      On December 6, 2024 I made an ACH payment of $3836.03 to **** Financial IN ERROR. The remittance noted an invoice or payment that was not an invoice for ****. The payment was meant for DENRAY TIRE and referenced an invoice number for Denray Tire. **** is now delaying the process to return the funds back to ********. We are a small business, and **** Financial is not. They are taking advantage of my error and holding onto funds that have been made apparent to them, that the money was not for **** Financial.

      On 9/6/24 I sent an email to ****************** regarding my SEVERAL phone attempts to cancel my subscription to ********* 360, which was due for upcoming renewal. Beginning at the end of July 2024 and the beginning of the month of August 2024 I begin calling **** ***************) to request a cancellation, which I was given missed information (various representatives) such as: no account found, no subscription found on my account, account located with visible charges and advised that the subscription charge of $489.00 is eligible for refund, etc. Each representative informed me that my account needed to be handled by another department (Business credit); upon holding on the line to be transferred I was placed with representatives that appeared to be working from home (I heard baby crying before being abruptly placed on hold), unaware of the process of reviewing my account, or appearing to be uncomfortable with their position as a representative and failed to provide accurate information. These interactions led me to believe that my issue was not being taken seriously and not being addressed in an effective and/or efficient manner. As of today (11/12/24) I am still fighting with **** to first locate my account and secondly cancel my subscription. In addition, I decided to stop payment on the renewal of my subscription through my bank on 9/6/2024 for an additional $35 because I was unsuccessful with speaking with a representative at **** to resolve this matter. I am asking that I obtain guidance on how to resolve this matter so that I can move forward with saving by business' reputation and credit score.

      I was not contacted by **** Finacial Services, which my issue of not being able to cancel my subscription continues. I am not accepting that I am locked into a contract that I am unable to cancel due to poor customer service and communication skills.

      My support tickets in this matter are repeatedly being fraudulently closed. The agents reply via email if at all, & immediately close the tickets. I have ****************** evidence of the support chat sessions showing the Criminal Activity. Order ************* was automatically placed "On Hold". I am an Authorized ************** Holder of a DFS Business Credit Line. I am disabled & have repeatedly requested handicap accessible accomodations in the form of email communication, only to have their email support agents send me an email & immediately close the case before I can respond, as evidenced by the bounceback emails I receive when trying to do so. They repeatedly failed & refused to provide requested handicap accessible accomodations of email or text communication for equal access to their services in violation of the ADA ***** III. Their agents repeatedly provided copy-pasted, fraudulent, misleading & factually incorrect responses constituting outright lies, in order to placate me, discriminate against me & blow me off during their Live Support Chats. When I finally obtained an email address to contact support through, their response constituted Felony Fraud, Discrimination & a violation of their Companies Business Credit Accounts ******************* The company never provided me notice of account closure, deactivation or any method by which I could remedy the supposed "issue" with the account prior to their Acts of Discrimination, ***************** Business Practices in this matter. The companies failure to provide any notice of or allow me to remedy the supposed "issue" with the account constitutes violations of the account ****************** as well as the ADA ***** III, & Section 5(a) of the ************************ Act (FTC Act) (15 USC 45) which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce. This prohibition applies to all persons engaged in commerce, including banks.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The alleged notice mailed to me on August 27th, 2024 was never received. Regardless of if they placed a letter in the mail or not, they failed to formally ***** actually notify me in any way.

      Additionally, they acknowledge that I already made my request for handicap accessible communication in the form of text based contact on September 21, 2024 - then state that their agents ignored this lawful request, violating the ADA ***** my Federally protected rights by refusing my request and instead "calling" me by phone on September 25th ***** 27th, 2024.

      By their own admission in their response they have violated my rights, Federal Law ***** their own ToS ***** other Corporate policies regarding ADA ********************* their response they fraudulently misrepresent their agents responses ***** my actions in these matters to attempt to place blame on me while painting themselves as innocent.

      In doing so they are committing additional Felony Corporate Fraud, ADA ********** ***** Felony acts in violation of Federal Law.

      Statements are misrepresented. I only could find back too Nov 2022 and recent June 2024 and they both say it will take 41 months to pay. It is not a misprint as I have about 10+ others between the dates also stating the same. At this rate payments will be 100 years.

      I am rejecting this response because:You are missing the point. I made the purchases and am quite sure the payments were not for 100 months. How does time pass by and the time till paid off not change? Or is that how you maximize interest payments?

      I do not have an account with **********************. On April 19, 2024, I wrote a letter to Dell Financial Services requesting proof of ownership of an account. On May 8, 2024, I received a letter from ********************* c/o Dell Financial Services stating they have no record of an account in my name. Therefore, I am requesting that the Dell Financial Services account be removed from EQUIFAX and any and all credit reporting agencies.

      My county tax department issued 2023 tangible property tax liability to my company for $2500.00 and states that it was reported to them by **** Leasing. Since my company has zero dealings with **** (NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL), I reached out to them. They opened a fraud case, identified the error, but refuse to assist me with correcting the erroneous report to my county. Fraud **** closed my case and told me **************** would have to help me...they can't even get me to the right department! I will continue to contact everyone and anyone at **** until the issue is resolved. Simply frustrating that I am responsible for fixing THEIR ERROR!!! Absolutely no accountability or even an apology. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ****

      My complaint lies simply in the difficulty with which one can contact any representative of Dell Financial Services. I noticed that payments for my financed PC stopped coming out of my account, despite having sufficient funds on hand. Then I started receiving letters in the mail, stating that my payments had bounced, and that I owed money payable, apparently, only by cheque.The contact number provided in the letter leads only to an automated service, that states what they claim you owe, and then hangs up. If you try to navigate to the point it says it will hand you over to a live agent, it will then promptly hang up. The website doesn't work, and automated AI chat bots do nothing but point you to the aforementioned phone number.As a consumer, I expect to be shown supporting documentation if a company claims that I have failed to make a payment. Furthermore, there should be a live agent that can help navigate the process of acquiring these documents, and subsequently assist in arranging payments if it so determined to be warranted. I believe any elementary investigation into DFS's customer service practices would plainly reveal gross violations of consumer rights.

      **** offered me a buy-out option which I took to pay off my laptop early. There are still trying to take payments from my bank account costing me over $135.00 in NSF charges (three months worth) and causing defimating reports to be added to my credit history. I have contacted them and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I just have to ride it out.

      We bought a computer and printer for $2000.00 13 years ago. **** has been debiting $40/month without mailing or email any form of accounting or invoicing. We just called because there is no way we still owe. We have paid $5,934.90 in total. They said we still owe $500!!! But zero accounting, invoice, email etc. Just supposed to take their word. We are *********** a refund and they will not cooperate one bit. No going to supervisor etc.

      Our company Triptych Star LLC applied for a line of credit with **** Business Services and was granted via a letter a line of credit for $15,000. We attempted to place an order for a little less than $1300. **** said that they needed to verify information on our account starting with that they'd call our phone number with a four-digit PIN. We waited by the phone 5 times, repeatedly calling back in. **** NEVER called back and insisted that that our account was 'reviewed' by their management team and decided to rescind the offer because they were unable to verify our legitimate business. We'd like to have orders placed as promised in the original letter or we'll continue to escalate our claim. Account: *******************
