Hello. Bad experience. Spent a few hrs at the dealership test drove a 2017 impala lt. *** paperwork... told them that I would give them my fi al answer the next morning.. talk to salesman next morning first thing and agreed to terms and was given the yes that we would move forward with sale when I get off work.. so I could sign the agreement. Few hrs later get a call saying sorry we sold the car to someone else.. I'm like WHAT THE **** so all that time the night before to get approved and agree on payments. For them to just sell it to someone else after being told we are moving forward with the deal. That's bad business.. I won't recommend nobody going to this dam dealership that's just wrong.... never again.....

Really a zero...no experience mechanic.. just take your money and don't repair your car... can't be trusted! Toke my car in for oil leak repair..on the way home engine light came on...keep taking my car back over and over again.. didn't repair my car then said something was wrong with the *** 1st repair was 13000plus$$ to fix then another 500$...my car still not fix still leaking oil or something they don't know but had my car for a week and didn't offer a loaner vehicle..very inconvenient.. keep telling me to bring it back..this going into the 4th week in my car still not repair correctly... leaking more now...then when I took it there...the manager **** of the service department never returned my call

I recently bought a car at Reliable Chevrolet about three weeks, a 2015 Subaru Wrx, that their site had listed for I believe $16,600 or somewhere in that range during a "winter sale" that ended on January 1, 2022 I purchased it on December 30th. I spoke to a salesman by the name Luis who had assured me that I was able to get the vehicle with no cosigner and a $1,000 down. I also had a trade in, a 2016 Nissan Frontier S. although i did have a lien on the truck of about $6,421.77 and the Kelly blue book valued my truck at $11,214 so minus the lien i would've been left with about $4,800 to go towards the Subaru, and should have made the new total to $10,200 I thought this was a great deal, for a Subaru that has over 120,000 miles. so I drove the from Austin to Richardson three hours. 196 miles added to the truck, and when I got there no Luis busy with customer when he knew I was coming. so I was introduced to RJ who let me test drive around the block and who I ended up doing paper work with. I also met a Nico who worked in the finance department whom I also did paper work with. now the whole experience was smooth in about an hour, which I thought was weird because it can take hour especially for someone with not so good credit, what I also found odd is that I never got any of the paperwork. I have no paperwork of the deal that happened on the 30th of December. So I put a thousand down and that was that got the key and drove off. so a few days go by and notice my bank made another withdraw of $1000 and assume its rent, but when I check I find out its Reliable. so they have taken $2000, now immediately I call reliable to sort it out and they do after a whole day of calling. it wasn't until recently I found out the payout amount of the Subaru and its a whole $4,000 more? so I call Reliable once again only to be told that they couldn't get that deal and they're send me a check for a $1000 because you couldn't take my down payment? and with the gap, road side assist., and other(I'm sure Hidden Fees) it made the vehicle that much more expensive? also found out that they only gave me 9,000 for my truck? so $3,000 went to what exactly? it had no effect, very disappointed with how this ended up I went in to have lower car payments and a good deal and ended with a higher one. should have done my homework with this dealership. stay away from this one.
