      Worst experience ever with any company. System is not producing as promised. I never received the app to monitor the system. I need a roof soon company promised to remove and reinstall panels for roof replacement. I cannot reach them by phone or email. They have completely ghosted me.

      This is the worst company you could buy solar panels from I purchased the deal with the company owner ******************************* directly to make a deal. She is a truly best scam artist and she teaches all her sales teams to be one. all the credits and money-back stuff they mention is a big BS. They are trained to sell useless products a higher prices and make you think you will pay no electricity and maybe make some money on top I repurchased my solar panel in March 2020 since then the set has never been done correctly I was never able to monitor how much we produce. they made us change the electric company because we were getting changing electricity bills on top of what I was paying for the panels. they sent several technicians during the years to figure out the issues why we can't monitor the panel's performance. But none of them figure it out. and they disappear without letting us know the issues. I reached out the Mercedeh several times but she kept passing the issue to other people within the company and they all disappeared without solving my issue. I'm ready to take them to court if they don't reach out to me soon

      They are a scam. Frauds. We havent been able to get in touch with them for over 6 months and a year of them running away from their promises and lies prior to that which ultimately cost us a lot of money! Run away!!

      Please fire whomever is posting checks to the wrong account! And when you turn off someone's electricity because of a mistake you clearly made TWICE, you should just turn the electricty back on without yet another payment having to be made.

      In 2022 Stream Energy was sending dirty energy, because the lights kept flickering until wee complained This caused our usage to look higher and a higher bill. In 2023 Stream Energy based charges on higher 2022 dirty energy charges. In Jan/2024 Stream Energy charged $400.00 and the weather has been in 40's - 70's. We haven't had central heat in a year and we cut off the air conditioner the first part of Jan/2024.

      Terrible customer service, My elderly father who at 77 years old has issues with online apps. He needs someone to talk with to help understand billing. After being on hold to speak to service services for over 20 min. twice. The first time we were disconnected due to adding him to the call to give permissions to speak with me, Finally we were able to speak to someone. The associate would not listen, could not explain the billing, had zero patience and got argumentative. I felt he talked down to us. We asked if he could provide a printout of the account for us to view, He said thats impossible. What a waste of time!

      We have been trying to reach them to follow up with the **************** to come complete the inspection after install in 2022. Every time we call we get a voicemail and no call back. Still waiting on the check they promised after the install and have called multiple time to inquire but still waiting.**** not recommend this company for solar install. They are responsive when it comes to selling you dollar but unresponsive after that

      Do not do business with this company. Panels are producing what their rated for. Had them come out back in Feb cause my bill was elevated. After 2 months of texts, emails and phone calls they finally sent ****** out who was the installer and found 1 of 3 inverters were not even hooked up. Once he got it connected back bill went down for 4 months. Now **** has gone back up last 6 months like an inverter disconnected again or panels are not working. The monitoring company will not answer calls either to help get reconnected to monitor what the panels are even doing. But no one will answer calls, texts and emails to help resolve issues. Last 2 months I was talking to ****** as he is their master Electrician, he was the only one texting or answering phone. But now he won't even answer nor respond. He has his read on messages, so I know he's reading my texts. You can stroll down and see bogus reviews and tell their fake as 4 of the first names happen to work or worked for company. Streamline has 37 BB complaints against them along with lawsuits. As I've said I'm paying what I was when I didn't have solar. Huge mistake with this company

      This is one of the worst companies i have ever had to work with. They are super nice and helpful right up to when the solar panels are finally installed. Once that is complete then they start to avoid your phone calls, don't respond to your emails all in an effort to not discuss with you the Rebate money that is promised to you. I had my interconnection complete on July 12, 2023 and my paperwork says i should have received my rebate check of $6,400 seven days after that and we are now starting DECEMBER and i can not get in touch with the lady ****** who is suppose to be handling my rebate. I have tried calling her on numerous days from the time it says they are open at 9am until they close at 5pm and never get in touch with her. the voicemail box is full and you can't leave a message. My system is has went from producing +/- ****************************************************** November only produces 330 kwh!!!!! This company has a extreme reputation i have found out of avoiding you once they get your loan approved and they get funded but then you never seem to get your rebate money and they avoid you in hopes of you giving up and just letting it go. The only reason i gave them 1 star is it wouldn't let me give NEGATIVE STARS!!!!
