      Bought a pre certified vehicle Not even 800 miles later the vehicle needed ***** or so in repairs I had to come out of pocket $4780 I am demanding they repay me $4780 for selling a lemon to me . Also there is fraud involved they printed a receipt claiming they fixed control arms and showing me its pre certified bc they checked it completely and had to change control arms 800 miles later I had to replace the control arms too , the control arms were never replaced and they lied and said they did them to sell the car . I am wanting $4780 . Not only did I buy the car but 800 mile not even two gas tanks later the car needs 18k dollars of engine work

      Have had several attempts to trying to remove my name off their mail/emailing campaigns. Yet every single time it says it was completed it comes back a couple weeks later. 3 months of attempting to remove yet no resolve.

      I bought a 2021 Mustang Mach-E ****** and within 30 days owning it I got the Front Camera Fault and Pre Collision assist not available. I brought it into Bluebonnet 8/15/22 where I got it back a week later. It went back again on 9/14/22, 1/23/23, 2/2/23, 3/15/23, 6/30/23 (had to wait for a loaner), 7/19/23, 11/27/23 (had to again wait for a loaner and they had it for 6 weeks total), 12/19/23, 1/11/24 and I am sure that I am missing a few service records. I have also asked for those and have not received them. When I told my service rep that my camera went out again I just got a "ok. sry to hear about the camera"I have also ordered a second key fob for my car (provided by **** for free) and I have yet to receive that. I asked for it back on July 19th and have not received yet. I have asked for it 9 times in total and still have not received it. I was always told that they needed to find it and when they do they will come to my home or my work and program my car and the last two times that I have asked for an update or someone else I can talk to I get zero response.

      I dropped off a vehicle to be serviced at their dealership on April 16th. I have received no update or status as to what is going on with my vehicle. I have left 3 messages and they will not return my call. It has been ten days and they should have identified the problem by now and updated me as to the status of my vehicle. At this point i would like my vehicle returned to me as they apparently have no intention of servicing it or of telling me what is going on with my vehicle.

      **** Explorer 2023 was taken to the dealership in August for smoke coming out of the exhaust. We were given a rental car while our explorer was getting repaired. Needless to say the explorer needed a new engine. My husband and I were very patient and did not bother the service crew due to the engine being on back order. My husband picked up the explorer on November 22nd. On November 25th my oil light appeared and said "oil is required." This being said the oil was checked and no oil appeared on the dip stick. The explorer was taken back to the service department and oil was added to the vehicle and the filter was changed. My husband drove back to the service department on monday, November 27th to speak to the service techs regarding this issue. The tech simply said to my husband "just because oil did not appear on the dip stick does not mean there was not any oil."I am very unhappy regarding the service we have received. At no time should a vehicle be returned to a customer without full diagnostics check done after an entire engine is replaced. I am worried if the service techs "forgot" or "failed to" add oil to my vehicle what else was not done?I am requesting a full diagnostics check done at no cost to ensure my two small children are safe while in the explorer.

      I bought a 2018 ***** Tahoe in June 2022. It had 48k miles on it and the guy that did my paperwork sold me a tire warranty. It was a little over 500 to warranty the tires. The warranty excludes wear and tear. I have put 20k miles on this vehicle. My tire light came on about a month ago and I stopped to get air. The guy that assisted me told me I'm almost showing wires on tires. That should not be the case considering I have 20k miles on this vehicle and have had it just over a year. He then told me the tires are the original tires put on the truck when it was manufactured. Over the past month I have called, emailed, left a ****** review, contacted through social media and this business will not call me back. I do not feel that I should have been offered a warranty on tires that already had so much wear and tear a warranty would not have been honored. I would like this company to replace my tires so I can have a fair warranty time frame or give me the money I paid them for the warranty so I can buy tires elsewhere. *************************** or *********************** is who I was told to contact.

      Please note Official complaint to the BBB Y'all have had my truck in service for 3 days of the week out of 5 days Only one item completed out of 4 Truck backup lights not working AC not cooling Power Steering pump leaking Brakes This is the second time this has happened in 6 months But Calculating a **************************** over approximately $11,000.00 I have paid BlueBonnet Motors in ************* a total of ****** to ****** dollars and none of the items were fixed Not acceptable I'm a patient person but this is not acceptable

      Thank you for bringing the review to our attention. We have offered to make an appointment with ************** to have the issues with his vehicle assessed. All repairs made with **** components at our dealership offer a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty on parts and labor for part failure. ************** declined to leave his vehicle for service because he refused to put his credit card on file (our policy) for the complimentary loaner vehicle offered. His vehicle is a **** model year F-250 with ******* miles on it. We have advised ************** that a vehicle of this age and mileage will likely continue to have mechanical issues.

      This was a phony made up last minute typed up paper mainly made up to turn down my truck & business.

      I alleged discrimination and prejudice with this dealer. The numerous complaints against this business is proof of their poor service.

      i want a refund; I paid in good faith to have a job done and they failed.

      This dealership has had 4 years to fix issues with my vehicle and til this day they have failed.

      I am an executive with the ************** and have written policies for over 20 years and they pull this stunt on meas a customer of **** for generations enough is enough.

      Ford is a great sale but service after the sale in this case is terrible.

      i stand my ground as statedmy money back.

      bought our 2022 explorer from them in October 2022.when the salesmen was going over the vehicles features. and how some features weren't working. we were told to wait. things need to get updated, and the car needs to learn me. after a month, nothing changed, **** pass app didn't work, navigation, and bluetooth, etc. we got a letter from **** stating that the rear climate control switches are available. with that i scheduled to bring it in for the recall and the other issues we were having. the soonest i could get it in was 2 months. i dropped it off first week of January. the following day they called and said the car is ready and everything is fixed. Taking their word for it. i picked up the car and was just going to drive off. just so happened to look in the back seat. and there was still a hole where the climate controls should be. when i returned to discuss. i found that they didnt fix anything. talked with the manager. made a list of what was wrong. he assured me it will be fixed and gave me a loaner car. for a month and a half. our car was in there shop and nothing got fixed. i requested my car back and created a claim with **** customer relations.customer relations assured us they will make sure they fix our car. another month and a half has passed and still nothing. every week we get the same updates. that the parts are on order. the car was $52,000. with all the bells and whistles. the bells and whisltes dont work. we didnt pay for a brand new car to not have the features we paid for

      This vehicle was not purchased from Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge. It was purchased from Bluebonnet Motors which is a separate company altogether.

        Please ask the customer to rescind this complaint and submit it to Bluebonnet Motors, which is a different company which we have no say over.

      I went in to this collision repair shop about 11 months ago I took in a 2016 GMC Yukon XL after it was invited in a accident it needed some repairs like the paint job, tire, rim, new front bumper, lights etc it came out to around ***** in repairs, they also were installing a new front grill the old was was fine it had a small paint scrape but it was salvageable. After 3 weeks it was ready first thing I noticed wrong was they installed a completely different grill it was not the same one i had on when I took it in I asked if my old one could be put back but they said it had been disposed of my old grill was around ***** dollars the new was that was placed is around ******* dollars. They informed me they would call me so we can solve the issue with my grill . Secondly went I bought my gmc home my sensors for my front bumper are not working I called they told me to bring it back do they can have a look at they they informed me the bumper that was installed was faulty thats why my sensors were not working. They told me they would order a new one and call me so I can take it back went it arrived so they can replace it . I have been calling and stopping by the business they keep telling me they will call me back or thats it has not arrived its going on almost a year . All I want is my gmc to be fixed.
