      I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my insurance policies, having done exactly as the company told me to do. I cancelled them via an emailed letter to both the insurance agent and the company directly, and a month later, they said they hadn't cancelled anything and were still sending us bills. I want my insurance policies cancelled and I want to be refunded the amount I paid after I submitted my cancellation request in writing.

      For over 25 years I paid $29.12 every month for a $20,000 policy when I received my premium for for this month I noticed my insured amount was changed from $20,000 to $10,000. When I called to find out what happened, they informed me I had a rider that expired and cut my insurance in half. I told them that was ridiculous and why didn't they inform me of this in writing. The never answered and hung up on me.

I have attached copies of the policy and riders for your review. As specified by the terms of your Riders (See Rider Specifications, Rider Expiry Date - Page 1 and Termination - Page 2), the Rider issued September 8, 2001 expired/terminated on September 8, 2021 and the Rider issued December 8, 2001 expired/terminated on September 8, 2022.       All paperwork has been faxed from the surgeon's office and confirmed via fax receipt, yet New York global life solutions Formally known as Cigna ( case manager ******) not processing the paperwork to complete the short term disability process. The surgeon's office and myself have completed everything thoroughly, signed with the receipt that the fax's had been received yet ****** my case manager and New York global life solutions formally known as signa will not move forward stating they did not receive anything.

      My life insurance with Global Life (the former Liberty National) was procured through First Command in 2005. There has been over $15K worth of loans over the past 12 months taken out against my whole life policies decreasing my cash value I have invested. My loans continue to increase due to lack of checks and balances within the company's processes & employee negligence. The loans amounts as of June 2022: AXXXXXXXXX = $1,113 AXXXXXXXXX = $880 AXXXXXXXXX = $11,6868* (*Global Life never removed a requested loan for $8K although the check was never cashed, which should have been voided 6 months from date AXXXXXXXXX = $511 Apr 2021: Received statement from Liberty National with loans taken out against my policies. First Command representative, David Jenkins transferred my account information without my knowledge or authorization. May 2021: Liberty National rep. told me to rectify situation, send a letter to the Liberty National Premium Remittance Division to reverse the auto premium loans and send a check for $500, and complete a Bank Draft Authorization Form May X XXXX: Sent Remittance Letter and check #1412 for $500 via USPS Certified Mail, tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX May XX XXXX: Certified mailed delivered and signed for* (*paperwork and check lost and never processed) May XX XXXX: Emailed completed Bank Draft Authorization Form to ************@globe.life and voided check #1358 as directed for auto draft payments* (*paperwork never processed) Sep 2021: Assumed everything was fixed, received another loan payment notification. Accordingly, we have reversed the APL's from four (4) of Mrs. ****'s policies, as well as removed and cancelled the loan check.       This life insurance is very unprofessional just a pity to withdrawn from them. Now>>>> my life insurance due on 02/18/2021. I always pay my insurance online every month . lately i can never log in . Every timie i try to log in it tell me you need to register so it sets me back . They have my email and all info for me and if i am late they call all over insead of notifying me first then try to use it against me . People forget so call me email me . They never did i cannot pay my bill dont know what happen bout contact customer service . Please contact them and let them set up my log in properley silnce they dont alert, i have no letter from them , no email no nothing i need to hear from them to pay my bill ASAP

      In 2016 my father passed away in NY. They requested all his files since it was within 2 years and denied the claim. I saw that there was a lawsuit in NY for that time period but I never heard from anyone. I really question their ability to do this due to his reason of death. Just seems like they dont want to pay out. The other insurance he had at the time paid out and didnt request the amount of paperwork they did.

      On January 8th 2021 I sent $912 the Globe Life to pay for a policy number 00 three four G 9863 . When I mailed the money in the policy was no longer active so I'm due a refund of my $912 they have been holding my money all of this time and haven't called me and told me that the policy is no longer active I'm thinking that my brother is insured and he's not nine months is a long time to hold onto somebody's money I was told by them that they would give me a refund 30 days ago haven't seen a dime yet we're nearing 10 months now.
