    Bought Hisun 750 RK performance at ************************** in May 2022. Less than 400 miles and the power steering quit working. I returned it to Rural King for repairs. After close to 2 months it is still not fixed. RK mechanic said 2 weeks ago that Hisun sent the part to the wrong location. Called again this morning and he still doesn't have the part and has no idea when it will be there. He also said they are having a really hard time getting parts. It's very frustrating that you pay almost $12000.00 for an item and can't get it repaired. Hisun should be able to supply parts to the mechanics, or Hisun dealers should tell customers that they can't get parts for Hisun products. This is totally unacceptable.

    Received a call from ****** at Hisun who was very nice and basically said there had been a breakdown in communication and the parts ordering process.  She assured me that my side by side would be repaired by 7-21-23. So for now I will take them at their word and will update again after Friday.

    So, I was contacted by ****** at Hisun who advised that my side by side would be repaired by last Friday.  The unit was not repaired so I called ****** to ket her know. This is now the following Thursday and I still haven't heard from her.  The mechanic at Rural king has been honest and said he had tried everything he knows to do but it's still not fixed. I brought it home yesterday and the mechanic said he would research the problem and could come to my home and repair it.

    So I have a hisun 750 sitting in my garage taking up space. Maybe some day it will get repaired. 

    Extremely poor communication from Hisun..

    Over 3 months and still not repaired.

    It's been 1 month since last notifying hisun that I needed advice on how to proceed with no response.  I have come to the conclusion and it is my opinion that hisun makes you wait as long as possible in order to eat away your warranty. The machine is a good machine but the warranty, service and communication from hisun is horrible.

    my axis 500 pops out of gear going down hill with grinding an jerking i have called977 446 **** several times an requested a mobile tech since may twice i recieved tex that mobile tech tryed to set appointment but they have never left message or ph # for me , i get the same responce when i call972 446 **** this not exceptable i am under warranty i,ve seen several complaints of same problem from other buyers need some help rectifing this issue thank u

    i purchased a new axis 500 in oct last year... i have a one way clutch bearing go out with less than 70 hours and less that 500 miles on the machine.. I am 61 on oxygen and a ******.. was told i have to fix it myself.. i belive that with the low hours on it,, it should have been warrantied... i attempted to fix it myself but now it wont move... it is hard to work on anything when i have to keep oxygen tany with me,,,,,

    I bought a new ATV from **************** in ************, ********** last December 2022. It is a Hisun Forge 400i. I paid cash for itaround $5,000. I rode it on flat terrain around my farm for three months and it started making strange noises and having inability to move forward. I took it back to Lifestyles around two months agoApril 2023. They said that it had a broken front differential and something else with the braking system(?). I have been waiting for two months for Hisun Motors, ********, ***** to get the correct part to fix the atv. They actually sent a part for my atv and another persons atv to **************** a week ago, which turned out to be the wrong parts for both vehicles. I have tried to call them but havent been able to contact them at the right time. This company has been very negligent in backing their *********** with appropriate service in a timely manner and no communication as to why it is taking such a long time to find the right parts and send them to **************** so the vehicle can be repaired. This atv is made in *****??.

    Warranty or repairs not covered:DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM HISUN Period! I had the axis 700 for 2 months when a rat or squirrel at both wiring harness. (Main & ECM) Wanna know why? Because the manufacture of these things, in their infinite wisdom, use either, a soybean oil or a peanut oil to run the wires through the the wire loom. Hmmm i wonder why the rats or squirrels would be inclined to eat the wires. So now I have $10K machine that I've only had for 2 months when all this happened and they will not warranty it at all. It is going to cost me $800 to $1000(maybe more) to get this fixed. Here is a link to a video showing where we took our Hisun, notice how many are there: ******************************************* So counting mine, there are 16 of Hisun Axis on the lot that i took in for authorized dealer, with the exact same problem, plus other troubles that the mechanic explained to me. This particular place told me they are not going to work on them anymore. I will be posting this in as many places as possible to reach the masses. I hope its worth Hisun!

    Purchased HiSun Axis 500 *** at local Lowes in *******, ** with MSRP of $9,999 on November 25, 2022. On May 7, 2023 while under Manufacturer Warranty the *** transmission quit working while out on a drive, requiring towing/Trailering *** back to residence. *** has under 500 miles on it and is 5 months old. May 9th I called HiSun who stated closest Warranty Repair shop was S&S MotorSport in *******, **. I then trailered/towed *** an hour away and dropped off on May 11, 2023 at the repair shop. I called repair shop May 23rd to check in on status of *** repair to see if he received part yet. Repair shop said he did not receive yet. On May 23rd, I then call HiSun to check on status of part being shipped and the person answering phone says they do not work with customers - they only work directly with repair shops and won't give me any information on the status of my *** part. I wait a week and call repair shop back May 31st and Repair shop says they still do not have part even though they have called numerous times, emailed, texted, and told me names of people he talked to, what part number they are supposed to be sending, etc. So I call HiSun June 1 and they do not show a claim in their system for my *** and say they will take my name and look into it and call me back (did not received call back). June 6 I spoke with repair shop again and he still did not get part. I ask him about claim number and he said the only number he has is NC2812 and for me to feel fre to call HiSun because he is not getting any response from them about my ***. June 9 I call HiSun to ask about status and again they say they will look into it and call me back - noone called me back. Today it has been 5 weeks after my *** broke. I called HiSun again today June 13 and once again they took my name and are supposed to call me back as they see no information. We have now missed 5 weeks of using *** in summer - which we purchased to use in summer. Never expected a 5 month old *** to break-down. Useless

    This issue with the *************** UTV has been going for 2 years!! Since purchased. We have been going bakc and forth with a hisun manager Name ******. When we bought it it only worked for a few months then we called and a tech came to our house more then once to supposedly fix fhe issue of our electrical utv axis and then in October 2022 they told us to sent it to an approve repair shop in Our area and since then we've had the run around. At this point we are very frustrated and just would like our refund back and be done with this nightmare.

    Purchased a 2022 hisun sector **** in January. And every time we take it out the oil light comes on going down hill, then proceeds to set off the check engine light which causes it to die. Has been in the shop 3 seperate times and they still haven't found a fix. We have only had it in our possession for about 1 month in a 5 month period.

    In 2018 i bought a 750 cub cadet challenger, that comes equipped a Hisun motor. November 2020 the motor stopped running completely. I called the *********************** **** they told me that the warranty had expired and it would cost around $5000.00 to have it replaced and they could not help me. The original motor broke with only 114 hours and 808 miles. I took it to *********************** to have the motor replaced, it took from 11/10/2020 until 01/22/21 to have it completed. Action Equipment blamed the delay on Hisun Motors. Now its May 20, 2023 and the replacement motor made by Hisun has done the same thing as the original motor. I would be happy if I could at least have a full refund for the second motor and installation which cost $4,995.00

    Hisun Motors USA did not manufacture, distribute or sell the Club Cadet unit  in 2018.  The consumer should contact the dealership/retailer where purchased for further information.

    If the responder for Hisun would read what I wrote they would have realized that i bought the machine in 2018 the year they started to sell that specific model. I did contact ***** Lawn Equipment and they told me that is was out of warranty, I took it to Action Equipment who is also a dealer that sold the 2018 cub cadet challenger and they said that nothing could be done. Further more why did Cub Cadet send me the parts for the repair for the second engine for free? There was no warranty on that engine! I guess Hisun figured they can make junk and sell junk keeping the money that hard working people spend on there c*** products. The people that work for them should be ashamed of themselves for helping their criminal bosses make money.

    Purchased the sector 450 in April of 2020. Have had it in the shop a few times for issues. This most recent time was for the chain breaking and going through the engine. Repair costs estimated around $6,000 with engine repair and labor. Why would I spend that much when I only paid $6,500 for it in the first place. Have heard of several issues with these and this is just bad business for only having 189 hours on it is just ridiculous.
