Created a new account with BrioDirect (BD)/Webster Bank on April 4, 2024. Apart from initial funding of 20K, I decided to fund my account further (15K and 40K transactions respectively from same **** of America (BoA) account). So after account got created, I initiated a transfer on BD to transfer ********* USD from my BoA Account to BD / ******************** Account. Initial funding of 20K got completed fine (No issues here). ********* transfers were stopped initially by Webster / BD (BoA external account went to suspended status). I talked with one agent and also sent a message through BD App to unblock my BoA account. They did unblock my BoA Account and they informed my transactions are stopped and will need to be re-initiated. Now here is the irony:40K transfer was stopped before money got withdrawn my my BoA account however that was not the case with 2nd transaction of 15K USD. 15K USD got withdrawn from my BoA Account (On April 5, 2024) and before it could get deposited to BD / Webster account they decided to Suspend / Stop the transfer (Actual transfer status shows "Manual" on Brio Direct App however multiple agents gave me multiple answers - stopped/suspended etc).Most of the agents at Webster Bank asked me to reach out to **** of America and initiate "Return Debit" from BoA. I reached out to BoA and they do not have any "Return Debit" procedure (I did get advice from BoA to dispute the transaction - which may be my last option at this point).One agent at BD/Webster was kind enough to send me an email (April 11, 2024) which asked me to submit my **** Of America Statement and my drivers license information. I sent them the information immediately on the same day.Talked with another agent (April 15, 2024) at BD/Webseter today and I asked them to provide me official BD/****** letter that says they did not received the money and procedure to claim it. So far I haven't received any letter/documents.At this point I am just looking to get my money back
