  We have had nothing but fast customer service responses through email, particularly when our 1st collar got water damage and wouldnt charge they replaced it under the warranty promptly. We have currently own 1 halo collar for our 90lb Goldador. It is a Great product that enables our dog to go most anywhere with our outdoor adventures as a family. It also allows our pup to run free on our 15 acre home lot without having to build a fence that large or confining him to a small yard. We have had the same collar for over a year and had no problems with any of the technology or company. We recommend this collar to all of our neighbors.

  We got **** after our previous 12 year old boxer ****** passed away with cancer, we were heartbroken and it was too quiet in the house. So, along came ************* to heal our broken hearts. She is so sassy but sweet and sits perfectly to put on her Pink Halo Collar. I took us 3 months to train her but she now knows that when she puts her collar on, its time to go outside and get it dirty. Thank you Halo for peace of mind.

  We love the halo collar bc it gives ****** freedom of being outside to run & play without the **************** of installing an invisible fence with having 7 acres It also keeps her safe in the winter time when the pond freezes we can block that area out. Oh an I cannot forgot to mention that I can make a fence at my in ********* parents house when the watch her too.

  My dog was violently shocked wrongfully in the house she was shaking so bad during and for many minutes afterward can't find anything about that in the troubleshooting, and today is April 29th 2024 and halo has their nearest appointment set for May 13th 10am for a phone call appointment. This is not the first time just the worst it was almost like she was paralyzed and took minutes to get up. Guess we have to wait 14 days to talk to someone about such a important problem.

  The collar never worked well. It constantly needed updates that made have to set up the collar again. There were multiple recalls. The entire company is run by bots and AI. Its next to impossible to talk to a real person. I canceled my subscription and they kept charging me. Do not buy this product.

  18 months ago our 6 month old beagle Gunner chased some deer and was lost for 2 days. That is when we started looking into tracking collars and decided on the Halo collar. It changed our lives and Gunners. It has successfully kept him in his 2.5 acre semi wooded lot with only a couple mini boundary line jumping (lots of deer, *************** teasers). Always bringing him back into the safe zone. Last week after a firmware update our collar stopped working. The ********************* team was amazing! Although it took longer than I would have liked since we have become dependent on the collar the Halo Staff was pleasant and kept us well informed of what next steps would be along the way. I would like to say that in the end they replaced the collar since it was nothing we did to damage it. I highly recommend this collar to any dog owner that would like their dog to be able to do dogs things freely. This morning I watched Gunner sit on the boundary line as 4 deer were passing....without the collar ?? Halo thanks for letting Gunner the beagle do beagling things.

  We have 2 Halo collars for our large(75lb) dogs. Following all the instructions they both have learned the boundaries set up via the app. The dogs like to play hard, in all weather. The collars work as advertised and each upgrade has made them better and easier to use. Customer support has been easy to contact and helps resolve any issue we have faced.

  Very disappointed in the halo collar. I had issues with the beacon training for its inconsistencies. I understand issues can arise and that part was frustrating, but ok. I attempted to use their AI halo help on the app and followed that but to no avail. I tried scheduling a time to have someone call me but the soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. **** has it so you pay monthly for a subscription. I emailed them twice with no answer. I am very disappointed in their extreme lack of customer service for any assistance and that is partially what the subscription is for. Never was able to actually connect with anyone from the company. I hope **** does something to fix their customer service as I had high hopes for this product. Would not recommend this product.

  We love this collar! We live on a main road in our town and it keeps our puppy from crossing the street and into traffic. We also have other dogs come into our yard and she is able to play but remain in her boundary, and it helps her from roaming the neighborhood. I have used this collar for almost 3 years and customer service has been above beyond in replacing or helping me get it back online or sending me replacements prongs or whatever I need.
