    **** **** ONLINE CBD DISPENSARY TOP TOBACCO, ********** SHOP ON ************** IN ***********, ** This an account of Saturday May 13 at 11:28 am. I purchased a product from the Manager and as I walked out the door realized it was not what I wanted, I immediately turned around and asked the manager to exchange it out for the the product I wanted., I was ready to pay any difference in cost. And he said he couldn't do that, so I gave him back what I purchased and bought the product that I wanted and went on my way. I am requesting a refund of the unopened item, which the manager has in his possession.

    I went to this business on March 18, 2022 around 7:15 pm. I got a delta 8 pineapple lemonade for $37.88. I went back to the store as soon as I opened it that day and saw the product was contaminated or just had dust or something in it. When I got there they told me I would have to email the store since the associate can't handle it. I sent the email while I was still at the store and I communicated with **** who said to bring it to the store to have their District Manager inspect the product to make sure it was replaced with something else or something like that. I went back to the store the District Manager wasn't there and the told me to leave the product there and they would be there on Monday to inspect it. I called them back Tuesday March 22, 2022 as I hadn't heard from anyone and they still didn't issue me a refund. I still have pictures of the product and the emails I exchanged with their business email let me know if they would be relevant/useful.
