We purchased a motorhome at the ****** location May 2024. Today I tried to renew the registration only to find out the title and motorhome VIN are completely different. We have been paying insurance on a vehicle that isn't legally ours. We have made our monthly payments. Yeah, maybe we should have compared VIN numbers, but we bought it from a dealership and wrongly trusted them. We went to a local dealership of *** Hoover and we showed all of our proof of the wrong title and were told the ** would contact us quickly. Heard nothing. Our VIN search showed we bought a box trailer. We have been driving with no insurance for our VIN number, it was covering the wrong VIN. If we don't hear from the ** within a few days, we are filing charges and contacting the Attorney General. We want a correct title or replace our RV with one that has a title, anything to make this right. This appears to be fraud in more ways than one.Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers

I have asked and unsubscribed from the text from this company I have requested to have my number removed multiple times. The staff was rude and dismissive. I am at the end of my patients and will be seeing if I can file a legal complaint against the company with the government or a lawyer. 1 starA while back I purchased an RV with *** Hoover. For starters they were very pushy and after checking my credit the sales person had me sign paper and then said, Congratulations your now financing and RV I shouldve asked what I was signing but I thought they were still checking my credit. Regardless I didnt back out and continued with the purchase. While finalizing my paper work I clearly told them my address was incorrect they claimed they would fix it before sending to aqua financing their loan borrow as well as ************ after assuring me the issue would be fixed. They had me sign and agree to more of their terms and conditions. LONG STORY SHORT THEY NEVER FIXED THE ADDRESS and turns out the phone number they gave was incorrect as welI. I had a very hard time receiving my statements and making payments. As well as due to me not replying to a letter in regards to possible fraud sent out through Mail. They closed my account, causing my credit score to go down and although I was able to reopen due to them having record of me asking for the change in the past, my credit score was still affected and cant be fixed. I called and spoke with the manager and had no remorse nor did he take responsibility for his or his employees actions. He only said, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED PAPER WORK WITH WRONG INFORMATION. 1 starThis place we weird from the start, after three attempts in speaking with someone we finally got ****** and she was great but only for a little while... After numerous attempts we settled on an RV but not exactly what we were looking for. After speaking with finance and having paperwork overnighted the paperwork did not match what finance had told us. We decided that we were done... we were told our $1000 payment would not be refunded and that a manager would be reaching out. We have yet to hear from a manager. This place is crooked, think twice before doing any type of business with them. Update: A dispute was filed with the bank after explaining the situation and the bank was able to get our money back... still never heard from ****** or a "manager."Review fromJeremy k

1 starI would give them negative stars if possible. I bought an RV that had issues and was unsafe to drive 3 hrs after leaving the dealership. They lied to me, than I got to the corporate level where a man told me about his word and and turned out to be just another salesman as well and claimed he didnt receive emails so asked me to email him directly. I did that and its been 6 weeks with no reply. This is why salespeople get bad names. I will definitely not go away silently and they need to understand what its like to have a conscience. Typical salespeople, they tell you whatever you want to hear, until they cant see the tail lights and you are off their property.I traveled from ******** to ***** to buy the motorhome and only did so because they had good reviews, however, they will have a very truthful review coming up and thats the only time they respond.Review fromEric M

1 starI do not recommend this place. Trust me, take your business some place else, you would be better off. Despite everything they tell you, be sure to read every single page word for word. And be 100% positive you want it because they wont give you your down payment back. Asked for my down payment back 2 days later and they wouldnt give it back. I told them I dont want to do business with them anymore and still kept bothering me trying to get me to buy something else.Review fromJanis R

1 starRipped me off!sold me a leaky RV, refrigerator went out second month I had it, awning ripped out of the role, ***** faucet leaky, toilet, when I called them about all this, they told me to come in they would make it right. They lied! When I got there, they treated me as if I was coming to trade it in and offered me $20,000 less than I just paid them for it two months before.. basically I was just stuck with what they sold me. 1 starPurchased a new coachmen travel trailer from *** Hoover **** and had a pleasant experience from the salesman. They did a pre-delivery inspection and the second day I took it out for my first camp. I Then discovered that the weight distribution hitch was not installed correctly and the sway bars were loose while it was on my truck. It swayed on the way and I removed the sway bars without any pressure whatsoever. I found a missing nut that held the propane tank cover and missing tire pressure sensor on one wheel. I also found that the bathroom sink had a small leak and another leak between the bathtub and glass enclosure when showering due to the manufacture not supporting the front of the tub. I climbed up the ladder and discovered that the roof was filthy wondering if they even inspected it. Their customer service after the fact was poor and the fix was a joke. I ended up fixing the tub myself. I contacted the salesman but he never called back. Their idea of a fix was a ****** rig piece of plywood and 2x4 which the service supervisor agreed was not sufficient. He later had to reverse what he said and told me that his supervisor told him that the fix was ok and they will not do anything else. I do not recommend this dealer, they do not stand behind the product they sell. They play a good game when youre ready to purchase but the service is lacking.
