      I recently had to changed my water valve on my Toyota Corolla 2020, labor costed me ************************************************** 140$ and I lost a day of work. My car has ****** miles, I have kept up with oil change every 5000 miles, air filters changed once every six months, tires has been replaced every 15 000 miles. *** car is good but in regards to this water valve (cooling bypass valve) I was surprised that Toyota had this type of issue. *** engine light had come up to my surprised, my local mechanic looked into this and told i had to replaced the water valve. I immediately went to my local dealer Toyota dealer and the seller of PARTS department was kind enough to tell me that this has been an ongoing issue with the newer Corollas.I did some research and have found out that the newer Toyota Corollas and RAV4s have this issued repeatedly. I don't exactly have the numbers of how many people have gone through this, but this is well known that situation/problem. For that I'm disappointed with Toyota Corolla, they should have a recall in this type of matter.

      I have tried countless times to have Toyota Financial send the title to my state so I can get my license transferred. My new RAV4 is sitting in my garage with no plates on it because they cant get their act together and get the title sent. Basically, I paid $40000 for a car I cant drive. I uploaded the first request to the website and they didnt get it. I had the treasurers office fax a request and they didnt get it. *****. They are ridiculous. Never finance through Toyota.

      I was told buy this platinum warranty was just like a bumper to bumper warranty. Now that Im making a claim, they will not honor the warranty.

      If I could 0 stars, I certainly would. This is, by far, the worst company I've ever tried to work with. This last call, when I asked for a supervisor, I was given someone named ****** who promptly hung up on me. It would almost be funny if it wasn't. I will never use Toyota, in any iteration, again. For MONTHS, I've been trying to get reimbursement for work I had done. Every time I faxed them with the information they asked for, I would then get a rejection letter stating it had missing information. I jumped through their hoops for months, supplying everything they asked for. I would then get another rejection letter with NEW information that was "missing". I called them today and they said that I needed something that wasn't on their previous list. Today, someone finally was honest and told me that the warranty would only cover $98 out of a bill that was over $700. I thought I was fighting for $700 and no one bothered to tell me next to nothing was covered on the invoice. They're rude, they're inept and I should have looked at the ratings before entering an agreement that would ****** nothing in return.

      Toyota Financial made my experience difficult, stressful and horrible. I purchase a Lexus so therefore I was assigned to them. I called and asked for a Manager or Supervisor their agent response was always we do not have one to one point they hung up the phone meanwhile i was waiting to speak with a so call leader. They send me a letter stating my account was on hold for payments due to insurance payment. I also received a letter stating the same but still yet 16 days later I received an email to advise the opposite. When i call for information, no help was available. I will never deal with toyota or lexus again . They have the worse service and i am not suprise they score so low on this site.

      Buying out my lease should be simple. Toyota Financial made it miserable.They do not accept wire transfer (???), so I had to send a very large check in the mail. I overnighted it April 5th. I called on April 9th to confirm they received it. I called again on April 19th after my account was given a fee for a late payment, even though I had paid off the car in full. I call again on April 24th, finally I get somebody who tells me that the payment is being processed.This entire time there is no email, no update on my account on their website. The only way I get any update is to call them myself. I'm just sitting in limbo out the full price of purchasing my car.I finally receive my title in the mail on Saturday May 4th. The sale occurred on Apr 29th and I have 10 days to transfer my registration to avoid having to pay a fee. So essentially a full month to get my title and then I still have to rush at the end to get things done with DMV on my own with only a couple days to avoid having to pay a fee.Absolutely miserable. I have leased 5 cars over the past decade, but this will be my last with Toyota Financial. I will be encouraging others to avoid financing through Toyota as well.

      Disabling of Online - "One Time Payment" in an attempt to force autopayment/withdrawals.I'm current and went online to get ahead for the month to schedule a one-time, on-time payment.Lexus/Toyota Financial DISABLED my ability to pay online to FORCE auto payment.SO, guess what, you'll be getting payments VIA Snail Mail.AND it's the last time I purchase a Toyota/Lexus, and I'll stick with ******** and BMW.KICK ROCKs.Nobody forces me to dictate what I do with my money.I'll be following up with a formal BBB complaint.

      Toyota auto quality is top notch ! I purchased a service agreement that was included in total loan for a new car. A week later I canceled the agreement and was told the refund amount would be applied to loan amount. 9 weeks later and several phone calls in the last month and still no deduction on loan amount. Every phone call I am told something different, meanwhile still paying interest on $3840 agreement cost.

In regard to our customers concerns about paying interest on the amount, including the ***, TFS is happy to honor the cancellation refund and apply the funds to the account with the same effective date as the cancellation date.       I financed a ************** 2021. Since that time, I have never been able to set up an automatic payment plan and I have not been able to log into Toyota Financial Website. The company does not allow me to even set up an automatic payment plan through my bank and will only accept payment within a specific time frame in the month. It is nearly impossible to get a representative on the phone through customer service and now that I am looking for a loan payoff amount, it's almost as if TFS doesn't want me to pay off my account balance (scamming for interest). The website says there is no account using my name, SSN, the vehicle VIN, or the account number. When calling the automated phone service, the phone service recognizes all of that information. It was really easy to get approved for my loan, it has been extremely difficult to make the required payments, any extra payments, or pay the balance off.

On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, they spoke with a representative who submitted a helpdesk ticket in order to allow them access to the Toyota Financial Services website. We respectfully request that ************************* attempt to reregister on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
