY WANT GARAGE FLOORING PROS TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT I NEED TO HAVE MY DAMAGED SIDING REPAIRED. INCIDENTLY, PRIOR TO THIS DAMAGE ISSUE, MY DAUGHTER ********* WAS PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY AND REFERRED 4 MORE CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR PRODUCT, INCLUDING ME. MY DRIVEWAY IS BEAUTIFUL. MY DAMAGED SIDING HAS SOURED A GOOD THING NOTE- THE WOODEN RAMP WAS NOT IN PLACE WHEN THE DRIVEWAY WAS SURFACED. WE PUT IT BACK AFTER THE DRIVWAY SURFACE HAD CURED.

      02/04/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/12/07) */ On 7/20/21 one of our crews went to Ms. *********** residence to install her carport flooring. This residence is a metal trailer. In September of 2021 her daughter called to tell us that our crew bent parts of her mother's house. I asked for pictures. I sent the same crew over to fix what they had bent. My crew facetimes me while at the home and showed me that the bent pieces are over his head. There was no way they could have bent these. Ms. *******'s daughter sent me estimates to fix this problem and I told her even though we did not cause the problems, we would pay for half of the repair. We did not want her to spread bad reviews about our company. I thought that was more than fair. She refused. I told her to let me know when she is ready to settle this and I would pay the half. I have not heard back from her. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/12/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) None of the damage was higher than 20 inches above the surface of the driveway. My pictures, the same ones sent to Garage Flooring pros AND BBB, prove this. The company's response is disingenuous, misleading, and wrong. I have filed photographic evidence of the damage Garage Flooring pros caused. They, on the other hand, have offered no clear evidence to the contrary. Potential customers are JUST SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE them. All I want is my siding repaired.. $900. The job cost $3700. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/01/18) */ The customer and I settled our dispute on January 5, 2022. Ms. ******* received a check from us to help with the repair of her damaged metal on her mobile home. She is satisfied with our refund.
