Dont work for them!!! They have shorted my husbands check consistently for over a month now (Im talking hundreds of dollars not a few bucks) and sadly they have done this to him several times in the 3 years he has been with the company. (And 10 in total with ******** We have a special needs son who went without medicine all week because of this and we have barely been scraping on groceries. Thanks a lot Frito-Lay letting down your employees and families one at a time . ?? ??Frito Lay, Inc. Response

I only give one star because that's the lowest available to give. I have applied for the Route Sales position in *******, had to call for weeks which no one answers they waste 15mins of your time saying please hold for the available recruiter, left multiple messages never got a call back, sent multiple emails finally got a response to set up a zoom meeting, I picked the time and date and I sit on the zoom call for 45 mins waiting for someone to get on and conduct the interview. No one ever came on to do the interview, I emailed and called again asking if there was a reason why they left me hanging the response with the same email congratulations you've been selected for the next step in the interview process please pick a time and date for your zoom interview I click it and it says there are no more available dates. I now see why there BBB rating is so low, places like this is exactly what's wrong with the world today people willing and wanting to work and places like this wasting there time.Frito Lay, Inc. I am the owner of a convenience store in **, with customer ID: *******, we have been a customer of ********************** for last 20 years. Our annual delivery value from Frito - Lay for us is around $25,000, they deliver to our store weekly, then a new driver show up and after one delivery, that driver decide to not want to work with us anymore, he told the Frito - Lay to close our account without any notice (how can a driver can do that?). If Frito - Lay do not want any money to do business with us, I'm ok with that.Frito Lay, Inc. Response

I bought one of the small individual bags at dollar store in **********, and found a whole human tooth in my bag . This is outrageous and nasty. It was in my mouth and I had no idea, as I just turned the bag up and poured it in my mouth.Frito Lay, Inc. Response

I recently participated in the eclipse sale on their snacks.com site. When I logged in during the eclipse, I was able to add a bag of the specialty snack in addition to the regular and check out. Hours later, I'm given a confirmation email of having only purchased the one snack, not the eclipse snack. I send an email requesting to confirm that I did in fact get this eclipse snack bag.Hours later, still having had no response, I decide to check the website in case I ordered wrong. Again, I was able to add the eclipse chips to my cart. I made sure it was there this time. This was HOURS after the first one. Again, after the confirmation came LATE, it was without this eclipse bag.I literally only purchased because a purchase was required to get these eclipse chips, and would not have otherwise.The next day, they finally got back to me, AFTER both shipments went out, to tell me that, oh, too bad so sad, we can't do anything once they've been shipped. This is fully a day after I emailed them about this, and they had ample time to cancel my order. They also told me that oops they actually ran out suuuuper early in the day. Then WHY was I able to add it again later that same day????Anyway, so I've been ripped off by ordering two bags of chips that I don't care about in order to get the special chips they claimed to come with every order (and was clearly there), and then insisting it's simply policy that they can't possibly take returns/cancellations despite my responding quickly enough to allow it.Honestly, I'm so disappointed more than anything. I love fritolay, so this is a huge letdown. This entire experience has made me rethink ever buying from them again.Frito Lay, Inc. Response

Not sure who is handling quality control, but EVERY bag of Sour ************* Lay's I purchase has ZERO flavor on it. I won't be fooled be green specks placed on the chips to give them a visual that they are flavored. The public is not stupid. We all have mouths with taste buds. I will not be given a coupon to go buy ANOTHER bag of unseasoned chips. I want the quality that I've always enjoyed from a child to an adult. What happened these last few years? Have you actually tasted your own product lately! I'm pretty sure "EVERYONE can now eat just one".Frito Lay, Inc. Response

I can't believe I opened up a box of chips that states 18 count turn out to be 13 count and my daughter was having a sleeping so I was short of chips I really could not believe the box was seal with 13 bags of chips in it do betterFrito Lay, Inc. Response

Love most products purchase Munchies snack mix $****, which more than 90%,where pretzels. If l wanted pretzels, l would not have paid ****, do better, high prices, less quality, never make sense and bad for business
