Our year old car's transmission failed. Red McCombs does not fix cars in a reasonable amount of time. Over 5 weeks. No call backs when asked. They are awful!Review from Luis M

Red Mccombs ****************** untrue report, saying my transmission fluid was low and was contaminated with a dark substance-burnt, caused me financial damage. Because of this false report, Hyundai National Consumer affairs recommendation for my transmission replacement was denied. I have evidence: video, pictures, receipts and records on Carfax of replacing my 2015 Elantra transmission fluid was regluarly replaced. Futhermore, it was replaced the day before I drove the car to Red Mccombs on 3/28/24. Also on this day, following proper manufacturer procedures, the fluid level was verified.I contacted Red Mccombs leadership to correct this error. Instead, the service department dug themself in a cover up of this untrue deceptive report. I picked up the car yesterday and I ordered 2 samples of the fluid to be tested at ***********************. The old fluid sample removed on 3/28/24 and the fluid sample removed today 4/21/24. Once I get those results they will be getting my certified demand letter.Review from sergio c.

I was interested on buying 2022 Tucson that just arrived on 3/28/22, which Red McCombs website specific price says $28,585.00. I was contacted by Sales Rep ************************* and was informed i was not able to buy the vehicle without Markup. I ask what that meant and he said additional accessories charges dealership adds based on there low inventory. I called and spoke with Manager there as well told me same information that Red McCombs dealership are charging additional charges (Markups) of about $4000 additionally. My intention was to pay cash, which **** informed me if I would finance he can charge the Markup fees to be drop to $1900. This dealership charging additional accessories that vehicle does not come with but they want to charge you those additional charges when consumer does not want them and haven't been added to the car already. They decline completely to sell me the vehicle without me either financing or or paying over the Window Sticker or website price. I would never recommend Red McCombs dealership based on there practice they are doing currently.
