Product was purchased April 25, 2024. Company has been emailed 3 times with 2 of which asked for order to be cancelled and a refund as item has not shipped. Site stated item will arrive in 5-8 business days. Never got an "item has shipped email" or a response to my 3 emails. There's no customer phone number to actually contact a human. I never received my item even though it has been paid on time and in full. I reached out via email to customer service and was informed that they were working on getting items out. I never heard back after another email follow up or received the item. I honestly forgot about the order until I saw an ad for a similar product. Purchased a Afro steam cap back on Nov the 11th of 2023. Short and simple I have yet to receive my product. Numerous emails to the company with no response. I purchased the product with a prepaid gift card so I dont think a refund is possible because the card has been used and discarded. So Im at a lost. They have an account with lots of followers and reviews. Especially catering to black women - ripping them off!!
