      After going into the local Sun Loan Branch in *****, ***** to renew a loan my credit report was obtained without my consent. I discovered after getting an alert from Creditwise I discovered that my score had decreased 46 points. I called their office and the representative admitted that she didn't ask, but my score would be ok after 2 months. Very unprofessional and unconcerned. $72 is what I received. I want my credit repaired and the balance on my loan paid off. That's the resolution that I seek. Thank you

      On April 1, 2022, ************** Sr. refinanced his loan for $1,59.99 at the Sun Loan *****, ** office, which called for a
      total payback of $106 a month for 10 months.  ************** is claiming that the Consumer Loan Specialist
      did not get permission to pull his credit report nor did she advise him that she needed to obtain it in order to
      refinance his loan and now his credit score has dropped 46 points. ************** Sr. spoke to the office and they
      admitted to him that they had not asked his permission to obtain a credit report and she informed him that it
      would take two months for his score to be restored.

      The District Manager spoke to the Consumer Loan Specialist and she did admit that she could have failed to get Mr. ********* Sr.s permission to obtain his credit report but she did explain the Sun Loan policy for having to pull it again. ****************** Sr. did not agree with the policy and informed her that another loan company he does business with
      does not have the same policy. He informed her that he would be calling the office manager but no call was
      received.

      We have reviewed all three credit reports and found that Equifax, Experian are all reporting his loan dated December 17, 2021. We will submit a manual update to reflect the current loan dated April 1, 2022, please allow a minimum of thirty days for this information to be updated on his credit file.

      Since the Consumer Loan Specialist did not ask for ************** Sr.s permission to obtain his credit report we will submit a manual request to *********** to have it updated so that it does not affect his credit score, please allow a minimum of thirty days for this information to be updated on his credit file.

      I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1.       ****************** took out his third loan on February 22, 2017 for $864 at the Sun Loan, ****, ** office, which called for a total payback of $96 a month for 9 months. He made three payments and the account was charged off on October 31, 2017.  ****************** had been in contact with the Sun Loan office since taking out his first loan in February 27, 2016. The last communication the Sun Loan office had with ****************** was on June 22, 2017 when he promised to make a payment on June 22, 2017 but it was not received. ****************** has previously submitted three indirect credit disputes all of which were investigated and responded to within 30 days. Based on our investigation of his account and a review of all the documentation, we have determined that the account #**** was not opened fraudulently. Enclosed is a copy of the original signed contract with a copy of his photo ID,  a copy of the original application taken,which also includes his signature, and a copy of his payment history for the loan.  If he would still like to fill out the Sun Loan Fraud Affidavit, please complete it and return it along with a copy of the police report, social security card and a valid government issued ID. If ****************** has any further questions or would like to discuss a settlement,she can call Sun Loan corporate office at ************.

      I recently resigned from employer, due to discrimination. I have been working with SunLoan in ******** , ** to keep my account current, and reporting any delinquent payments on my credit. I make the minimum monthly coupon payment that the branch manager tells me to make, but within the last two weeks my account went from positive to negative. I have no other negative or collection accounts on my credit, so I caught it fast. I spoke with the branch manager, and she wrote a letter stating, ************************* has never been 30 days late on his account. I submitted that information too the credit agency, but the issue has not been resolved.

      ************** states that the Sun Loan office wrote him a letter stating,  ************************* has never been 30 days late on his account.  The Sun Loan office has no record of this letter but if ************** would like to provide us a copy, we will investigate it for him. On March 31, 2022, the Sun Loan office did provide ************* with a print-out of his account payment history along with a business card. They spoke to him on March 30, 2022 regarding the credit reporting stating he was 90 days late. They advised him to file a credit dispute with the credit bureaus and advised him verbally that he was never 90 days late on his current account.

      We have reviewed all three credit reports and found that Equifax and Experian are both reporting correctly and *********** is reporting the Sun Loan account dated November 15, 2019 which was paid in full on July 20, 2020. 
      We will submit a manual update to *********** to reflect the current loan dated October 13, 2021, please allow a minimum of thirty days for this information to be updated on your credit file.

      In addition, ************* submitted one credit dispute which we reviewed and responded to correctly. The District Manager has reviewed the account, spoke with the Sun Loan office but did not find any discrepancies in the payment processing or communication between ************** and the Sun Loan office.

      I keep getting repeated calls from this company, and I have told them in the past that my phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry and to stop calling, but yet they keep on calling. I have never done any business with them, so I do not understand why they keep calling me except it is now at the point of harassment. They just called again at about 4:25 p.m. Prior to that was on 16 February from the **********, ** location. Prior to that on 17 November also from **********, **. If needed, I can try to pull my call log from my phone. I just want them to stop calling me.

      I am rejecting this response because: this has nothing to do with my complaint. As I stated in the complaint I have never done any business or even requested to do business with Sun Loans. My Complaint is about them from more than one location calling my phone number when I already told them I am on the Do Not Call registry and to stop calling. How can I make it any clearer than that.

      I have sent different affirmed mail letters referring to guaranteeing and the strategy for how they maintained different phony and dangerous things on my credit report and have not gotten back anything in 35 days for these records that are doubtlessly off track and hoax records. This credit administrator is ignoring the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused an immense weight on my life. The most recent certified letter I sent was 01/19/2022. The extra record is the *** I transported off them.I DEMAND that everything is obliterated and in case move isn't made I will *** in little cases court in my city and the connection should come and address themselves.

      Mr.****** took out his first loan April 3, 2015 at the Sun Loan *******, ** office for $568 and between April 2015 and December 2016, he refinanced the loan seven times, each time making between 2-4 payments on each loan. On his last loan no payments were received and the loan was charged off on September 30, 2017. The Sun Loan office has been in contact with four different credit counseling companies that have been working with Mr. ****** to pay off his loan but all of them have had their payments returned by his bank as insufficient funds available and have cancelled their contract with him. The office has not been able to reach Mr. ****** nor has he returned any of their calls.

      Mr.****** submitted 55 indirect disputes and 2 direct disputes all of which were responded to correctly and within 30 days of receipt. Due to the frequency of his disputes, and the fact that all have been responded to timely and accurately, we consider his disputes frivolous.

      While we have reviewed his credit reports and found that there is no data reporting for Equifax, Experian and TransUnion is reporting correctly with a charged off status, account balance and past due amount, it would be inaccurate for us to delete the tradelines as he has demanded. 

      We have included a copy of the signed application, contract and identification card. If Mr. ****** has any questions, he can contact Sun Loan Company at ************.

      On January 27, 2015 ************** refinanced his loan for $2,076 loan at the Sun Loan *********, ** office, which called for a total payback of $**3 a month for 12 months. We received the February through July payments and no other payments. The account was written off December 27, 2015. On September 3, 2015, September 23, 2015 and October 29, 2015 the customer and his spouse telephoned the office to notify them that ************** would be filing for bankruptcy but no case number or attorney information was ever provided. We have reviewed the bankruptcy case #**-50055 and found that this account #**** was included in the discharge notice. We submitted a tradeline deletion on February 23, 2022 for account #**** with ************ Experian and Equifax. We ask that you allow a minimum of thirty days for this information to be updated with the credit bureaus.       This company has called me over 40 times in the past 25 days trying to collect a debt, they are blatantly disobeying FDCPA, I have told them numerous times to quit calling but they continue to call family and relatives.

      On January 20, 2021 ************ refinanced his loan for $2,450 at the Sun Loan Union, ** office, which called for a total payback of $175 a month for 14 months. The first payment was due  January 20, 2021 but no payments were received until June 30, 2021 and September 15, 2021.

      ************ called and spoke to the District Manager on December 8, 2021 to discuss the Sun Loan office calling him and his references.He explained to her that he would like to pay off the loan but does not have the funds at this time. She explained to him that he needs to keep in contact with the Sun Loan office in order to keep them apprised of his current circumstances.He promised to make a payment on December 16, 2021.  Shortly after she spoke to ************, he filed the Better Business Bureau complaint claiming the Sun Loan office called him over 40 times in the past 25 days. The District Manager confirmed this was not the case and confirmed with the office that going forward, she would be his point of contact and they would no longer be calling him or his references.

      Im 2016 I had a small loan they lost my payment. I paid it off because they were scandalous. Now almost 6 years later they filed 2 late payments on my credit. Company said to dispute and they would remove it. They lied. I have perfect payment history other than this.

      On March 23, 2016 **************** took out her fifth loan at theStillwater, OK office for $899, which called for a total payback of $89 a monthfor 10 months. The payment due date was the 23rd of each monthbeginning on April 23, 2016. Most of her $89 minimum payments were received ontime until the October 23, 2016 payment. Eighty-nine dollars was received onNovember 10, 2016 of which $18 was applied to the late fee and $71 was appliedtoward the balance, as a result a full payment of $89 towards the balance wasnot received. The November, December and January payments were received onJanuary 11, 2017. Late fees of $18 each were applied to November and Decemberalong with $71 towards the balance each for those months and the remainder forJanuary to pay off the loan. The District Manager reviewed the account andcould not locate any issues with how the office managed the payments on theaccount nor did she locate any notations that the office instructed Ms. ******** dispute the account so that the late payments could be removed from hercredit report. In September 2021, we received and processed four indirectdisputes all within the 30-day deadline. The District Manager could not locatea good contact phone number for **************** but did advise the office to directthe call to her if **************** called. In regard to the lost payment that *************** included in her complaint, the office does not have any record of hercontacting them, only a notation that the office spoke to her on November 8, 2016when she stated that she would drop off a payment that evening. The payment wasposted to her account on November 10, 2016. We have reviewed all three majorcredit reporting agency reports and have found that they are all reportingcorrectly.
