Deceptive advertising. The flooring finish in the advertisement is not the same as the one you would receive for the price listed over that image. While they do have a basic finish at that price the ad is deceptive on the quality and aesthetics of the finish. This is no different than a dealership running the Sunday ad for a vehicle in which is the most basic of all features, but pictured with a fully loaded version of the same vehicle. The salesperson acknowledged this deception and stated that he's had ongoing issues with the ad, but the owner refuses to asterisk or note that the price isn't for the flooring in the image. Buyer beware!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Garage Flooring Pros, but I'm certainly gonna try! I almost never, ever write reviews, but simply had to after working with Garage Flooring Pros. I used GFP, after interviewing with 5 other local companies, to install an epoxy flake flooring in my very large and "beloved" screened-in porch. I can truly say that after the job was completed, it not only transformed the look of the patio floor to something absolutely stunning, but it's now made the patio, my most favorite place in the house, but believe me, my story doesn't end there! My personal experience with their customer service staff (Kim & Ashley), their sales person (Jimmy), their installer (Anthony), and even their owner (John), who called me personally from Texas, exceeded any expectations from any company I've ever used in all the years I've been a homeowner (we're talking almost 50 years!!). This team honestly cared, I mean..cared, and made sure I knew it. They called me (probably over 20 times), whenever I emailed them a question, they held to every commitment they made, they were prompt, courteous, friendly and understanding (every one of them) and honestly went beyond any expectations to ensure my satisfaction and a job well done, and believe me, it was well done! I have had so many compliments from neighbors and friends about the flooring product they installed, and for that I'm thankful, but the real thanks belong to the extremely well-trained and professional staff, and especially those in customer service at Garage Flooring Pros! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, as they will stand behind their product with pride, because they're honestly that good!!
