Nick in sales is great, but needless to say before he could complete my deal the finance manager James ******** came and done all the fast talking for him. To begin with I should have known he is sneaky because before he was aware I had proof of residency he was trying to come up with some way to lie to the bank to make sure it was approved . He is the worst addition to **** ****** as well as Mini of the Woodlands. After going back and looking over the paper work he is a fast talking liar that came and not only asked for a down payment but $1000 dollars more than I offered on the initial offer and told me that’s what the finance company asked for . Called the finance company before visiting the dealership and they told me they did ask for anything down on my loan and they never ask their customers for a down payment. Then voluntarily told me the vehicle would be covered for 2 years on the motor and transmission but never once mentioned it would be an additional $3500. Talked as if it was already included . I went back today to discuss the situation and he was completely clueless to it all threw his hands up and stated he wasn’t going to deal with it. The most he could do I take to extended warranty off. Anytime you buy from the dealership be very careful of this sneaky serpent.Review from Chris S

Autonation Mini of the woodlands is completely dishonest. They provided a reasonable offer in writing over email and on the phone. They confirmed the vehicle was pristine and exactly as described in person. However they revised the offer significantly lower for no reason. This dealership cannot be trusted and pulls bait and switch on customers while waiting their time.Review from Jason R

Too much to type! But have emails and texts along with call logs to support my concerns. General Manager refuses to speak with customers. I have purchased two cars since 2018 here Sales is all you’re going to get. They do not care about you after you purchase.
