We had work done in 2022 by Texas Tub Pros . Twice repairs have been made . We again have many issues regarding peeling on shower floor , cracks in sinks and bathtub . Photos were submitted to the company showing the exact problems . Despite repeated phone calls and texts there is a total lack of response from this company . Obviously they do not seem interested in standing behind their work . I would not recommend ever using their services . Just sorry we did .

Can I give negative rating? This is the most ridiculous excuse for a company. Literally tried to refinished a tub while the water was dripping. Feb. 11, 2022: Miguel suppose to be Texas Tub best technician. He wrapped the faucet and water started to drip out of the showers head. Instead of calling me and rescheduling, while I replaced the cartridge, he still tried to do it and stated that the water would void the warranty. I paid him based on the fact that he would come back and correct his error. Miguel had more paint in his nose and on his face, than on the tub. Overspray everywhere, he even sprayed the drain plug. He lie and apologizes continuously. His 2nd appointment was a no show. His third appointment to refinish the tub was less than 20 minutes. Miguel sprayed two spots and said he refinished the tub. Two areas in the tub have bubbles!! Doing the 3rd appointment I told him that I was less then five minutes away and he left before I arrived. That's a bad sign. I called him and he apologized again and he returned to fix the problem immediately. I told Miguel that I couldn't supervise him and that he need to do his job. I left to run an errand and my tenant said Miguel stated that another tech would come and finish the job. Miguel left immediately after I departed. I can't contact anybody from Texas Tub or Miquel. They will not return my calls or text. Now I got to see how much I can recover with legal action. Miguel sprayed that hazardous chemical while people were there. No venting or anything for that very strong smell. I had to leave the door open and the temp outside was in the 30's. I was having problems also with that odor.Now I might need an attorney!! Excuse and typos!! Never got my anti-slip material on the bottom of the tub. I hope I can use a P.O. Box for court?
