TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION.The administration is unscrupulous and corrupt. They do not conform with their contracts. I tried to cancel my membership after my one year term was done, as is my right according to the contract, however, they continued to charge me because I did not tell them why. I followed all the procedures required by the contract, yet they continued to charge me stating that I failed to cancel my membership because I did not tell them why. The contract does not require me to state why I want to cancel. In June 2023, I sent an email saying I wanted to cancel, they said it would be a $300 charge per our contract which was true. I called and said they can let it run until the contract date was over and then cancel it. They told me that was fine. They did not cancel my membership in January 2024 when the term ended and I did not realize until April. I sent an email to cancel again in April 2024. I did not respond to their email asking why, as I did not see it until May. I was not checking for their emails, as there is no requirement to explain why I want to cancel in the contract and the matter should have been over.I was charged again in May, I proceeded to call their business over 20 times without an answer. I reached out over email, and they contacted me three days later. They refused to refund me for any months, including the month of May. They also asked me to have empathy and see it from their company's perspective when I told them I would file with the BBB and that I would leave reviews about my experience online. Obviously I will have no empathy for them, as they have no empathy for their consumers.
