      I have a charge on my credit that says I owe over a thousand dollars for a trucking class that I never went to . I never attended this class. I was never notified of anything through western union. I'm not sure why this is even on my credit. I do not owe this money.

      The company reported two accounts to the credit reporting agencies, for collections. I have no delinquent account with this nor any other company that I am aware. I have received no prior communications from this agency. I would like copies of any and all contracts, agreements, or invoices in which I have agreed to services (or products, etc...) received. I would also like a line by line accounting of the charges reported to the credit reporting agency. Most importantly, I would like this report to be removed from my credit record.

      Lockhart charged 2 account on my credit report on July 29, 2021 that I have no knowledge of. To this day, I have never received a single piece of mail, a single phone call or any communication from this alleged agency. They have caused my credit score to plummet over 30 points. They are ruining my credit and I need them to remove those accounts.

      I received a notification on my Experian Credit that this company added two things to collections on my credit, I have never received anything from this company and do not know what these bills are for. I have never received any attempts to collect with an explanation of supposed charges via mail, phone, or email which has failed to notify me about reporting derogatory information to my credit bureaus. My address has been correct for the past 18 months with the *** and postal office, I also get notification of my daily mail and nothing shows for this agency.

      This collection agency is condoning to CRST's continued violation of federal court order to halt collection attempts. I have tried to dispute the matter with this agency but have received no response. I have not even received a call or letter to settle from CRST trucking which is also a violation of collections procedures.

      In 2017 I had an anxiety attack where my mom panicked and called 911. I am a veteran with ptsd so they happen often, but I manage them on my own with no medical assistance or medicines. I get a knock on my door and it's her and the police. When I opened they told me a had to go to the hospital. I asked why and told them I was fine but they said if I didn't they would force me because she told them of my disability (ptsd.) they then proceeded to search my home and took my legally owned firearm for no reason. The hospital was less then a mile away and my mom asked if she could drive me, they said no and that I had to go it the ambulance. So basically everything was forced and under their discretion, clearly had no medical training or knowledge because they would have saw I was completely fine. I was driven to the hospital where I received no medical services and made to sit in a room for about two hrs. The doctor came in and asked what happened, I told her and was immediately discharged

      All that I asked was that an unfair be debt removed and handled justly. Since they have agreed to remove more negative remarks and record of the debt from my credit report I have no issues. Had I actually received services and wasn't forced against my will I would have most certainly paid as I do all of my other financial obligations. It's been years and I glad something could be done. Outside of the personal things in the matter I was never even notified until I started getting negative remarks on my credit report. Had it no been for the bbb nothing would have been done to relieve me of this situation. I hope the company is sincere about their intentions and we can move forward.

Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me . Certifications can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question.       Our response to the consumer's request for information was mailed directly to the address provided in the complaint. This was mailed on 9-27-21. We would like to advise the consumer that mail delivery times vary.

      I noticed a collections account appear on my credit report in July 2021 from Lockhart, Morris & Montgomery, Inc. for two medical collections from Sparkling Sea Emergency Physicians, Accounts XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX. I have never received any communications from this agency. I was never notified that they were reporting derogatory info to Experian and Equifax. Not only was I not notified, this is in no way my debt. I have never been treated at this hospital and they have failed to provide medical records to prove otherwise. The only time I have been there was with my deceased mother, who I am not financially responsible for. I called the agency this week to try and resolve this issue and was told there are no medical records available. The address for these collections was for my mother's past business.
