ASAP Plumbing Service claims to be both certified and insured however the work performed at our residence following a emergency water leak was both misdiagnosed and overpriced. This plumbing service was assigned to us via our home warranty company which it appears the relationship is less than above board. Although the water leak was clearly a plumbing issue requiring a plumbing repair, it was not covered by the home warranty. Given ASAP Plumbing Service was in our home, they offered to repair (misdiagnosis of the leak) for $1,180.00. Had we agreed the misdiagnosed work would have been completed setting the stage for a 2nd emergency leak at a later date. So disappointing that the day to day manager (***) is dishonest & unscrupulous. It gives a bad name to the honest hard working plumbing services in the ***********, ***** area.

******* the contact person for ASAP Plumbing run the biz to the ground.It seems kinda shady their practices by asking full payment for job not even started yet. Their communication *****.Our newly installed water heater needs inspection ( for code compliance) IT was scheduled for Monday but had to change to Tuesday .emailed reply from ASAP state "ok"But today found out mixed up our phone number and address with another client due for June 23 per **** ( inspector) so because of the mixed up not only delayed the inspection but added another extra charge for rescheduling. THEIR biz practices not only undermine what's left to be desired.

I had problems with my toilets: Master BR and son's BR. **** arrived and immediately assessed the MS ** and Son's BR problems. **** is ***** and very thorough. He informed me that he needed to turn the main water line. He took old stuff out and replaced with new ones. **** ensured that every toilet problem was fixed. Thank you, **** for fixing my toilets. I am very happy and content. WELL DONE ****. God Bless

This company is a rip off I had the company to come out through my home warranty they tried to charge me a lot of extra money stating that I needed a pressure regulated valve found out that was not true wanted to try to charge me $755 to do the work the next day I called another plumbing company out didn't have to do anything but do what I told them they needed to be fixed the pressure coming into my house was 60 PSI stay away from this company this is a rip-off company

Water heater busted and on June 27, 2022 I paid $1770 in full upfront for a replacement through ASAP Plumbing, dispatched by my home warranty company. I made sure to make an appointment for July 5, 2022 and dispatch told me a tech would be there from 9am to 5pm.Nobody ever showed up. I made sure to call them immediately that same day AND notify them that at the moment we were completely without water. However, dispatch claimed they never had an appointment set up on the 5th, that they didnt have our water heater in stock and that the soonest they could be at my house would be July 8. This is a lie because we have a voicemail from ******* claiming that they had received our water heater and it was in stock on June 27.The days we suffered without water was quite an ordeal. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we had to go to the gym to shower, and lack of water caused damages to our garden and lawn. It was absolutely humiliating.The tech that finally showed up on July 8 admitted to me that it made no sense that we weren't placed on emergency priority since we had NO RUNNING WATER. Tech called his supervisor and assured me the owner would call me to discuss the ordeal the company put my family through that following Monday, July 11.Long story short, nobody ever called. I made sure to call daily for THREE DAYS to remind them that their owner promised me a phone call. Well, that call never came. They completely ghosted me and never even bothered to talk to me man-to-man about what happened. I get that in this industry lots of companies do shady stuff but this was a new low. Absolutely no honor or integrity. Not even man enough to just call me to tell me they arent going to do anything to rectify the ordeal they put us through. Not even a call, just completely ghosted us like a coward. It's a shame any companies still behave this way in this country. Its absolutely shameful. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE DISHONORABLE COWARDS.

Fixed an outdoor faucet in April it is already spewing water and not working in July. The faucet has not been used but maybe 1 or 2 times since fixed. If you pay them direct they give a year warranty ... if you are through a home warranty plan you get no protection so if they do a shoddy job there is no warranty and you pay again (after the home warranty companies 30day) .... I guess if you want them to do it right pay out of pocket and wonder why you have a home warranty. I have to admit between ASAP Plumbing and AHS they have a money making machine going on charging you for the same job basically over and over....
