    Don't order you will never receive your item. I ordered on on Black Friday and have yet to get my order. Just dispute with your card company.

    Wish I had come to BBB before placing an order with this company! I ordered my Afro Steam cap back in October 29, 2022 and am yet to receive anything. I emailed the company twice and twice they said they would make sure my order ships as soon as they are back in stock; obviously, this was a trick to prevent me from disputing the charge. It has now been 6 months, and I don't know if I can still file a fraud claim.

    I placed an order in November 2022. I never received my items and I have emailed the company 3x. They have failed to respond and have no issues a refund or solution to rectify the situation. I would never order from this company again and have advised others not to utilize them.

    I placed my order on 01/18/2023 for a total of $88.34. I haven’t received my order and I can not get in touch with them .They will email an advertisement and when I reply back no answer. I really wanted these products for my granddaughters thick hair. It is a shame that a supposedly Black Own Company scams people out of their money.

    Have not received my order in Months. I lost count of emails I sent and was last told I would receive ASAP that my order was at a warehouse ready to ship. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I want a refund. My order is $52.64 on 11/5/22.

    I placed my order for 1 cap, $44.24 in November 27th, 2022 and never received my order. I went back and forth over email and was told it was a production problem. I was partially refunded, $4.40 and told my order plus a freebie would arrive. I have received nothing.

    Ordered in 10/2022. One month later I realized I had not received the cap; they responded to email saying that had an overwhelming response and would give me $4.20 back for the delay. It's now 4/2023 and everything has disappeared from their site. I put a claim in with PayPal.

    This is really crazy just now seeing reviews To whom it may concern I am a paid customer who has purchased a steam cap back in the end of October!!!! Package have gotten stolen and I’ve reached out to a representative finally get a response and they emailed me in January saying that they will replace it !!!! Order have been placed but never shipped wondering why I haven’t gotten a response yet and not once haven’t heard back from anyone now it’s April and still haven’t gotten a package or response this is the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my years of online shopping I wasn’t gonna do a bad review but clearly it’s time to do so. I need a refund back ASAP really wanted my product but at this point you guys don’t care to do so!!!!
