    Provided thousands of dollars worth of work for Trophy Nissan as a vendor. Partial Owner ******************************* stiffed us on monies owed for work that was done.Beware and stay Far Away From this Dealer !

    Not even deserving of a star, I would be shocked if no one has sued them before.I want to start by saying I have reported this to AAA as well as the BBB.I maintain my vehicles well and proactively, As a result I had recently done a 90k maintenance on my vehicle (92k miles) and knew everything that needed to be done, however a month ago my AC stopped working. I took it to a local shop and was told it was likely an electrical problem, as they could bypass the harness and get condenser to engage.As I had a full warranty I brought the vehicle to Trophy to do the work, My car was 6 months past 10 year, and no longer eligible for any warranty, I understand that and have 0 problem with that.I do however have a problem with dishonest mechanics and exorbitant prices.I received a report that my condenser was bad, not what I was expecting but oh well, however the total estimate was $5000.The report stated I had cracked front bushings and leaking tie rods. I highly doubt this as my car has been serviced twice in last 6 months/2k miles of driving and I do not drive hard, the young salesman also told me they "heard clicking while turning" which is a huge indicator of the issues. There was no clicking when turning, i listen to how my vehicle sounds. The salesman also touted how the mechanic who worked on my car had been working on nissans for 25 years and has expertise and took offense when I told him I wasnt satisfied with the diagnosis and didnt believe him.I took my car to three separate mechanics and none could find any issue with the tie rods or these mysterious cracks in the bushings. I was able to get my entire AC kit (condenser and compressor) for $500 less than Trophy was trying to charge me for JUST a compressor, Trophy even noted O rings with the compressor as if replacing o rings was some costly or special practice instead of standard for replacing something of that magnitude. $1800 was the line item for just the compressor.

    Traffic Nissan is bad business. I purchase my car back in December not knowing that I would need a wheel *****, for my car when I did come to find I needed a wheel lock in the car, I went to trophy Nissan to see if I can get one, a wheel ***** because the one that was supposed to been in there. Wasn't in there, they said I had the purchase one because I waited to come back to get it when I didn't need it. I didn't know that it wasn't one in the car at the time of purchase. Never again will I go there again, nor will I refer anyone. That was wrong. Mr. ****** at pre owned at trophy nissan in mesquite. Not good.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!! THROPHY NISSAN mesquite!!!! DOES FRAUD! I sign the documents electronically on 09/28/2023 on October 10/02/2023 I sent an email to notify the finance department I never received the contract I emailed finance rep TO EMAIL ME THE CONTRACT he emailed the contract (I would like to have an update contract I have submitted the request for the mpp to be removed he forgot to add gap coverage but didnt forget to add mpp mechanical protection plan cost $4850 and the amount of additional fees pay to others in the total of $5176.64 I emailed the finance rep after the mmp plan was cancel i requested the accurate numbers total amount finance thank you!) no response!! from finance rep so i called spoke to manager I requested an updated contract finance manager refused to provide me with that because he would have to undo the deal over the phone I was told I will pay it sooner in 52months and that my payments will stay the same if your calls are recorded all our conversation is recorder like the manager stated the conversation is there I will get to the bottom of this if this issue if not resolved I will take the vehicle back I have spoken with ******** financial and are apparently already working on this issue and they have file a fraud claim finance set my deal for a 2017 impala at *********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are out of their mind!!! this is ridicules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    if I could give 0 stars I would. I was quoted a price to replace my *** and was told this would fix my car. They replaced the **** 03/24/2022 and told me that the car was ready. My car still have THE SAME ISSUE. I had to get towed back to the shop. The communication between me and *****************************, Assistant Serivice Manager, was unacceptable. I had to call frequently about the status of my repair. They eventually called me and said replacing the *** did not fix the problem to supposedly fix the issue after the problem was allegedly fixed before. Their diagnostic test found everything allegedly wrong with the car but the recall & this "electrical issue". I brought my car to the dealership shop because I believed they would be better than just any regular shop, worst mistake ever. I will definitely not be back and will be telling everyone I know not to do business with them.Also, I purchased a battery from them 10/12/2023. It stopped on me twice. I had to have it towed to them the same day. I CALLED *****************************, ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER, ON FRIDAY, 10/13/2023, AND TOLD HIM WANT HAPPEN. HE STATED THAT I HAVE TO HAVE IT TOWED USING MY LAST TRIPLE AAA. Nissan KEPT MY CAR OVERNIGHT JUST FOR A BATTERY. THEY WANT ME TO USE MY LAST TRIPLE AAA TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM ON MONDAY, 10/16/2023. Now *** light is still on but now my engine light is on. I AM SO TIRED DEALING WITH NISSAN AND ***************************** BECAUSE IT IS VERY STRESSFUL. I'M EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLE AND I'M TIRED OF DEALING WITH ***************************** AT TROPHY NISSAN.***********************

    I purchased a vehicle from Trophy Nissan and it only lasted for a month as well a warranty. Took the vehicle back because it was leaking oil and they refuse to fix it. The warranty wouldn't cover it because the mechanic that service it, stated that my daughter ran over something which was not true. Got second opinion and told that I needed to take this vehicle back and they needed to fix it, what he saw apparently somebody tried to patch it up enough to be traded in. They offer to pay half on the vehicle, which is strange to me, because if you didn't feel responsible, why offer to pay something. I'm still paying car a note and the car isn't working. Becareful buying a vehicle from them. Let's like they are into scamming their return customer.

    Fraud, fraud, fraud. Stay away from Trophy Nissan.I had a VERY bad experience with Trophy Nissan.I dropped my *** off with rear corner small damage including rear light damage. (Picture attached)First, they quoted 6k and the insurance approved. They noticed the insurance is good insurance so they revised the quote to 12k after a few days. I questioned them and tried to move the *** out to ****************. But the Trophy Nissan guy (****************) wanted to see me and he kept asking me a lot of questions. He said that I need to pay nearly 500 dollars and need to tow the ***. It was not true, he was telling me a lie. My *** was perfectly alright and there was no need to tow it at all. Finally, I agreed to go with them.But I did a big mistake and I shouldn't have agreed. I was thinking later on that I shouldve paid and taken it away from them.They took 52 days to complete my ***. It was a horrible horrible service. Finally, they invoiced 16k.Wow, from $6000 to $12000 then $16000. For a small corner damage????Since I am an aviation mechanical company employee and technician, I can easily say that my *** had a small damage and I can say that it would be less than 5k to repair it.I got the *** back with very dirty conditions inside & outside and I questioned them and showed them. He said he can take it back and clean it. I told him I don't have time because I have to go to work.Be careful with Trophy Nissan. They are a big fraud and they are not straight forward guys. Don't go there at all, believe me.My suggestion is to go with a Bodyshop that you or your friends already know.If I can put zero stars, I would put that.Thanks EJ

    I went to buy the truck it had flat tire needed buffed emblem put on key made told me it would all be done next day. So I get there to pick up truck tire still flat they went to fix it cracked my grill and didn't fix the flat. Now I came back up there and they half a.. the work didn't do all of it. Never again will trophy nissan get my buisness I am in retail *********** don't do customers like that. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the sale.

    Parts needed to replace for the recall are VIN specific and cannot be ordered without the vehicle present. The appointment was scheduled online. When Mr. ****** came in for the appointment it was explained about the parts needing to be ordered and he chose not to complete the appointment as he was needing it back the same day. Unfortunately, if we were to have ordered the parts for the recall from Nissan, his local Nissan dealer would not be able to order them for the same vehicle. I have reached out via phone and email for Mr. ****** to apologize for the inconvenience and discuss the service he received.

    Good service and they made the process of buying my truck very quick, however since purchasing I have noticed several minor cosmetic issues, the first of which has been fixed. Still waiting to se if there is more to come
