BEWARE: Naranjos General Service (NSG) Storages company are SCAMMERS. This NSG company is not to be trusted. They already have 4 complaints with BBB. They are rated F. We initially made a contract with them on 12/4/24 and paid a $1000 and they promised they would come in two to three weeks because according to them they had other storages ahead of us. I called and spoke to one of the owners on the third week and said that he would show up on from Dec 19-21. They didn’t show up. Then Christmas and New Years came around, and their excuse was they were in Mexico and couldn’t come back in time. Then we contact them again and they say that they will come the second week of Jan. and still nothing. We asked for either the money or material they bought with the $1000 and got no response. They have horrible customer service, they would take a day to respond or nothing at all, either ignore or leave messsge in Read. After basically asking/telling them that they scammed us, now they don’t respond either on FB Messenger, Whatsapp, text messages or answer the phone. I am guessing we got blocked. I went to their place of business as listed on Google. The door is locked and they didn’t answer the door after I rang three times. They are actually selling their location. All those posts they have on Facebook market are just scams. I don’t think they have the business anymore. Please think twice before making business with them. NSG Storages scammed us of $1000. DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY WITH NSG STORAGES. THEY WILL MAKE PROMISES TO SHOW UP AND NEVER DO. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

Frauds and worst people I ever put my trust in and my money and dreams of owning a beautiful outdoor craft room. He did the most horrible job ever… it literally is barely 2 months of owning it and I’ve spent so much money, tears and heartbreak trying to fix this company’s mistakes and horrible customer service and **** * ***** ** ** ********* Since the 1st week of it being built he said he would come and fix the huge gaps from the doors I never wanted nor asked for and from the whole entire shed… then ever since day one there’s been tons and tons of black little bugs that come out of all the wood and I mean all the wood from roof shelves floor everywhere ??????then the flood showed me just how horrible of a job he did because my whole craft room was pouring rain from every where especially the entire middle roof of the whole shed spread it to every wall and all the wiring I had just had installed and ruined so much of my materials and everything. The ramp and floors creak and feel wobbly and the little piece of aluminum that he put on my roof nearly flew away and is all disfigured ever since he built it but me being a good person with a big heart full of dreams of running my small business tried fixing everything myself so I would not bother this guy and when I finally couldn’t fix his mistakes anymore I called him and he promised he would come and fix it the following week. This was the first week of owning it and now he blocked me because he never answered my calls nor text messages nor anything. He never came and he gave me a year of warranty for his labor and it’s been over a month and a half and still nothing. Now I’m left with just crying and beating myself up for trusting this company and putting all my faith and money into his hands only to be punched in the face and made a fool of because I literally feel crushed every single day to see how it is literally deteriorating more and more by the day ???? I almost died fixing the roof and got bad rash from foam
