      I do not have an account with **********************. On April 19, 2024, I wrote a letter to Dell Financial Services requesting proof of ownership of an account. On May 8, 2024, I received a letter from ********************* c/o Dell Financial Services stating they have no record of an account in my name. Therefore, I am requesting that the Dell Financial Services account be removed from EQUIFAX and any and all credit reporting agencies.

      DFS has reviewed the complaint of India Smalls and concluded in our research that we requested for the deletion of the account tradeline on 05/24/24 in response to the credit bureau dispute received. Please allow 30 to 45 days from the date of completion for this change to be reflected at the credit bureaus.

      My county tax department issued 2023 tangible property tax liability to my company for $2500.00 and states that it was reported to them by **** Leasing. Since my company has zero dealings with **** (NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL), I reached out to them. They opened a fraud case, identified the error, but refuse to assist me with correcting the erroneous report to my county. Fraud **** closed my case and told me **************** would have to help me...they can't even get me to the right department! I will continue to contact everyone and anyone at **** until the issue is resolved. Simply frustrating that I am responsible for fixing THEIR ERROR!!! Absolutely no accountability or even an apology. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ****

      My complaint lies simply in the difficulty with which one can contact any representative of Dell Financial Services. I noticed that payments for my financed PC stopped coming out of my account, despite having sufficient funds on hand. Then I started receiving letters in the mail, stating that my payments had bounced, and that I owed money payable, apparently, only by cheque.The contact number provided in the letter leads only to an automated service, that states what they claim you owe, and then hangs up. If you try to navigate to the point it says it will hand you over to a live agent, it will then promptly hang up. The website doesn't work, and automated AI chat bots do nothing but point you to the aforementioned phone number.As a consumer, I expect to be shown supporting documentation if a company claims that I have failed to make a payment. Furthermore, there should be a live agent that can help navigate the process of acquiring these documents, and subsequently assist in arranging payments if it so determined to be warranted. I believe any elementary investigation into DFS's customer service practices would plainly reveal gross violations of consumer rights.

      **** offered me a buy-out option which I took to pay off my laptop early. There are still trying to take payments from my bank account costing me over $135.00 in NSF charges (three months worth) and causing defimating reports to be added to my credit history. I have contacted them and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I just have to ride it out.

      We bought a computer and printer for $2000.00 13 years ago. **** has been debiting $40/month without mailing or email any form of accounting or invoicing. We just called because there is no way we still owe. We have paid $5,934.90 in total. They said we still owe $500!!! But zero accounting, invoice, email etc. Just supposed to take their word. We are *********** a refund and they will not cooperate one bit. No going to supervisor etc.

      Our company Triptych Star LLC applied for a line of credit with **** Business Services and was granted via a letter a line of credit for $15,000. We attempted to place an order for a little less than $1300. **** said that they needed to verify information on our account starting with that they'd call our phone number with a four-digit PIN. We waited by the phone 5 times, repeatedly calling back in. **** NEVER called back and insisted that that our account was 'reviewed' by their management team and decided to rescind the offer because they were unable to verify our legitimate business. We'd like to have orders placed as promised in the original letter or we'll continue to escalate our claim. Account: *******************

      March 2023 There was a bill for reoccurring charge for service that was canceled via form online. As i was unable to log into DFS account in any way. That is the only way to get in touch w anyone. The call disconnects or you are stuck in endless loop, without speaking to a human. This has been ongoing since may. I am disputing the bill as they provide no way to cancel the service. It is now in collections and on my credit report. Every email I have received from them has no customer detail or information, only my name. There has been no activity on the ********* product since far back into last year. The reoccurring bill is for about $75, and now has ballooned up to $181. ! How can you provide a service with no way to cancel or pay? I was on the phone with multiple departments, being transferred back and forth many times for several hours and no resolution. I would like my entire account, including any subscriptions, or reoccurring accounts from **** and /or ********* canceled, including my account with DFS, the bill credited and removed from my credit report.       Ordered a **** Inspiron Laptop and Mouse on 5/30/23. I was provided and account number of *************************************. The Laptop never worked. After 3 frustrating weeks of working with **** Tech Support, and having a **** tech come to my home and confirmed that I had been sent a non working laptop, I returned ****'s equipment. on 621/23 via Fed Ex The laptop and the mouse was returned in their original packaging via Fed EX pickup on 6/21/23 with a Fed Ex No of *********. Dell Financial Services is still sending me bills when I have returned their equipment over 2 months now. I want a letter stating that they received their equipment and I do not owe any monies to them.It was a horrible experience dealing with **** and their horrible equipment and ******************.

      I am writing today in regards to **** not assisting me in the way I need to be assisted. I have called in and stated that I am on a fixed income and won't be ******** off the laptop by december please do not add interest on it. No one seems to care and I make ALL PAYMENTS on time and even have it on autopay and you all have had no issues since purchased. This laptop is SLOW, crashes, and I just want my money back for what i paid so far or for **** to pay off the rest of the laptop cost and leave me alone. I am on a fixed income and your product doesnt even work. I do not want it fixed i want my laptop paid off or my money back. Please pay this off so i can go buy another one elsewhere and stop wasting money. I am a loyal customer and do not mind your ******************** but this laptop gives me issues and no one seems to want to help me every time i call in. RUDE RUDE RUDE. PAY IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: If I did NOT AGREE for the payments to be on my credit you do not add it. REFUND MY MONEY, pay off the laptop, or we will go to court. I am on a fixed income.

      **** financial service. Reported my account pass due from thirty to almost sixty days and reported again yesterday. My account has never been 30 days past due. My payments automatically deducted from my account due to being enrolled in there hardship program. **** apologizes, however no corrections. Due to this matter, I lost credit cards and my mortgage approval due to my credit dropping 22 points from this wrongful information. **** representative stated this happened to a few customers. This situation is unprofessional and disregard to us everyday working people who trying to make a difference in their lives. This is emotionally upsetting. Due to the inconvenience, **** should wipe my debt clean or at least half 50%.
