Let me start wow. Best experience right!? Horrible communication skills, never punctual, and showed up unannounced. Bad for business. They have allegedly said they would fix the front yard, side yard from leaving dirt everywhere, and no one has shown up as informed. Issue after issue, delay after delay when you pay thousands. If you want cheap services come here, but as a businesses man, be prepared for horrible customer service and the services that they provide are thumbs down. Back yard looks like we will see if it takes in. 2 stars for effort. Welcome to PGS. 04/21/2024 - Updated Review Let's just say 3 star for effort, PGS came over made an attempt to resolve the issue in the rain. Pay the extra penny for a better experience. 04/22/2024 - Additional information review No one conducted an inspection, no one measured either. The entire job was done on 04/19/24, unannounced and discovered via video cameras. Thankfully, I had a fancy alarm system and allowed the workers to enter the residence via by phone/app in order to gain entry to the garage while no one was home. Also, job wasn't completed and on 04/20/24 job was then completed where folks were sent out twice to complete the job. Also, concrete slab was completed on 04/06/2024 per our camera footage. 04/23/2024 - Additional information review Not trying to be petty but also, as it states they had to come pick up the sod, as they didn't, I was instructed the sod would be fine left in the public roadway as it was over night due to the job not completed. Have not received an invoice of payment or if the year warranty that was agreed to be provided will be provided.

PGS are crooks! Quoted $400 job to fix sprinklers & then came after I gave them $ 200 deposit but now say will need another $750 to fix but issues were to be resolved - not diagnostic test. Now with invoice if not paid within 30 days will add another $100. Hope your subdivision doesn't use PGS Landscapers. The representative/Kristin @ PGS made light of situation trying to say example of getting car repaired - diagnostic needed -- but this is for Sprinklers only & shouldn't have a $ 200 diagnostic fee to still not be repaired. (*below is letter sent to my builder DR Horton hoping they will intervene since they are the referral) Thank you for your help. I sent request through Kobe in front office & by way of Bill ****** manager but not email & was told i'm out of warranty. Although my neighbor across street that was here before me a month got his same issue resolved now. My issue is sprinkler having zone 4 * 5 not working was the original problem that I was told once PGS Landscape came out after a month of nagging manager in DR Horton front office in subdivision. Now they came to fix but still not fixed & want more money. I'm very disappointed & am willing to report your business practices to BBB if not resolved, please. My neighbor across street told me his issue was zones not working on side & now appear fixed. Please help show not making a difference between neighbors. I appreciate help in this matter.
