  This business is sending very deceiving letters to get business. They are not legit. I no longer want letters sent to me from this company.

  Echoing a previous complaint, Mine is the same: "I want this sham company to stop sending me intimidating solicitations, trying to scare me into buying their fake coverage.. I don't appreciate mail with "SECOND NOTICE" or "FINAL NOTICE" stamped in big red letters on the envelope, making it look like I don't pay my bills! I've never done business with them and would not consider them. I don't know why they are sending these to me, but I want it stopped immediately!"Thank you,

  Receiving soliciting mails and we dont have warranty with this company. I would like solicitation to stop and all my info deleted. They currently have me on file as ***********************. I called a year ago to have this completed and I am still receiving solicitation for services.

  American Home Protect LLC STOP sending me intimidating solicitations, pretending to be my mortgage lender! Envelopes with SECOND and THIRD NOTICE in red ink. This is harassment and a scam, not legitim marketing. I am not interested in your fake coverage, you are trying to take advantage of the people and we are tired of this abuse. I want this to stop immediately! I shouldn't be wasting my time filing claims and calling your phone number.

However, we understand that you are not interested in our services and are happy to take your name off the mailing list. Unfortunately, when we searched for your name and the zip code provided, we found no records of your name in our system. It is possible that the mailer is not from us, but if the mailer has our company name on it, you can send us the information of the recipient it was addressed to, or the reference code in the letter. Either of those pieces of information will allow us to find the record and make sure you are officially off the mailing list. You can send that information to ********************************** and we will take care of it for you!

  Company keeps spamming our household with intimidating "FINAL NOTICE" type letters talking about a lapse in warranty coverage. I have notified the Company in the past to take the house off the contact listing but this has not stopped the many many letters that keep coming to the house

We checked the records and it seems as if your wife called in on April 24th and at that time the name and address were taken off the mailing list. You may have received one letter after that date due to it already being at the post office. If you are still receiving mail, please check to make sure it is from our company, our company name is on all of our mailers. We double checked and your name and address have been removed from the mailing list.

  I have been receiving these Notices with Second Notices for a while. I have also contacted this company and their employees are Rude ,unprofessional and dismissive .They do not listen to what you have to say nor pay attention to what you are saying. Called few weeks ago and requested to have all my information deleted from their company and to stop sending me these letters .When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to a gentleman called ******* ,who was also very rude and dismissive. I have no desire to do business or to be contacted by your company .Take this as your last warning. I have read all the complaints listed on this page so do not attempt to justify your actions by below.Stand by your advertising which is ridiculous .Lots of complaints about it ************* offer similar services.. Same phone number and company name Some states have approved your mode of advertising which is also ridiculous.There are some consumers you view you letters as harassment ,misleading, predatory, illegal, sham but you have not done anything to change or stop .Do not ask me to ****** your company because I already did and still no interested.I demand you delete my information from your company and stop sending me such letters. I need proof that this has been done . Your attempt to indicate that not all consumers have pervious coverage on the bottom of your letters in small letters while you have indicated policy may expire soon on top pf the letters with SOON in capitals letters is misleading and deceitful. Highlighting that this is your second attempt in bold letters and putting my mortgage lender in capital letters on top of this letters is also deceitful and misleading ,since you have also indicated in small letters at bottom of this letter your company is not affiliated with my current lender.

  I just received a letter in the mail from American Home Protect LLC claiming that my Home Warranty coverage was going to end. I am going into my 4th year of owning my home. I called the number and a very Unprofessional man answered the phone and did not even attempt to provide his name. I explained that I got the letter and he assured me that my Coverage was ending soon. I explained to him that I am with another company and that it is still good and I had just made a payment to them. He started to get really short with me and I told him I was not interested in their company.He told me that the letter was to bring in new accounts for people whom have just bought their homes. I explained to him that I have been here for over 3 years and he said I had JUST bought the house, even those the letter stated it was back in 2020. He got snippy with me and rudely stated I could just decline it. I said I was and said goodbye. I blocked the number and if I get one more letter from them, I WILL hire an attorney and go after them for scamming and soliciting. If their company gets this, they need to understand NO one wants their Business! STOP sending these letters out!

  This company wants to steal money from people. They sent me an official looking document stamped "Second Notice" and misled me into thinking I was about to lose my home warranty. They are a scam. They are crooks. They want me to give them money under false pretenses. I almost gave them money and then my realtor told me this is a common scam from this company. Why are they allowed to do business?

  I am rejecting this response because:   

  The company's response was to send me a sales pitch? This company is the worst!

  They didn't acknowledge my request to stop receiving mail from them. Instead they try to sell me. That is disrespectful and unprofessional.

  Furthermore, they didn't acknowledge that the wording of their letters, nor the big bold red letters on the envelope, imply that I have a warranty with them and they are about to cancel it. They completely ignored everything in my complaint.

  They should be put out of business and I will do my best to tell EVERYONE about how they have treated me.

  We were hoping that it would be possible to go ahead and remove this complaint entirely. We responded to her request to be taken off the list, and mentioned that she has been taken off the list, yet her second response claims otherwise,making it a blatant lie. Despite honoring her request to be taken off the list,she rejected the response. In addition, she is not actually a customer and provides no help to anyone that might be reading this complaint. So, rather than continuing the back and forth, we were hoping that we could have this complaint finished and removed. If not, we understand and will create a response. But it would be great if we could be done with it. Thank you for the help!

  We were just curious as to whether this complaint could be taken down. As you can see from the complaint and our response, this woman was never a customer. We also responded as well as we could to the complaint, even though the complaint had no actionable items. If you read our response, we mentioned her name and address were off the mailing list, but her response is that we did not. A back and forth such as this benefits nobody. Would you mind taking a look and determine if we can have this removed?
