            I purchased Norton computer protection on 2-24-23 that was supposed to be good for 2 years. I thought I was buying it from ****** but it turned out to be a sham company Micro PC LLC *************.) Tech support ************. ****** worked for 1 year then said my subscription had expired. I have left messages with Micro PC to get my additional year of Norton coverage that I PAID for, but no return call. And the guy that answers the Micro PC number now, says they do not sell ******. It is a sham/scam company! I am writing this on 6-12-24.

            I renewed my service contract with **************** on May 19 of this year for $299.99 for three years. Today I tried to contact them at their toll free number xxx-xxx-xxxx but the phone has been disconnected. I tried calling the home office number of xxx-xxx-xxxx but it also is disconnected. I tried calling the other listed number at xxx-xxx-xxxx but it is also not in service at this time. It appears that there is a scam of some sort.
