Company constantly sending us scam letters. This would scare some seniors into a panic.Very disreputable company!Only low life people would do this to vulnerable seniors.Where's the many respectable people, in *****, I know they are there.Review from C. S

I am not a customer of this company, nor have I ever been; yet I have received a notification that my home warranty policy is about to expire! The second letter is on pink paper. Please investigate as they are fraudulent!Review from Aaron M

The one time I needed their service we called because our top of the line ** washer wouldn't drain. We called AHP the next day they called back to say they had no repair people available. They had decided to cash out our washer for $600. We believe it was simply a clogged water pump but it was not reachable from the access panel. We found out there was only 1 basic washing machine that could be purchased for close to $600. So we had to surrender our top of the line ** washer for the cheapest top loader on the market. RIP OFF. Later we tried to contact them by phone and for over a week they had an answering message that says "Your call cannot be completed at this time". No voicemail, no alternative # or anything. Just 'We're not answering calls". So done with these scammers.Review from Eddie D

I received numerous letters from this company who insisted on calling before my warranty expired. Under false pretenses I called American Home Protect in Feb and was told I had been covered for several years and only needed to pay to $185 to extend for 3 years. I canceled my current plan who I was covered with and gave my credit card information over the phone but only agreed to the terms of two payments. I was told I would be mailed a contract for the 3 years of home warranty services but never received. In April another payment was deducted from my bank account without my permission. I immediately called requested to cancel and asked for a full refund. I reached out to the ********** who also confirmed these letters are sent to homeowners to get their business under false reporting when they get your information from public records and that Ive never had a warranty through their company. I continued to call several times a month being refused to transfer my calls to a manager and I still have not received my refund. Im asking for help. Im reporting this to BBB, my local news station and social media. Please help.Review from Ashley G

This company is a scam. They take your money and never provide any services at all. Over two months that I submitted my claim and still no service. Every time I call they tell me that someone will get back to me later in that day only for me to NEVER receive a call back. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Review from Thomas W

Unsolicited mailings . Stop looking up peoples financial records and sending notifications with Bank Names associated with your warranty company. This is a fraud . I carry ******************** to own my home . Stop the fear tactics and printing bank information names on the outside of envelopes . Mailbox theft is real and identity theft is real and your company is giving criminals information.Review from Alana T

Ever since I bought my house, I've received an avalanche of 'final notice' scam letters from this scam company. Given the reviews, how is this company still in business?
