    My Lexus Es 350 experience, has been a Journey To H*** Their "Journey to exceptional " certainly does not apply, to my horrifying experience. A little background, I have been a loyal Lexus owner for 25+ years, the car in question is a 2015 Es 350 in pristine condition. The flooding of my car occurred the 2nd week of November 2023, with only ****** miles. One morning, I walked into my car, found the interior flooded, with about 4 inches of water sloshing around, the entirety of the car... It had rained the night before, but my windows were completely shut. I brought in to Park Place Lexus. Sunroof tube's are clogged, with mud/ leaves...they could not get their story straight...I had to replace the carpet, due to mold. I was quoted $2700. The service manager felt bad, gave me a $300.00 discount. I feel that the car has a faulty quality issue. Lexus brand experience, and corporate shooed me away. I gave the many opportunities to make this right. My lexus salesperson, has not heard of a situation, like mine, in the 20 years he has been employed by Lexus. I feel my car is not safe, mold, & connectors corroding because of the flood.I was also told to ensure this freak event not happening again, I can pay $189, every 6 monthes to have my sunroof tube's cleaned out. For further clarification, my previous car was an Es 330, I had that car for 12 years, with no sunroof flooding issues. I still live in the same pristine suburban neighborhood. I feel strongly that the only reason my car flooded, was a defect in my car..At this point, I'm so disappointed with Lexus, their lack of ownership of this, I will never consider another Lexus. I'm anxious about mold growth, and am very uneasy driving a car, with connectors that can corrode over time, for a flooding issue, I was not the cause of.

    Post your complaints with Texas Attorney General-more than one complaint and they just might look into the business practices of Park Place of Lexus.. I purchased my Lexus from PP Lexus of Plano. I took my car there july 11th and finally had it delivered to another repair shop today 8-13-24.,*Park Place said my car needed a lower controller arm, it was twisted. I asked for the part and pictures and approved the work. They later told me "whoops" the service department threw away the lower controller arm, pictures didn't show anything of any substance. *The charges ran over $2,000 for replacement of lower controller arm but when they brought my car around it was making noises- front left wheel base. controller arm was twisted on right side? I didn't have those noises when I took it to them, But they worked hard to convince me it wasn't a problem. When I asked them to fix what was causing the noise, they came back and recommended strutts, replaced less than 6 months ago (noise on left front panel-only happened after their repairs) ********************* a supervisor, made what he thought reasonable, if I would pay all the labor fees they would take it apart and if the spring had a Lexus Original equipment stamp that they would replace the spring but I would pay all labor dissasembling and reassembling. I am the only driver, ES350 serviced regularly, ****** miles. ** my 70's and handicapped. they kept trying to convince me that the sounds that only happened after their repairs were nothing to worry about. I could safely drive any distances. Rachil-repair rep told me to go wait for my car in the bay area it was 110 degrees outside, Someone i did not know came up and walked me into the building and sat me down in the *** My car finally did come and it still had the noises, front left panel. Today is August 13th and ********************* supervisor had a person drive my car to a repair shop of my choice, I was afraid to drive my car.

    Ignoring me after breaking my car . There are 2 incidents and they are saying working on it .its been 2 months now . Worst service Ever and their Management just route your calls to different departments and ends up getting it voice mail.

    First of all , not sure who made *** ****** service director. He dosent even know how to speak with customer. The incident happened at Lexus Park place to which he never accepts its their fault . Instead he threatened me to return the loaner , or else he would report it stolen.
    I paid $2300 for service just to hear his harassment. Great job Mr ****** , for treating customers like **** .
    And to your response nobody reached out to me , i was the one who was calling daily and asking about the status . And i called you many time Mr moreno , you wont even answer .
    We are the one who suffers anyway . Great job Park place lexus .
