  We have problems with our home manufactured by Champion Homes and sold to us by Titan Factory Direct , We have had 2 house inspectors come out to confirm concerns. Our house has mold, multiple things have been broken in our house at random times,they have left behind materials,our sinks our lifted up, structures under sinks are unstable,the glass door to enter our home is always broken on top for the stopper,and our door handle leaks,our floors have MAJOR soft spots throughout the house due to moisture underneath the house constantly.We have been trying to get this situation fixed but both companies refused to help. The people who they have sent out have done nothing but look at the structure of our house and left, no repairs, except on one occasion where there was MORE MOLD in another part of our house in the wall. We have been back and forth with both companies blaming each other for the issues and there has not been any action to fix it.We are highly disappointed in both companies. We did not want to post on social media and wanted to give a chance to fix everything, but we absolutely no longer stay quite on this situation. We have been called liars, we have been told it's our fault, and there is nothing that can be done. We had a warranty on our house for things to get fixed but everytime they came out they would have nothing completed.Please help us spread the word about these companies who have taken advantage of 1st time home owners and have done everything in their power to avoid helping. We highly advise against purchasing a home from either company.

  Compre una casa con ellos y est llena de defectos.El ****************** no a funcionado jams, tiene filtracin en el techo.Ayer trate de instalar una secadora y no tiene la corriente que se necesita en el toma corriente de la pared.Las puertas no ********** tiene rejillas para el sire acondicionado en el bao del cuarto master ni en el closet de ste. Lo peor de todo es que no contestan los telfonos, no les interesa resolver los problemas del cliente.Venden diciendo que ellos van a arreglar inmediatamente cualquier problema de la casa durante un ao y todo es mentira.

  MY SON AND HIS ****** PURCHASED A MANUFACTURED HOME FROM TITAN FACTORY DIRECT IN ************* OK AT THE END OF APRIL THEY SIGNED CLOSING DOCUMENTS. THE HOME WAS TO BE PLACED ON FAMILY OWNED LAND. TOLD A TENATIVE TIME LINE OF ***** DAYS TILL THEY WOULD BE MOVING IN. THAT IS WHERE THE DISSASTER STARTS ON THIS PARTICULAR EVENT. HOWEVER AFTER READING THEIR REVIEWS THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF THEIR STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OFRON THE **** OVER THE ************* LOCATION MAKES BIG PROMISES AND ENSURES HE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ANY AND ALL INCOVIENCES ALONG THE WAY YET HIS TEAM FAILS MULTIPLE TIMES TO COMPLETE BASIC PAPERWORK PLACE ORDERS OR APPLY FOR PERMITS. THE MOBILE HOME ITSELF WAS PICKED UP FROM MANUFACTURER UNANNOUNCED THEN BROUGHT DOWN A DEADEND ROAD CAUSING DAMAGE TO SIDING WINDOWS ROOF THEN WAS TAKEN OFF SEMI TRUCK LEFT ON GRAVEL DRIVE FOR 24 HOURS THEN BACK DOWN ROAD WITH A HOUSE CAT HITING TREES TAKING OUT BAMBOO THEN GETTING REATTACHED TO SEMI TO BE TAKEN PLANNED ROUTE OF DELIVERY. MOBILE HOME MADE IT TO ITS RUNNERS 7/13/24 WHERE IT HAS SAT UNTOUCHED OPEN TO ELEMENTS UNTIL 7/24/24 A SETTING CREW CAME REMOVED THE TONGUE OFF THE HOME AND MARRIED THE TWO SECTIONS TOGETHER. MOVING ON TO TRADES LIKE THE SEPTIC ELECTRIC AND HEAT/AIR NO PERMITS WERE PULLED UPON OUR CHECKING PER THE CITY OF ************* THE RESIDENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PULL SAID PERMIT. DEALERSHIP WAS NOT WILLING OR CAPABLE OF HELPING IN ANYWAY. FORTUNATELY, WE KNOW PEOPLE WITHIN THE MOBILE HOME INDUSTRY AND WERE ABLE TO MAKE SOME PHONE CALLS REGARDING THE HEAT/AIR WHICH TITAN HAD SAID THEY PUT THE ORDER IN FOR AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE HOLD *** ONLY TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO ORDER PLACED BY TITAN AT ANY POINT FOR THE KIDS ADDRESS. EVERY ISSUE THAT IS BROUGHT TO TITAN THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR CARE TO THE ***** BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR THE ***** 9/23/24 **** ON VACATION- FIELD OPERATIONS MGR LOOKING FOR SETTING CREW ACCROSS TRISTATE AREA NO SUCESS

  we purchased a mobile home in January 2021, to date we have not been able to use the ** unit that we purchased with our mobile home. We have had issues with the compresser since day one on the unit and it has been replaced 2 times out of our pocket. We feel this needs to be replaced and shouldn' have to spend no more money and send it through the warranty when this is simply a faulty unit. and they should stand behind there word this is still under warranty but the same issues keep arrising. there fore I would not recommend no one to do business with them. its taken us 3 years and we are getting no where

  I bought a house a year and a half ago. The first thing that messed up was the fridge within the first week. The plug was burnt and had to wait for a new one. A few months later we noticed a leak near the 2nd bathroom where the house was put together which resulted in mold growing and still had yet to be corrected. Little time later the front living room windows started leaking and all they did was put caulk on it. The the main water shut off in the house blew out and I had to fix it. They have yet to come check it. Most recent incident the hot water heater started leaking from the bottom and flooded the kitchen again. When we tried to do a warranty claim we kept getting a run around. Now we have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the insurance company to get back with us due to water damage and no one will contact me back. Went and bought a new water heater after being without water for a week and the rheem representative told me that about 9 months ago someone already did a claim on my water heater that was supposedly brand new. Would not recommend ANYONE to use this company

  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We bought a home from them and they bent over backwards to get the sale. Once the sale was done and they get their money you are history. We have contacted them numerous times and they say they will check on the status of fixing the problems and never return the call. We are still missing trim from the make ready status back in January and were it is joined together the floor has been unlevel still it was delivered and the trim will not stay down. We are thinking of letting the mortgage company they use know how they are doing business. The employees that dont follow thru are ********************************* the general manager, ***************************** the salesman,

  10/10 dont recommend Titan/Champion homes. We received our house with a dish washer full of roaches (technician that came out with whirlpool confirmed that these appliances sit in a warehouse until it is time to go into a mobile home and can in get infested with roaches, he has seen it before, not covered under warranty had to pay out of pocket for a new one). Our roof is terrible and they tell you to claim it on insurance when it is their problem for crappy installation of shingles. My roof leaks. My fridge didnt even last a year. Nor did the dish washer given the roaches. The workers painted the outside of my house two different color greens. They painted 3 of my walls inside my home a different color Bc they dont know how to color match. There is a bow in my bedroom wall that was never fixed. A window leaked (they fixed that). Just about everything in my home is crooked, like they eye ball it and dont a measuring tape. There are paint lines in my ceiling from crappy painting. I have had three different crew work on my house. The first ones m, in the middle of a drought during the summer smokes cigarettes and flicked their butts everywhere. Could have burned the house down and our whole ranch and painted wrong colors on the outside and just left it. The second ones that came in for the red carpet roll out, came out two or three days and then never showed up again. The 3rd crew painted wrong colors on the inside and painted terribly. Addressed the roof issues with them, they said they would fix and to submit a ticket l, when I did that I was told to claim in on insurance. Titan talks like they are name brand, but in reality they are dollar tree brand. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

  This complaint is for the location *************************************************************. We went to the location because we were told the home we wanted was there. However, when we got there we were told the home sold. I asked why we weren't called, they stated that is a way for them to get customers into their office- Bait and Switch- sales fraud, this should have been my first warning sign with them. We found a home that was reasonable, and we proceeded with the agreement to purchase the home. However, the home was not in stock and needed to be special ordered and would take 3 months to build, Signed the paperwork on 2/22/23, where i was told that now the home will be built as of that day, and it could be mid-May until I move in. The home was placed on the property 3/22/23 which I thought was weird because they stated it would take months to build. I went and looked at the home and this is where I discovered once again they pulled the bait and switch on me and delivered a home that was build 12/7/2022 which broke our contract agreement, and they failed to even mention this to me. I contacted ***** the manager and he placed blame on Champion at first and after a couple of days to come up with their response he ended up stating well you got the home you wanted. Incorrect, our contract agreement was NEW SPECIAL ORDERED that we both signed. The problems didn't stop there, the home sat for 3 months and 3 mortgage payments later nothing has been done to the home. I had to call every week to get an update with excuses after excuses- I had to remind them of their timeline of completion and then question who told me they would be completed then- I had to through the contract in their face as it cleared stated the dates, they promised to complete the home. Needless to say, the home is still not finished, and Titan Factory takes zero accountability and does not make it right for their customers.

  Currently stuck with an unfinished mobile home was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago now all I get is we are working on it. Getting no call backs no text backs nothing. Been 2 months since mobile has been set they were quick to sell it to me but thats all its been almost a year since the start of the process and this is where Im stuck at
