This is a Father/ Son owned company.**** (Son) does the leak detection, and Father (*****) does the repairs. The company charges a $525.00 leak detection fee, and a leak was discovered and marked.Then I paid $3000.00 for the leak repair, which was done on a different spot then the leak detection service found.$3525.00 Later and I still have the same leak.The leak detection company now states that it is not a perfect science and I will have to pay another $3000.00 to repair the original leak detected.During the leak repair ***** was very unprofessional, smoked and tossed cigarette butts into the shrubs, Spit on the walking deck.Just very, very unprofessional and a total rip-off.

Electronic listening devices are used to locate leaks. Second leaks are identified after the first leak is repaired. *************** heard a slightly louder sound in the same vicinity but the ******** jet over. The area was broken out and the homeowner witnessed the leak before repairs were made. The original leak pinpointed proved to also be leaking. Sounds indicate there may be up to 6 jets broken but the loudest jet must be repaired before verifying another leak to be repaired. The motor puts more pressure on the remaining jets so there might not be much difference in water loss until all jets are repaired; The homeowner states we did not notify him in advance before repairng the next jet over instead of the previously noted spot. He has requested $1,000 be taken off the bill as settlement compensation. This was after the repairs were made. All Tech Leak detection is issuing a full $3,000 refund since the customer was not satisfied with our services
