      I was checking my credit file, as i do periodically, and noticed a "new" collections account from Lockhart, Morris, and Montgomery on august 31, 2021. This debt is for $1795.00. I have NEVER received ANY type of documentation or validity of said debt. I NEVER received a telephone phone call from this business as I have had the same telephone number for 18years. This is the ONLY collection "item" on my credit file and is hindering my financial goals for myself and my family. If I have a bill please have the original company send me a bill so it can be properly taken care of!! My score went down 117 points because of this and cost me from getting into a home!! Please take this off of my credit!!

      On 9/20/21 I checked my credit score and I did find out that this company, through E*******, filled a bad record of me for something that I don't even know about.

      Lockhart ********************************************* recently added around 6-8 medical bills to my credit report. I had most of these removed last year. The main reason was due to hospital billing errors. I've always carried ***************** through our employers and state ********* My son has a chronic illness resulting in infusion treatments. The hospital was billing one insurance company instead of two resulting in billing left at my responsibility. The hospital sent letters to creditors asking to remove these items. This has been an on going issue for the past 5 years. I have asked Lockhart ********************************************* to supply documentation so I can supply this to hospital billing to resolve. They have no record of these bills. It is my understanding if bills are resolved through LM&M they get a kick back. I do not owe any of these bills and demand for orginal documentation to prove otherwise. I will submit the complaint with ******** also.

      We are in the process of buying a home and when checking my credit I have a collection from this company from somewhere I've never heard of nor been too! Never have I ever received any mail or call to notify me of this or given me an opportunity to verify any of this! I am so upset because This has drastically effected my credit score by 77 points there for putting us at risk of not getting our home all for some collection that isn't correct and shouldn't be there! Please remove this from my credit immediately! Legal action will be taken!

      As of 7/01/21 *******, ********************************************** **** Are in violation my consumer rights by attempting to collect a debt that I have no recollection or knowledge of. The supposed debt took place March 2, 2016 with account # ******** with the original debt collector: ******* Hospital. This has a negative reflection on my credit report and I have tried contacting the collection agency numerous times to resolve this matter.

      This collection agency is erroneously reporting on my credit report an account that is due in the amount of $150. This could not be farthest from the truth as I have absolutely no problem paying my bills and this is the ONLY derogatory account on my credit profile (has been for over 10 years). Please verify your information and delete from my records as it does NOT belong to me.

      Hello I would like to file a complaint with the company that I have listed. I received an alert about my credit report decreasing by ************************************** regards to a statement that I've never received. I speak with ***** and she referred me to ***** who is Chief of operations and he advised me that this bill is from 2016 and has been sent to **** *********** inMesquite ***** where I have not resided in over 15 years but I received a collections on my credit report. I informed him that explains why the bill was not delivered because the address is incorrect. I informed him this should have been filed with insurance because my son had health coverage through my spouse employer. I informed him if anything my balance should be for ER which was no more than a $300, he told me to call insurance but I informed him it's past timely filing they would deny. I would also like to know why this was sentto credit bureaus without notice of outstanding charges that are 5 years old.
