      This an account was closed. When I filed a dispute over the fact that they were increasing it every month despite it being closed, they reopened it and are still charging every month. I want this balance to go back to what it would have been before they played foul with still charging me every month. If my account was closed, they should not have been charging me every month. I just want this monthly charge to stop, and to resolve what is actually owed from the loan. They would have to correct my credit report.

      I am rejecting this response because: when an account is saying Closed on the credit report, interest should stop accruing. I am unable to work. I am not disputing the actual account. Just that the interest should have stopped when it was Closed. Then, magically when I tried to dispute this fact, it was taken off of Closed and reopened.

      I had an unsecured loan with this company for over a year. Was making monthly payments and was asked if I would like to have my loan updated. I stated yes, and was told that a certain amount would go into my account. It never did, I called them a few times, they said they would check into it and return my call which they never did. Then they started calling me, I told them the issue each time, and they said again they would check into it and call me back. Then they started calling family members saying they could not reach me by phone. I want them to stop calling family and handle themselves.

      On August 28, 2023 ************************* took out a loan in the amount of $900 from Sun Loan located in *****, **. This loan called for a total payback of $90 per month for 10 months. The loan proceeds were funded on August 28, 2023 to a U.S. Bank card ending 8785 in **************** name. Between October 11, 2023 January 3 2024, ************** made several payments (see attached response for additional payment details).
      No other payments were received prior to the loan charging off June 30, 2024, for non-payment.
      In **************** complaint, she states that the Sun Loan branch office made contact with her family members. To reach **************, the Sun Loan branch contacted the account references she provided on August 28, 2023,when she took out the loan.  Her account was notated not to contact ************** or her account references.
      In **************** complaint, she states that she requested an update.After investigating the account, we could not locate any record of an application being taken for an update or a refinance of the loan. On February 21, 2024, the **************** Representative spoke to **************, but ************** was unwilling to allow the **************** Representative to assist her with the loan and ************** hung up on the **************** Representative.
      On July 2, 2024, the Compliance Analyst researching her complaint spoke with ************** in an attempt to obtain additional information and insight into the complaint; however, ************** was unhappy that we were unable to provide her with an answer to the situation and requested not to be called again when it was stated that we were looking into the situation further.
      ************** is requesting a billing adjustment, but Sun Loan does not offer billing adjustments. If ************** would like to settle the account or has any further questions, she can call the Sun Loan **************** at ************** and ask to speak to *********************, Compliance Manager.

      SUN LOANS IS REPORTING A CHARGE-OFF ACCOUNT ON MY CREDIT REPORT THAT SHOWNING A Balance OF 571 FOR ACCOUNT ENDING IN 2817. A CHARGE OFF ACCOUNT CAN NOT HAVE A BALANCE WITHOUT SENDING ME A 1099-C TO CANCEL OUT THE **** WITH IRS SINCE THIS SHOWS A BALANCE IT MAKES IT TAXABLE INCOME THEY DID NOT REPORT THIS CHARGE OFF TO THE **** I ASK THAT ACCOUNT BE REMOVED ASAP

      ***************************** I'm still not understanding if this account has been charged off for 571 how I'm I still being charged interest of 52 dollars so the charge off balance is 623 now. This makes this account inaccurate and needs to be removed.

      I am urgently contacting you to address the discrepancies on my credit report resulting from the sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus.       I am not liable for this debt with Sun Loan and do not have a contract with Sun Loan Company. They did not provide me with the original statement or application when I asked. This was requested 30+ days ago. I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account(s) on my credit report. I contacted Sun Loan Company and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature and they have not been able to provide such proof to me. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and these disputed items may not appear on my credit report if they can't be verified by any evidence or proof.

      I file my Taxes back in 2022 for 2021, but this all begin to happen the past two year finally resolve this year **** i was supposed to be getting ***** back originally estimated ***** the manager made a mistake and put my social security wages on my federal when i made no federal I got an advance of **** and there was an interest going i was told sometime last week i wouldn't be charged Interest yesterday as i went to see if my check had came in from the bank they told me the bank had used the whole check due to interest. the year before i had to go to another tax place to resolve this because they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake it wasn't till the beginning of last year i found out that she had made a mistake.also on their windows and two different locations it says on the bottom tax services and on top it reads Same day funding. Also as i was trying to contact the bank i was told that my social security was not able to track my money i got the number from irs . sun loan did not want to give me any numbers to resolve this.

      This facility allowed someone, not me to come into their location and refinance a loan for $2600. I recieved documentation 2 days later stating I had refinanced a loan I knew nothin about. I called the location and my calls were avoided by the manager for a day before I finally got to talk to her. She immediately was defensive and advised she was aware of the situation but she is certain I am the person who sat at her desk and signed for a loan, however I had not been there nor spoke with her at all. Somehow someone obtained a expired copy of an old identification card and made up false check stubs and she accepted them and issued them a loan. I asked for documentation of where the funds where deposited, contact information for her district manager, and vidoe footage of me if she is saying I was there and was denied access to all requested info. She said all she can tell me in contact the credit bureau, the associate working advised me that the district manager was there and advised her to hurry and send the information to the credit bureau so that is was on my credit. I have since filed a police report and i am currently reaching out to several news outlet as they are both commiting fraud! I filed a complaint with the company corporate office and still didnt recieve a call back. The associate did say when someone comes in all they ask for is a pay stub and where the money would like to be sent, so anyone can go there and obtain money from somoneones account. The are aware of what they have done because I told them my number was not even correct on my file and they corrected it, and dont even want to talk about the situation. The associate said they verified employment, but that is impossible because the work information they had is somewhere Ive never heard of. They need to be exposed. My credit score just dropped 45 points as one day ago they posted my account is ****** days late, but the account they posted shows paid in full due to fraudulent refi.

      On February 2, 2019, **************** took out a loan with Sun Loan Company in ******, ** in the amount of $195 which called for a total payback of $39 a month for 5 months. On April 18, 2019, a payment of $50 was received. No further payments were received, and the loan charged off on August 31, 2019. On June 30, 2020, the Sun Loan branch office in ******, ** in which **************** took out his loan, was sold to World Finance. We have reviewed Mr.******* credit report and a manual update has been submitted to Equifax,Experian and TransUnion to report that the loan was Sold to World Finance. We find that it would be inaccurate to remove the account from his credit report as he has requested. If **************** has any further questions, he can call Sun Loan **************** at ************** and request to speak with *********************,Compliance Manager.

      On August 8, 2018 ******************* obtained a loan in the amount of $1100.05 from the Sun Loan branch office in *******, **. The loan called for a total payback of $115 per month for 15 months. Two late payments were received on the loan, one on 11/09/2018 and another on 02/28/2019 and the loan subsequently charged off 06/28/2019. We have included a copy of the signed contract with copy of ID. In regard to ************** statement that we did not provide the original contract as requested, we are unable to locate any prior direct or indirect credit disputes to which we would have provided a copy of ************** original contract. As to ************** request to remove the account from her credit report, it would be inaccurate to do so. If ************ has any further questions, she may call Sun Loan **************** at ************** and request to speak with *********************, Compliance Manager.

      I was alerted by LifeLock that this company allowed a fraudulent loan to be taken out in my name. I was a little confused that they were able to open the loan in the first place. I have all three credit bureau accounts frozen so they are not able to pull up my credit reports without me unlocking them. For some reason they allowed this fraudulent loan to be opened without even looking at my credit reports. Thank goodness I have LifeLock that alerted me about this loan. Now it is on me to fill out all of this paperwork, including a police report, to have the loan (that they opened) off of my report. My next step is to report them to the ************** due to the fact it is money fraud and it happened across state lines.
