MASSIVE scam. They will refuse to send you your item for well over a month. Lots of posts on Reddit of people not receiving their dresses for that long and then the company refusing to refund anything because of "tailoring" (this is a dropship site, so spare me.) I found this out and asked to cancel since my order had still not been shipped and customer service was nonresponsive. Finally got through to a chat bot who told me that they would only refund me for shipping since it was more than 24 hours since my order...even though nothing had shipped yet. This is a dropship scam site and needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

DETAILS:COMPANY: WEDTREND DATE OF TRANSACTION: ordered August 14, 2024 AMOUNT OF MONEY: $132.98 PROVIDED: dress DISPUTE: The dress ordered did not fit. I was told to return it and I would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days once the warehouse received the package. I provided the company with a tracking number for my return. It was returned to the company on September 11, 2024. I still do not have a refund. The site says to contact customer service and I have about 5 times and no one has responded. I have tried the online chat option for help and have just been told that it is processing and has been sent to the "escalation team." -RETURN TRACKING number and company:9434-6301-0935-5008-1501-85 **************************** -It has been well over the allowed processing days and I have not gotten any information when I have reached out. On September 3, 2024 I began the process to return and receive a total refund for a dress from Wedtrend via the ******** on the company's website. I complied with all of the rigorous requirements to return the item which included a photo of the return package, photo of return receipt and shipping company along with tracking number. My return was received at the address provided by the company on September 9th. It is now October 2nd and I have not yet received my refund. After additional LiveChat messages and emails to return support, I continue to be apologized to for the delay in processing and that I'll be communicated with as soon as any information regarding my return is available.Initial Complaint

July 26, 2024 item was ordered. It was delivered August 22, 2024. Item was not as described as it was far too long. The measurements given online were not accurate, so item was returned with a tracking number from ***** along with picture of item, picture of package, tracking number sent via email and Chat on the same day, which was on August 26, 2024. The item was delivered to Wedtrend on August 28th. I have copies of two different chats with the company asking for the refund. They still have not refunded the amount owed.Initial Complaint

Hi, I purchased an "altered" dress customized to my size for an extra price. My total was $190.28 USD. I ended up filing a claim with my credit card after my dress was lost with no US tracking number for over a month, it was rejected. When the dress finally showed up, it was not altered to my measurements, or anywhere close to it. Wedtrend has a return policy of not being able to return "altered dresses". I communicated with them on multiple occasions, with nothing resolved. With the pictures I'm adding, you can see how much extra fabric I have at the bottom, you can also see that they didn't add enough fabric for the back of the dress.Initial Complaint

I purchased 5 dresses from this company on 7/21/24 to try for a friends wedding (one was an order of 3 dresses, the other was an order of 2 dresses). I was tracking the status and shipping was delayed for an unknown reason despite the shipping times I was quoted when purchasing the dresses putting them at arriving prior to the wedding I was attending. I reached out to the company to cancel the order since they would not arrive in time for the wedding. By the time I heard back from them the dresses in 1 order shipped, the others had not, even though the orders were placed within minutes of each other. I received the first order of 3 dresses and immediately reached out again to determine how to return the dresses. The first response back said I could get 10% off if I kept the dresses or I still wanted to return them and they would provide me with instructions and a mailing address. I said I would like the address to return them and a refund. Then they offered me 30% off to keep them OR 100% coupon code and send them back to ** address provided. I do not want the dresses and have been trying to get the return process completed for a week now and they continue to drag this along. I do not want a coupon code, in fact, I dont ever want to buy a dress from this company again and will recommend no one to do so after this experience. I understand I will have to pay for return shipping but Id like the rest of my money returned as it states on the company website. I still have yet to receive the second order of dresses (the wedding has since passed) and have been told I cannot initiate the return process until I receive the product. I feel completely scammed at the run around Im getting when their website states you can receive a 100% refund if the dresses are returned, unworn, within 2 weeks of receiving them. Below are the details of my case:-Before I ordered the dress I read their return policy and made sure that I am able to return the dress and get a refund in case I didnt like it, but to my surprise when i sent them an email that I want to return it they offered me a 30% refund to keep the dress or return it and get 120%. They should have mentioned that in their return policy but they didnt so I agreed to return the dress ( I paid for the return 12$) -July 22th: I sent the dress back via **** with tracking number 9405 5036 9930 0701 6706 62. The package was delivered on July 24th according to **** tracking information.- July 26th: I contacted Wedtrend to confirm receipt of the return and request my 120% coupon code as previously agreed upon.- Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have not received any response or the promised coupon code. They have been ignoring the emails that Ive been sending. Its so unfair I need my money back.**Requested Resolution:**I request that Wedtrend either provide me with a full refund for the purchase. I ordered two dresses from the company on March 7, 2024 for a total of $286 plus shipping because I was unsure about sizing and was worried about shipping times before a wedding. The larger size was a bit snug and didn't fit correctly in the bust, so I repackaged the dress and didn't bother opening the smaller size. I initiated a return for a refund immediately on March 22nd. The company tried to talk me into keeping the dresses for a small discount, which I denied. I wasn't provided the return address until April 8th after 8 emails back-and-forth and me having to push for the return to be started. I sent the dresses back and had to check the shipping status because the company would not respond to me. The dresses arrived at the return address on April 15th. On May 10th they finally replied after I left a bad review and said they still needed to process the dresses. On May 14th I was partially refunded for the cost of one dress. I was not refunded for the second dress that never left the packaging. I had to push to receive a refund for the second dress, which I received May 24th, but it was only a partial refund of $100.10, not the $143 I was supposed to receive. When asked for clarification as to why the company kept some of my money when the dress was in perfect condition, I have been given the run around. As of now, I haven't heard from the company in 5 days and they still have not provided a full refund. I would like the remaining $42.90 I am owed. The company's handling of the entire situation has been incredibly inadequate and suspicious. A friend in the same bridal party faced the same issues in trying to receive a refund for a dress they sent back, so I know this is a company-wide problem, and my treatment is not an isolated incident.Initial Complaint

Purchased a dress from wedtrend that was delivered this past week. On their webpage is stated that there is a two week return window for a full refund. The dress did not fit properly, even when using their online size guide. When I tried to email customer service to initiate the return, the email continued to get bounced back saying, address not found. There is no other method for communication listed to get in contact for a return.
